It used to be such a pleasure to play at grandwest. As a platinum member i'm really disappointed. I spend between 5000 and 10000 every month and every single time I go home empty handed. I feel so angry and frustrated seeing other people winning all the time and I sit at grandwest for 24hours or even more trying to win something. For the last 3 years I haven't won a single thing. The biggest I ever got was 30000 on king kong cash 4 years ago and even those machines were taken away. It's so relaxing and nice to spend time there but sad to leave empty handed every time. Pls lcheck if my card is dead or what. Id number [protected]. Vilnapls can I get feedback
