Zaxby's cold food

This is my 2nd time coming back to get my order replaced and this will be my last time going to zaxbys I ordered a kids meal and two 5.99 meal with drinks and a side of onion rings both times everything was cold and hard to eat my order came to 23.85 and it was so bad we had to go to burgar king to eat which costed me another 28 bucks like I said everything was so cold the Bread was not fresh it was hard like a rock fries cold and chcicken cold l I'm e it came old of the cooler

Your complaint is very hard to read due to your grammar and run-on sentences. If you still have the food, you could return it to the store of purchase along with your receipt for a refund or replacement.

Zaxby's bad customer service and leadership

On november 9, 2017 I went to the zaxbys location on walton way in augusta, ga at approximately 9:55 pm and when I pulled up to the drive thru I sat there for about 2 minutes before a young lady answered... She didnt greet me like normally welcoming me and stating her name and the location but instead said yes in a kinda sluggish way I then placed my order and waited for the total but then she came back on the speaker and said oh mam were closed and I said but you just took my order now your closed but she never responded I sat there for another few minutes saying hello but by then 2 more cars pulled up behind me so I pulled up to the pick up window and a male employee walked by the window and I said could you please give me the name of the manager on duty he never responded but just walked off the 3rd car in line drove off behind me but the 2nd car stayed in line then a female employee walked by the window and began to wipe off the drink station and I was yelling to get her attention the whole time but she ignored me it wasnt until after I blew my horn at her she turned around and looked at me I said I just want the managers name that's on duty tonight and she walked off like the previous male employee after about approximately 8 minutes a ms janie who im assuming was the manager on duty came to the window and I told her what happened and I said even 2 more cars pulled in after me because they thought their orders would be taken since we got in line before 10 pm but she refused to take my order and stated that they went by the clocks inside of the restaurant and that the clocks were different from mines I said yes its after 10 because I sat at the speaker for 10 plus minutes of course it was after 10 I then asked for her name and she said ms janie then I asked for the cashier's name but she refused to give it to me and said it was up to the cashier if she wanted to give out her name she then slammed the window and I drove off ive never been so disappointed than with the service I received or in this case didn't receive on this night ive always received excellent service from this location and have never been more shocked and disappointed not only in the cashier but the management

Zaxby's service and product

I was At Zaxby's today on N. Main St. in High Point North Carolina as I was there I was going through the drive-through to order a bag of ice and a milkshake I was not aware of what flavors they had due to it not being on the sign I asked for a chocolate milkshake and was told by the girl that there was not a chocolate milkshake and to pull up to the front she totally neglected what I was asking and wanting and continue to tell me what the price of the ice was I then got upset and confronted the person in the car with me and she took it upon herself to make it her business what was said and was not going to serve me because she could not handle it due to her intolerable attitude the manager then proceeded to tell me the flavors and was not very nice about it either they proceeded to say rude things to me and about me and another employee got involved sticking his head out the window and telling me what I should and should not do therefore my milkshake was watery and messy and not very good because of the lack of service I am so upset that a place that my family goes to everyday treated me like crap I hope there will be something down

Zaxby's zaxby's bremen, ga - nasty attitude and unsanitary lobby

My friend and I went to the Zaxby's in Bremen, Ga - 135 Highway 27 Bypass On November 7, 2017; worse experience I have ever had.

It was 9:16pm (store closes at 10pm) when we arrived; all the chairs were up on tables and a worker was sweeping the floors (stirring up dirt). I ask him when we arrived if the business was closed. His response was "No we closed at 10".

We placed our order; asked if it was to go or eat in; we stated eat in. When our order is ready it is in a to go container and a bag. I am sorry what part of EAT IN do you not understand?

Trying to remain calm we sat down to eat (or the opposite side of the restaurant from where he is stirring up dirt). After we started eating the employee that was sweeping came over and told us we needed to move to the other side; he needed to mop. We told him NO he can wait until after we are finished. He got an attitude and walked off.

