Fedy Logistics review: Freight forward

I had a freight forwarder in China. We have had some business together. In february 2023 I received some product (order no 1) damaged and got refund on alibaba. But in january I ordered something (order no 2) and paid on westernunion. She refuse to deliver (order no 2) to me and her defense is there is one more package (order no 3) arrived in warehouse (that I refuse her shipment (order no 3) and many times I advise her to handover my ner forwarder and she also ignored). She asks for that order no 3 shipment fee for delivering order no 2.

Value of order no 2 is 5k usd
shipment fee for order no 2 is 1220 usd
value of order no 3 is 1k usd
actual shipment fee for order no 3 is 270 usd
requesting amount of her for shipment no 3 is 500 usd
and for this amount of money she also doesnt accept alibaba payment or any other 3rd party payment. she only accept western union.
