Is there anything you can do to stop this reoccurring

You advertised today on the internet the following. "
How can I claim my free copy?
It's simple. If you are a senior and have a computer connected to the internet, you automatically qualify for a free copy. Just follow the steps below, or click here to claim your free copy now. You'll soon see just how incredible this protection is."

That page does not reference a free copy and as required by law you contact links are inoperable. I shall file with my local BBB for your misleading and questionable advertising. Also will copy Yahoo on my actions.

Sorry, this could not be handled on your web site.

Yahoo! breach of security of my email id

Sub: Cyber theft of email id.

Sir
This is regarding a cyber theft of my email id [protected]@yahoo.in. Today i.e. on 08.04.2019 around 10 am I started receiving calls and messages from my friends, family, colleagues and clients that they have received an email from my above mention yahoo id, in which I am asking for urgent help. Those who replied on that email got another email from [protected]@outlook.com which stated the following :
Glad to read from you, it has been a terrible situation. I've been having some sort of network issues with my phone because I'm presently out of town to Naingappur, Nepal. Just got to know from a relative of mine that her daughter is to undergo surgery (C/S) and there are already short of funds. Sorry to be bothering you with this, but obviously there's no one or nothing to turn to at this point. I have asked and the hospital would only proceed once a bank transfer has been validated by their bank.
I have tried using my internet banking options but the system keeps denying the transaction probably because I'm outside India. Please I will need you to help me with the transfer from your end and I shall have the money returned once I'm back home by next week. I will like to know if you can help with this so I can send the required details.

P.S. Required funds for the surgery amounts to Rs 193, 800. (But please transfer Rs 2, 00, 000/- just in case of miscellaneous) please let me know how much you can help me with now.

regards
pragya srivastava

This [protected]@outlook.com email id does not belong to me and is being used by the miscreant for further email correspondence.
On further communication the miscreant, he sends the following details to transfer the fund:
UNION BANK CURRENT
NAME: MASIDUL ISLAM
ACCOUNT NO. [protected]
IFSC CODE: UBIN0539708
PAN: ABDPI6011P
MAHATMA GANDHI ROAD, KOLKATA
On coming to knowledge of this I immediately changed my password and unlinked my email account from all computer devices.
However, it seems that all my emails are now directed to the fake email id created by the miscreant. Even after the change of password of my yahoo account there are emails being sent to anyone who replies to the first email.
The miscreant has also mentioned that I work in the Chambers of Mr. Om Prakash Shukla (which is my present place of work). Hence, he has access to my personal information.
Since the account no. and name has been already sent by the miscreant I request that the police investigates and bring him to justice.

Thanking you

Yahoo! link to outdated articles

To Whom It Might Concern,

I read on your yahoo webpage that you update the removal of articles when the content refresh cycle completes. This is meant to be every 6- 8 weeks. There's been a couple of links to an article which is outdated on yahoo and it has been longer than that.

There was article on Wales Online about me. I asked them to remove it and they did. However there is still two links to the newspaper article on Yahoo even though it is outdated content.

If you type the name Lowri Larsen into yahoo the two links to the article which is outdated should come up. One has the title "The full story behind claims that Welsh families own huge ..." and the other "How the collapse of Cardiff firm Ticketline (UK) affects ...". Underneath them is a line about article which has been removed for some months.

Can you remove them please.

Yours Faithfully,

Lowri Larsen

Yahoo! homepage

Stop with the abusive all one ad on the left then top then right. Yahoo is becoming abusive... yahoo has been my homepage since 1997. I have put up with the ads on top but at least I could collapse them...now I can't and the frame my homepage. I hope there are not that many dumb yahoo users that respond to this junk. Stop messing up my home page or I will just be forced to go to msn or google with no abusive homepage.

Yahoo! somebody else is using my email address.

I know that somebody else is using my email address because I received on a daily basis an email that is not for me. It is the same name. How do I go about blocking him? I do not know this person personally or have not made any contact with him at any point in my life. I know that it would just be easier to make a new email address but my current one is connected to every transactions and accounts that I have and it would be so hard to trace all of them and change it.

My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Yahoo! yahoo accounts with unrealistic comments

I enjoy the comments on yahoo articles, I make comments myself, usually take well over one minute of my time. Sometimes I click on the commenter name when the comments are bizarre and usually the commenter has thousands of comments, like the most recent one with over 30, 000 comments.
Marty
30, 293 reactions

Now it seems to me if yahoo was reasonable and had an ethics section they could easily surmise that even 1000 comments at a reasonable 30 seconds per comment would take 8.3 hours of continuous commenting, over time, maybe not so hard; and 30, 000 comments over 250 hours of solid work input. I find that unreasonable for one person to accomplish, a room full of trolls, mabye not. Stop. Delete these accounts that are obviously not one person. Have a little accountability please.