I went up and asked for the manager on duty; to my surprise it was the employee sweeping. He came over I explained to him how unprofessional and unsanitary this whole experience was. He told me that was how things are done. Very rudely told me to call his corporate office if I had an issue. Later came to the table and handed us his GM's name and number and told us to call him. Also said his name was "Marcco with 2 C's; make sure you spell it right".

We left and he stood in the middle of the parking lot and would not move just waved at us and grinned when we had to drive around.

If this is the kind of management material Zaxby's is looking for; my suggestion is to close all locations. Worse ever!

Zaxby's managers

I'm sick Of the constant back stabbing this store has, the managers are constantly talking nasty with other employees sexually, they speak ill about others to others.
The managers don't help us with anything. They stand around and gossip or sit in the office and talk on the phones to there boyfriends and girlfriends. The acting GM does nothing but talk about everyone she works with, and is always on the phone with her abusive husband instead of helping us out. I'm a crew member I shouldn't have to work harder then the managers .

Zaxby's missing things and cold food

I ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate with extra fries instead of coleslaw and I didn't get what I asked for. There was coleslaw in there. Only 4 chicken tenders and it was extremely cold. And I also ordered a house salad with fried chicken and they didn't even put it in the bag. Also, they didn't bother giving me a receipt at drive thru and they were rude.

Zaxby's cooks staff

While waiting for food to be delivered on a to go order from inside the restaurant. I watched as 1 of the cooks stood in the back and ate and texted on his cell phone in the cooking area. I am sure that department of health and environmental services forbids this type of actions. This was October 29th around 845pm. This restaurant in in the state of South Carolina in the city of Pickens s.c. . Also the order we placed was incorrect. I am thankful for all who work in the fast food industry but I saw no manager or any type of leadership as the entire staff appeared to be high school kids.

Zaxby's service

I don't eat fast food often, but when I do it is often Zaxby's, but lately every other time I ask for an extra Zax Sauce I have been charged for it, but not given it. If you're not going to put the sauce in the bag then please don't charge for it. Once or twice I understand but it's literally every other time I go. It's very irritating and ridiculous.

Zaxby's food service

On October 21, 2017 after the fair my family and I went to Zaxby's to grab food. I got 5 Chicken Finger Meal. I waited the minimum of 15-20 minutes to receive my food. Once I got my food I was highly disappointed. My chicken fingers was most definitely not chicken fingers. The food was so bad I had to throw it away. Zaxby's text club

I signed up for the email/text club and it stated i would receive a free meal for signing up and i would get a free nibbler on my birthday. I signed up for this months ago and have not received either one. I have been waiting for this and looking forward to it to no avail. I would really like it if this could be resolved please. Id like my free meal and my nibbler. My birthday has already passed.

Zaxby's employee

Stopped at Zaxbys in Moody, Alabama and after I ordered and got to the window, employee Jazmyn told her coworkers “oh hell no im not giving her these fries, I’ll be damned if I give her these fries, she’s racist.” I am not racist. I don’t appreciate her disgusting attitude and something needs to be done about her immediately. She’s referring to a time in 10th grade where she took something I said out of context and made a huge deal about it and told everybody I was racist which I’m not racist. I’m a very open minded, worldly individual who stands up for minorities. I shouldn’t even have to explain that to anybody. Her attitude was super disgusting and I will be telling everybody not to go to the Moody, AL location so they can avoid receiving the same horrible service.

Zaxby's poor customer service

On Oct 12 @ 1:35pm I arrived waiting in the Drive thru line. I saw that the line ahead of me was moving. Then it stopped. I was waiting for 12 minutes in same spot. Finally @ 1:47 I call the establishment asking if there is an issue inside. She asked me why I told her I was waiting in line. Then the phone hung up. (I totally am a patient person if there is communication stating they were busy. However that is not how a employee of yours handled the situation. Which at that point pissed me off!) The car in front of me was moving out of Drive thru and parked. I pulled up. They made me aware at the speaker that the computers are frozen. I asked if they were working inside she had said yes. I went to park and go inside. Soon as I do I am behind someone placing an order. All of a sudden your staff stops the Customer mid-sentence and states the computers are all frozen. They are unable to place an Order or place any transactions.

