I ordered 2 pair o wedding shoes size 7, what i normally wear. when received them i tried them on and they are extremely big on me. per website the only way to return them is to notify them of desire to return along with pictures of items and they will send a return label. after numerous emails and pictures i finally get a respond saying, "the dress you ordered was made just for you, so you are not able to return." i am not attempting to return a dress and i did not send pictures of dress. i have send multiple replies and have kindly asked to sen me a return label. after 3 weeks, i have not got a response.

I ordered a portion dress on April 17 and I paid extra for it to arrive before MAY 3 and it's still not here. This is unacceptable and daughter now can't attend prom. I tried to explain myself in a few words but apparently that's not good enough for your company but taking my money and ruining my daughter's day needs to be written or further.! I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful dress on the website for my wedding. I paid an extra $40 to have expedited shipping. Not only did the dress arrive after the date it was supposed to, but it looks nothing like the picture. I immediately tried to begin the return process, which clearly states that return can be made within 7 days. Today I received an email from "Sandra" who suggests that I keep the dress and they will refund me 10%. I want my $200 back! This is clearly a scam and no phone number. This is unacceptable.
I ordered my daughters senior prom dress from this company, the dress looks nothing I mean nothing like the picture . I started the refund process to be told I cannot get a refund if the dress is not defective because of their error . The return policy is bogus and you do not get to talk to a live person just back and forth emails and I may add they are pretty rude as well ! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE .

I ordered my dress march 29th. And it has been under tailoring ever since. I emailed the customer service multiple times and was replied to the first 4 or 5 times and was told I would receive my dress on time. I was told my dress would arrive by the 19th of April and it hasn't. the past few times I emailed I never received a response. It will not make it on time for my special event even though I was told 3 times it would. I need my refund immediately. If I do not receive my complete refund. I will include the law because tis website is stealing from its customers and guaranteeing false information.

It took me 6 weeks to get a dress but they cashed the check the first week I ordered it. I've emailed them 10 times and only got one or two responses I finally get the dress after the dance is over, and now I want to return it but no one will email me back. All I need is a return request so I can send the dress back within 7 days to get a full refund no one has answered my emails. Buyer be aware! My dress was promised to be delivered prior to my daughters prom and arrived 3 weeks later unfinished (see picture) and I when I sent them my complaint about the tailoring being unfinished they forwarded me the no return policy. So order at your own risk. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for from my experience with them!

I ordered a dress thinking I was ordering from a UK website. I should have known when I got no confirmation email or order number.
On its arrival a few weeks later, I found that the dress had come from China and looked nothing like the picture advertised on the website. Plus the pads at the bust are in totally the wrong place.
When I asked if I could return it they refused and offered an insulting 10% discount. I paid £120, this would mean £12 back! When I refused they offered 15%!
Now they have stopped replying to my emails, I have lost £120 and I am stuck with this revolting dress.

It is not uncommon for many clothing shops to not offer refunds or exchanges. In return the customer receives much better pricing. At times it might be advisable to contact a local seamstress for alterations.

Ordered a $200 prom dress for my daughters Senior year- I'm a single parent, so this is a lot of money! The dress came and looks nothing like the picture, it's extremely cheaply made and the "exact measurements" we provided were not the same measurements as the dress. We have sent 7 emails and received no response. I'm not sure how we'll get another prom dress now, and clearly this company has no interest in making their mistake/deception right for their customers!
