Zone Fitness Lenasia review: cancel my membership immediately 1

This was my email I sent within my 5-10 days... But till today it hasnt been sorted. I need this sorted asap

I have called 2 weeks ago and spoke to a guy nishen or something, however I told him that my accouint was debited and I need a refund as I will not be able to join the gym. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I am not able to join the gym and told him I need a refund and also to cancel it as i'm still in my 5-10 working days where I can decide if I am able to join the gym. I phoned two weeks ago and he told me he requested the cancellationa and refund but the lady in the department is not there but she'll phone me. No phone call over the weekend nothing monday so I called back the same guy answered the phone and tried once more to trasnsfer me to no avail the lady was again not availible and he advised that he has logged the cal two weeks ago and requested the refund and cancellaton.

Today the lady phones me and tells me she only got the message now only (how is that my fault) I just really need to cancel this and get the refund as I will not be able to pay this or join thie gym.
Also the tone the lady spoke was really not friendly.