At that point I go to the front to one of your servers ask for the Managers name and contact information and let them know I have worked in Customer Service/ Hospitality for 15 years and that whoever answered the phone had no customer service and hung the phone up on me. She understood and wrote down the GM Name (Joe). As well as the first name of the Owner (Tom and his personal number). (I have worked on the side having to deal with Customers. However you always show people respect and the best customer service. ) I was not treated like that in any way from the person who answered that phone.

I would like to be contacted for this situation. I eat there several times a week. Since my place of employment is literally a minute away. I like eating there do to the freshness. I believe with unknown circumstances employees are to make customers aware of situation and ask for their patience . Communication is Very Important.

Zaxby's military discount

zaxby's is a great restaurant, however
I asked for my military discount druing purchasing at the drive-through. The original server that took my order over the intercom was not at the window.
Even though the order was complete I didn't get my discount. I called back and asked why. She said because I didn't verify my ID.
If I ask for a discount, it is the employee to verify, even though I had it in hand; she only took my Visa card out of my hand.

Zaxby's poor customer service

September 22, 2017, Visited Zaxby's 6707 Commonwealth Ave, Jax, FL 32254, Client 153, Jill C at 7:21 PM. After waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes to place an order, upon arriving at the window the associate did not greet me at all. She handed my food thru the window and said "here you go", closed the window and came back to hand me my drink and closed the window again. Not once did she say "thank you", "have a great day", or anything. I could not believe it, so I waited for about 3 minutes until she realized I was still there . She then opened the window again and said nothing. I asked of her name and she said Jill and closed the window again. I left with the intention of calling the store and asking for the store manager to tell them my experience. When I arrived home, I called the store Jill answered; and, asked if I could speak to the store manager, said she was the manager. I explained how I waited in the line for over 20 minutes and how I felt her customer service was not good, She said "Oh I'm glad you told me". Even after explaining my experience and how I felt she did not apologize or say thank you; actually she became very arrogant and starting being sarcastic. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and she once again said she was the manager in charge. I said okay, I would contact corporate office, she said "that's fine, you want me to give you the number". My response was no, I would send them an email. She said "you go ahead" and hung up the phone. I have never experience such poor customer service, nor have I ever taken the time to contact a corporate corporation to complaint; and, to find out she is the store manger, that is truly unacceptable. After the experience with Jill, I truly did not enjoy my meal and was tempted to take it back to the restaurant.

If Jill is in fact the store manager, I strongly recommend she receives Customer Experience Training, demoted, or be removed from interacting with customers.

I went to Zaxby's. Drive thru. Yesterday Tues 10-16 17. I purchased a BLT dinner, and an order of onion rings plus a couple more dinners.The Bacon on the BLT was Raw, gross me out the onions looked as if they were over cooked and gresay.Thats it I rather eat at home than blow my money out the window, My advice close your window and just serve people inside.All fast food places are getting like this, the people that go to the drive thru get nasty left over crap.

Zaxby's food, and consumer services.

First their was no napkins along with my meal. Second I order a Coke with my food, and received a diet Coke. Third I order a 4 finger piece chicken plate. The chicken was not warm, but Cold! The fries were soft, and not fresh. The was very unsatisfying for the establishment that is representing in Kansas. The management's of store was bad. Parking was very dirty curbs, and flowrr beds.

