Where should I begin, not sure but, my experience with you gambling entity has been absolutely unsatisfactory to say the least with the fact that i’ve lost thousands have the statement show but reached out numerous time regarding a jackpot that fairly won but was not paid having the screen freeze at that exact tie which was a complete bunch of crap. I’ve not played in a minute as im totally dissatisfied with my entire playing experience including poor customer service, lack of accountability, and responsibility to resolve complaints. I’ve received after many attempts thru email to communicate my problem and a long wait time for reply a basic generic or unhelpful answer.
Draftkings lack of transparency have left such a bad taste that i’ve given much thought of writing this complaint and seeking legal action. So please get ready!
