I had purchased an emax tinyhawk freestyle 2 around July 2023. It was the RTF (ready to fly) bundle kit, It worked fine, but I lost it while flying. I decided to buy another because it was an awesome little drone, the 2nd one I got was the BNF (bind and fly) I flew it a total of 2 or 3 times with no wrecks, it still looked brand new, it was only 2 or so...

Emax / Max Electronics Replacement of washing machine

Respected team I bought a washing machine from Emax. I bought it on 28 and they delivered on 31 May and i called back to emax this very big unit and drainage pipe is left side which not common in washing machine. normally drainiage pip alwasy back side. This is the reason unable to fit in my flat it more then stander size. i asked them please exchange the unit they said showroom staff said we will not do any refund or exchange. Emax / Max Electronics My phone draining fast after bring to service center

I had brought my phone at E-max Mall of the emirates branch last April 12, 2023. I reported that my phone wasn’t charging so they asked me to get it repaired (under warranty).

April 21, 2023 I got my phone back l, this is when I notice that the battery is now draining fast which was never happened before. I suspect that the team who repaired my phone has replaced it with an old battery. I would like this to be investigated and I demand my original battery back!

Emax / Max Electronics Side by side refrigerator bosch

Very very stupid service in Emax ... They have delivered not working side side fridge product.

Customer service is also very worst service... Not caring about customer... They not updating the status to us everytime. We are in 4th month of complaints registered for this fridge. But analyzing analyzing like all this 4 months. Totally money waste and time waste.

Issue in fridge:

Company : Bosch Brand New

1. First call - Freezer(left side) is working too much and right side normal cooling is not working. Complaint raised. January

2. No update from Emax

3. Second call - Emax customer service giving info that Bosch will come for checking.

Didn't come for 4-5 days.

4. Third call - Emax saying that they will come .. Bosch person came to validate...they said settings issues and he did the settings. But end of the day it's not working.

5. Fifth call - Emax same story .. new person from Bosch came for checking...he said yes right side is not working and need to analyze.

6. Sixth call - Emax saying they will come for placing USB for findings. Bosch came and kept the USB after that one month no one came and no update for fridge.

7. Seventh call - Emax said will check with Bosch.. after 2 days he came again and took the USB.

8. Eight call - Bosch saying sensor issue after that it will work ...they were garenting. We said after changing this if not working means what you will do... They said it will work. But end of the day it's not working.

9. Nineth call - Emax not working after changing sensor and they saying will check with Bosch.

10. Tenth call - Bosch person came kept USB again and after 1week he came and took the USB . Bosch person coming after 4 days and asking for USB which he took already.

11. Eleventh call to Emax saying that all the above stories and the after 2days Bosch took our fridge for checking and replace temp fridge ...this is also not working at right hand side not stable.

12.Twevleth call to Emax for No updates for 2 weeks after taking our new fridge.

Still going...

Emax / Max Electronics Jabra earbuds

Actually I'm going to buy jbl earbuds but one of staff suggested me Jabra is a good quality product more than jbl and he told the good feature bettery life about the Jabra so I brought Jabra earbuds after buying with 2 months one side earbud is not working and disconnecting everytime... i will never buy anything from this store again. they change rules from time to time

Emax / Max Electronics iPhone 14 pro

Today 12th Jan 2023 I went to your store at mall on Oman to buy an iPhone 14 pro. Select the phone and later at the time of bill payment they are forcing me to buy the extended warranty or else they will not let sell me the phone. I made it clear to them, I will only pay the price displayed there so they refused to sell me the phone saying it’s company policy.

You can't force me to pay for a service I don't need

Emax / Max Electronics Lenovo tablet

To whom it may Concern,

Please be informed that I and my wife had a bad experience with your E-max manager and rude staff in one of your store in Mall of Emirates.

On January 2, 2023 we bought 3 items using the credit card of my Brother and when we got home we open the boxes that we purchased and then my wife noticed that the stylus pen are missing in the Lenovo tablet.

The stylus pen that I mentioned are clearly showing in the photos and because it is included in the tablet my wife decide to bought it.

We called and came in the Emax store on January 3, 2023 to claim the stylus pen around 7:00pm to 7:30pm and clearly explain what are missing in the item that we purchased. One of the staff and the manager admitted that they show wrong information to the customer.

And they decide to persuade us to buy other item in higher price but we don’t have any excess money and we want only the stylus pen that I mention before. Afterwards the manager of the store agreed to refund and admitting the mistake that they have done by giving wrong information to the customer.

The manager of the store and my wife go to the cashier to refund the money and suddenly one of your staff shouting and telling my wife to come back to their store once she bring the credit card of my brother. My wife humiliated Infront of the other customer and emax staff.

You can check your camera around 7:00pm to 7:30pm. My wife talked to your staff not to shout and talk calmly and my also wife explaining that we have the original receipt and they can refund it without the credit card of my brother. By the way my brother is in the Abudhabi and he will come back in Dubai next month and we don’t want to disturb him. The staff still shouting while the manager talking to us and the manager tried to the rude staff but the manager can’t control him and continuously disrespecting Infront of us. The manager also can’t control the situation and covering up your staff even without saying sorry to us.

