Cricut- review: Maker design space v6.13 of sept 22 2021

Cricut update to v6.13 sept 22 2021
When the layers panel in design space is grayed out the image in the panel is impossible to see. The panel is on the right side of the design space. Spoke with cricut but will be slow at answering me. Anyone else having this problem?
Some one else had the same problem but the whole layers panel was black.
I am not getting much of a response from 2 face book entries. I know I am not the only one who uses the panel while designing in design space.