Location- 8334 Ikea Blvd Charlotte NC 28262

Workers are absolutely very rude. Eye rolling when ordering and from another employee at the drink section while I was trying to get a lid for my drink. Employee sitting down to clean tables and remaining there even when there was a high volume of customers. One occasion two employees had a verbal disagreement about not wanting to run the register during the current lunch rush. Trash is always over flowing and the restaurant seems very dirty. I have been to quit a few zaxbys and this by far was the worst and an honest embarrassment. I have always had good experiences at every zaxbys with employees being very nice and helpful. Typically I would never leave a negative review but Ive been to this location 3 times and each visit is never better.

Zaxby's zaxby's north myrtle beach

North Myrtle Beach, 3820 Highway 17 South.
I and my wife visited this N.M. Beach Zaxbys location on August 23, 2017. After approaching the cash register to place our order, a black female by the name of Terria was working the register. Ms. Terria then looked over at my wife and started shaking her head in disgust, possibly because my wife was of Indian ethnicity. Ms. Terria then called the black woman approximately 40-50 years old and told her to look. The 40-50 yr old woman preparing the food then looked up at my wife and began to shake from left to right and then said ok. I then ordered the grilled chicken meal for myself without honey mustard. I ordered a Caesar salad for my wife for dining in. The black woman preparing the food gave our order to another short brown complexion female to bring out to us as Terria stood in the back. I looked at the Ceasar salad and it was made for a rabbit. It had a few tiny pieces of chicken in the middle and a few croutons on the plate covered by a little more lettuce which was nothing for a 110lb woman to eat. I sat to at my table and checked my grilled chicken sandwich to make sure there was no honey mustard on it, but the sandwich was smeared with honey mustard. Me and my wife looked over at the register and noticed Terria and the short brown complexion black female kept watching us, laughing and at the same time whispering to each other. I began to wonder if my food was tampered with and was so dissatisfied with the service that I called the manager and talked with her about the rude black cashier named Tarria and the way the food was prepared. I then explained to the store manager that I possibly believe the black female employees tampered with my food by the way they kept watching us at the table giggling. The manager admitted that the cashier was rude and has a bad attitude, but stated that their employees would never tamper with a customer's food. The manager just made excuses for the employees at the North Myrtle Beach location. My advice to anyone visiting North Myrtle Beach is do not visit the Zaxby' s at 3820 Hwy 17 South. This company has the rudest ghetto, baby making employees I have ever seen and it's best to avoid this location and any other locations that hire trashy employees.

Zaxby's nothing at all

I stopped by Zaxbys location on Apalachee Parkway and went in the drive thru and the two young ladies named Kashayla and Mylesha who took and provided me with my order were so informative about the menu and she sounded like they were excited to be at work unlike other restaurants that I’ve visited before. The both of them were really helpful when it came to answering any questions I had about the menu & the different orders. I just want to thank the entire team for such a wonderful and joyous visit. Not only was the customer service EXCELLENT but MY ORDER WAS FRESH & MADE CORRECTLY! KEEP THIS UP GUYS! AWESOME JOB & GREAT SPEED OF SERVICE!

Zaxby's customer service

The customer service line is a joke. Was on hold for over 40 minutes and no answer. What does customer service mean t Zaxby's? Leaving people on hold. I listened to the same songs being played 4 to 5 times each.
This was Sunday, August 6th.
When are you bringing back the sensation salad? What makes this salad seasonal? Listen to you customers and bring back the salad. The salad is a hit, why don't you sell it.

Zaxby's texas toast

Was at one of your stores, not my usual store that I go to, but anyway I love your Cobb Salad & especially the Texas toast, sometimes I order extra Texas Toast, but on August 8th 2017, when we arrived back home to eat our Salads the bread was old, hard and dry tasting you couldn't even chew it, so I was very disappointed, I called the store & talked with the manager, and all she said was thank you for letting me know, I thought something should have compensated for the Toast, so I'm passing this on to you. Thank you for your time on this. So I'm requesting a couple of coupons for another Cobb Salad for both my Husband & I.