We decided to complain in al futaim service desk in order to solve our issues and one of the Af futaim staff come with us to the emax store in order to check the complain. We talked again to Emax manager and explaining their side but still same thing happen and they are still insisting that we need to bring my brother card in order to refund the money even the head cashier agreed with him Unfortunately my wife is a store manager and the al futaim representative who assist us is also a cashier and explain that they can refund the money using only the official receipt.

The representative of al futaim already warned your manager that if you will solve the issues, give some complements or benefits to the customer you will be in big trouble due to giving a wrong information to the customer. The Emax manager replied “then complain anywhere you want nobody will help you and you want my neck, Go ahead and I be in full responsible.

We already complain to DED as well in Al futaim management as per recommended by your Emax manager. We called also your customer service and they are not helpful and they also covering up your staff.

The Lenovo Tablet item is still with your staff and we already showed the official receipt with them.

We suffer a lot and a hard a time because of the poor service and big mistake giving wrong information by Emax staff and hoping you can help us solving our issues

Emax / Max Electronics Defective Items

Item name : Hama wireless mouse

Date purchased : 29 Sep' 2022

Location : Emax Fujairah - City Centre

I complaint about the items i bought about the condition when i opened the box but your sales representative said that there is no issue about the items and he said its only battery leak and change the battery and found working, i told to change the items with new as the battery terminal of the mouse is contaminated, but he replied that there is no way he will change the items because the items is working fine.

my concern is i bought a new items and i deserve a brand new condition not the defective or not brand new condition.

hope you will take an action on this one and request to train your sale representative to treat customer right, not telling to the customer complaint if you want.

Emax / Max Electronics Macbook 14 inch, earpods pros and iwatchseries not received yet

I purchased a macbook 14 inch but instead i was told that i am also being airpods pros and i watch series 7 for which i paid extra and then i was asked to pay duty charges 2 times. Its been a month i havent received my order yet which I ordered on 27th july and i was supposed to receive it on 29th of july. I paid 1 lakh 50 thousand INR! And i have filed a fir and cyber complain too on this matter.

Desired outcome: I want my parcel or i want refund!

Emax / Max Electronics Product and Service

On the date of 22 july 2022 i purchase one smart watch by 39.9 OMR from Seeb city center outlet, when i went home and i opened the box i found the watch logo against my religious principle, next day on 23 july at 6.55 P.M i went for exchange the watch on the range of similar price, you cannot imagine how they rudely react on my request, very bad experience with customer service, they don't care about what customer, they don’t know how to give minimum respect and caring about their customer’s needs, on the end i left the watch and bill on desk because no manager to talk with me

Emax / Max Electronics ez pilot pro

I received the $277.38 plastic junk pile and it was broken. I reached out to the crack pot support team on 3/9/22, no response. I reached out a again a week later, no response so I submitted a dispute on my credit card. It took EMAX's bank 2 months to respond, probably from all the other disputes.

I still have the broken drone, I have still never heard back from my original support ticket but EMAX closed it 2 months ago, so i probably shouldn't expect someone actually get back to me so i can return this junk.

Desired outcome: I want their website shut down for not following consumer laws.

Emax / Max Electronics Service complaint (complaint on sales person Mr. Denny)

Hi I was a regular customer in emax, but I never thought I would be had this type of worst behavior from your one of sales person Mr. DENNY who is Deira city center branch. Last 25th april I went to emac in DCC to buy one laptop, customer will have many question about the product correct till billing that person was polite after I billed I asked one doubt suddenly that person changed to worst behavior he was spoken rudely I never expect this type of behavior from your sales person, if this type of activity will make customers to upset and they will not come to you to buy anything try to avoid this type of behavior and I am recommending to take action on this, if you have any doubt kindly call me on the following no. name : paul julian, contact no : [protected], date of purchase : 25th april 2022, email: [protected]@gmail.com

Emax / Max Electronics Huawei P30 pro which I bought from Abu Dhabi Hamdan Branch

I bought a huwavei p30 pro in 2020 November and had done the screen guard quickx from emax Abudhabi Hamdan show room as the employee in screen guard protection and the sales lady promised me that if I put that screen guard my phone screen will be totally protected from scratches and breaks but after my phone fell down the screen is already broken as they were faking about this screen protector saying that it's nasa approved screen protector and I had paid 200 dhirhams for this screen protector, I hope emax will never cheat a customer saying this fake promises

Emax / Max Electronics Muscat mall branch manager

The branch manager at Oman Muscat mall hatish is so rude with the customer I have send my air fryer to be repaired under the warranty and thy have not explained to us that about the policy after we returned that he was so rude he told us this is our policy and you can do what ever you want to do I dont mind and that is not customer service

I got power bank from mall of the Emirates e max and it’s not working! I called moe e max they told me to take it to any e max and they will help me! But I came to e max in burjuman center point and the guy told me to go to moe! Sorry but it’s not my fault that the product is not working! It’s your fault so you fix it! I can’t go to moe it’s really far! I want a new power bank!