Yahoo! email

I have the duty to make public the history of malfunction, disservice, contempt for the user of which I have been a victim.
Some years ago I was using a mail account at yahoo.com, let's say [protected]@yahoo.com
Now I have tried to use it again, but when I login with the correct password, a message is shown, saying that a code has been sent to ab******@yahoo.it
This looks like to be the same email address, with ".com" replaced by ".it"
I have never created such e-mail account with ".it". Nevertheless, let's give it a try... I try to connect to this not existing email account [protected]@yahoo.it, using with the same password of the ".com" account, but I receive more or less the same answer: "a code has been sent to [protected]@yahoo.it".
That is incredibly funny!
A code is sent to the same email address, to which I am trying to login!
By the way, a yahoo account with ".com" is physically the same account as the homonym ".it" account. In fact, if you login either with ".com" or with ".it" email address, you will be connected to the same physical email account. This is the definitive evidence that the behavior of the code verification mechanism that I have describe is a complete nonsense.
So I tried to contact the technical support team of yahoo. But in order to do this, you need to be logged in. So I logged in with another yahoo account that I have. The answer that I received by a human is even more stupid than the answer given by the machine:

"Before I can help you, you'll need to verify ownership of the "[protected]@yahoo.com" account. Make sure you're signed into that Yahoo ID, and fill out a new form to contact us."

Said in other words: if you want a help to login to your account, you have to login first to your account. I breathed deep, I collected all my patience and tried to explain it again, as I would do with a baby of three years, but the only answer I got is "visit our help channels".
I don't think that a person can be so stupid. They are just sluttish people who are having fun by kidding people. I wonder how much is the salary of these guys.
Please help me to inform as many people as you can about this incredible story.
I wish that this post becomes viral.
I think that the persons who answered me should be sent to work in a coal mine. There they could have a decent role in the society.

Yahoo! mail

I have 2 yahoo email accounts and since Friday, I have been getting a message telling me that my session has expired. To protect my account I have to verify my password periodically. I have not clicked anything in the links other than to read my emails for this to come up and to switch back to the classic mode of the email addresses. I am finding this very annoying as I use one of those yahoo email addresses as the primary account for facebook which means if somebody tries to change my facebook password without my permission, I won't be able to view the email to confirm that I was not the person who changed it.

Yahoo! mail login

Recently while viewing an advert for logging on I inadvertently clicked it to change my login method to the "key"!
Instantly realised my error and have since been unable to log into my yahoo account without changing my password by entering a new coded password from yourselves.
You cannot believe how infuriating and inconvenient this has become.
Please please help to return to my old original method of logging in.

Many thanks in hope and anticipation, but without holding my breath as I am not a pacific pearl diver.

Yahoo! dogflags.com

Hi,

I am a resident of the United Kingdom on Saturday 15th February I placed an order through order.store.yahoo.net to dogflags.com for a garden flag. The amount I was charged through my paypal account was $15.95. No shipping or tax was indicated at the time of purchase.

On the 20th February I received an email from imi-man saying that postage hadn't been added by the yahoo store and that I had to send $9.95 to them before they could dispatch my parcel.

On Thursday 28th February I receive a letter from the Royal Mail saying import duty had not been paid and that unfortunately they were unable to deliver my parcel. I now have to pay a further £13.97 if I wish to receive my flag.

Postage and Tax has now made a relatively inexpensive item become very expensive and I feel very disappointed and let Downey the whole experience

Yahoo! sad day for advert

I constantly see next to my email list bruised photos of celebrities. This is sick! Why Yahoo! allows this? How sicker can get Yahoo!? Whats next? Advertising self harm? Stop This! This is bad for Yahoo bad for us bad for the celebrities. Why can not Yahoo stop thos? Or do they enjoy looking at these photos? Do they like the money received from the company who is behind these photos? There must be a limit what you put on the screen in front of us. Soon people will get enough and simply stop using Yahoo or this could end up on the News and hurt back to Yahoo! itself.

Yahoo! news

I have been reading Yahoo news on line via yahoo.com almost daily. I find the news on US politics is extremely bias against the current US government in white house. I hope to see more neutral position news and analyze the government policies and the opposition party's point of views instead of one sided comments in favor of the opposition party. I am very disappointed to the current behavior of yahoo.com news. Please do it right and make a change. I am not a Republican but a news reader trying to get the news media doing their job correctly.

Scammers are using this fake banking site for online dating. They are getting women to wire money through Western Union, Money Grams, iTunes and Steam Card plus money orders. They are saying they are going to another Country to do business. Then saying they need to get money for expenses to get back home. A lot
of women have been scammed by these so called Romance Scammers. They are saying that their wives have died due to severe illnesses to make women feel sorry for them. They are confessing their love immediately, promising marriage. Also that they are very rich and will reimburse the money that they send to help.
