The reason why I'm writing this complaint is because the information on tracking the packages are very confusing.
On the 12/11/2017 I ordered from wish an item:

I received a message on my phone on the 26/11/2017 saying that my pack has been delivered but it was not actually. I checked on your website where is my package but this is all it says:

[protected]:40 GB RM Acception, Expect to be delivered in 48 hours
I've been to my local Royal Mail after Wish support tried to help me out with this but as well there were no info about the real location of the pack.
Now all I want to know is where is my pack or at least when it's going to arrive at home, if it's possible. Otherwise a refund would be more than appreciated. You can also reply me back at: roberta.[protected]@outlook.it

about an item, which is still in forwarded to destination country for past 8 days. even if your guy would have came by a bicycle, he might have reached by now to deliver the parcel. coz i placed the order on 2nd of november and the product been sent out of yanwen centre on 4 th of november 2017. it is almost 20 days and i dint receive my parcel. could you please help me with it? i know it is no use in posting this here. coz you dint reply to any of the others complaints which is been bloody raised. still looking for your reply.
shipping - lost package?
I made an order on DH Gate, and 1 of 3 packages did not arrive. Tracking info says it's been dispatched from sorting center. The seller told me it was on it's way normally, but when I contacted customer support, they suggested I start a claim for a refund (as it was almost two weeks past the longest est. delivery time). Based on this site, it seems common, and I suggest anyone having this problem, get a refund or reshipment. Contacting Yanwen yourself seems difficult for buyers outside China. It seems like an issue with Yanwen, so be kind to sellers. They are likely as frustrated as we are.

I ordered 260 paper bags two months ago through dh-gate. However, I still have NOT received my two orders. The seller is not very helpful and said the packages are with customs.
I contacted customs but they said it is not with them and I shall contact logistics.
So, why is my order not coming? When do I get the order? I need these bags desperately, I cannot order a replacement because I need them in two weeks time. I simply demand to get the order I placed such a long time ago.

lost shipment
My shipment was sent through your company to the United States I have uploaded a photo of the tracking information. I was able to track the shipment until it reached the USA, then I was not able to. Now it is a 1 1/2 months later and no one knows where this shipment is. No one has any shipping information to tell me where it to in the USA. I only need a copy of the Bill of Laded or Waybill. I have spoken to the Postal service and they do not have it. The man at the customs office said he did not have anything with this number. If I could give him a Bill of lading he would be able to see what ship it arrived on within the states and where at in the states it may be located. I have asked the seller for this information and they have just said to wait. I would like to find this shipment. All I am asking for is a copy of the shipping documents. Can you please provide me with the shipping documents.

RG914084380CN and RG914084393CN are the tracking numbers. Tried all 12 phone numbers for Australia they have listed on their website ...unable to get through on any all disconnected. Phone numbers provided on this site I tried there’s a recorded message in Chinese then the call cuts out. Any suggestions?

its been a month since i ordered something online. when I check my tracking # online on this site it was updated since last August its been a month for today since the seller transport the package.

huge delay in delivery
I ordered a few things from Wish.com about 2+ months ago and the status for all my orders says they have arrived in South Africa.
The Carrier is Yanwen and when I tracked my order on their site to see if there was a mistake, it shows that the delivery was attempted but not successful.
Nobody tried to call me or send an email as to what happened they just took my order back and kept quiet i've been waiting for these orders for quiet some time now and im really getting annoyed.
I can't even get a hold of the company all their numbers are international and they don't even have an email account.
