There is no winning I have followed the advice from cyber buddy lower bet manually spin etc…etc.. and nothing the purchases I have made are hundreds of dollars..Real money spent not fake chips like Huuuge takes away! I was a loyal customer and player and have been for a very long time and had no problem making purchases even if I had a high chip balance your cyber buddy gave me a trillion and bam you take it away! I feel like this is a scam and an attempt to force me to buy chips by the way the prices are absolutely ridiculous! Why do you not value me as a customer? And why am I not worth more than a trillion when I have given you hundreds and hundreds of dollars?

My issue is that my name was changed for me. I dont want my name on my account on Huuuge Casino. My name I want on there is Angel ( what it was before). My id number is [protected]. I can't change name back because it is now locked ( I had one more choice ). My club name is Jackpot Lovers! My game level is 2242. Please change my name back for me. I am a private person and I NEVER post anything on facebook. Thank You. I just went down 2T while writing this.

On my billionaire casino game worh my player ID [protected] it shows that I am banned. And I do not know why.

On huuge casino with my player ID [protected] says error every time I try to make a purchase.

I tried resolving both issues since july2nd 2023 to no avail.

Saturday May 28 the account I use on my iPad was switched (and lost) to my other account I play on my iPhone. Now I no longer have access to my iPad account. And I purchased a 124.00 package but my chip balance is over 138T.

I took this screen shot today. Everything except my player I’d. Oh and my profile pic changed.

Also, Customer Support is no longer in the menu.

I was playing with 5 billion chip bets and got to the 1030 milestone threshold for 40 gold tickets. The 40 gold tickets rewards when I reached the latest milestone, 1030, were there when I opened the box but when I went to the lottery prizes page the tickets were not there. This is the second time this has happened to me in a month.

I was told by customer support that there are no golden tickets at the 1030 milestone yet on Huuuge’s website this is not the case.

“We have returned the Milestone rewards to be granted every 10 levels.

This change is applied once you reach your nearest Milestone.”

When did ticket rewards get removed from 1030 milestone and why would the program show the prize reward of the box which when opened had 40 gold tickets in it?

I’ve never had this problem before and I have been playing the game for many years.

Today 10/27 I was playing cash madness and won the jackpot (3stars) 3 times. I was only credited for 1. I was betting 10b and each win was 1.4T. So I was robbed of 2.8T.

Also today I went to complete a charm set but needed an additional 106 tokens. 906 to complete and I had 800. So I purchase a package which included 125 tokens. When I go to complete the set, the amount increased to 1034. This is fraud at best!

I reached out to customer support and a Mario responded about the jackpots not credited but that was about 10 hours ago. No communication.

And I just reported the charm token amount increasing and as usual, nothing.

I spend a lot of money all the time. This stuff happens all the time. I am very very upset with Huuuge! You made completing charm sets harder by adding shiny charms. I completed the trading challenge for a shiny charm which I got. I completed the last Penn's passage for a shiny charm and it was the same darn charm! So today 06/22/2022 I did the special charm purchase (a shiny charm, a magical charm pack and 2x regular charms) and get THE SAME DARN SHINY CHARM! Also no new charms at all. I am so angry. You guys need to revamp your system. So I got 3 shiny charm packs and got the same charm three times! This is not right! I am very disappointed in you guys. This happens all the time. Stupid me said I was not going to purchase and chase charms anymore. Stupid me did it anyway. No more. So disappointed. One time I made 10 399.99 purchases in a row with no new charm. I contacted support with no resolution. Another time I purchased the guaranteed 1 of 3 charms. I made purchase 1 it was not the one I needed. I purchased again and it was the same charm, I did a third purchase of that same "guaranteed 1 of 3" and got the same charm a third time. I am over it.

I didnt recieve the gold tickets for levelling up to 1370 I got 100 gold when I levelled up to 1360 yet none at 1370 and gold tickets are won everytime you level up to a zero on the end I didn't get any plus I havent been receiving Billy boosts or xp boosts when collecting the tickets I got 100 gold tickets when I levelled to 1360 yet no xp points added when it landed on them my player I.d is [protected]

Good day, on the 15/03/2022 at 11H47 I made a purchase of 9.99USD worth of coins, but I did not received it onto my players account player ID50464309 I did receive a notification from my bank and only today 16/03/2022 from FB via e mail. I have been waited all day but nothing been placed onto my player ID50464309, I cant spend money and not receive anything not goood

I've purchased gold ticket special packs. I've hit two 100 gold ticket milestones. I need ONE puzzle piece & haven't been able to get it. I love your games but you have it set so tight & inaccessible, I'm ready to call it quits with Huuuge & find another game to play. We spend & spend, knowing full well there is NO cash return. I had a challenge to get like 1.5bill or 15billion I'm not sure and I collected all the shopping bags and I didn't get my money my wifi went off and I didn't get my money and I spent all my chips to get that challenge please help.

Date of incident 10/25/2021 - player ID is [protected] For starters many times the promotional banners require a player to make a purchase in order to qualify, which to me seems unfair, when it supposed to be a game that they state "it's free to play". That being said I've had unresolved issues regarding the rewards for promotional banners, which has happened more than once. The most recent issue was regarding the banner gigantic wins, the day the banner appeared I actually sent a message to support on 10/22/21 to inquire about whether or not the personal progressive on double chilies was viewed as a "jackpot", because no where in the games information tab does it refer to the personal progressive as a jackpot and I wanted to be sure of that because the banner excluded jackpots. I would also like to add that I was sure to include screenshots in my initial message sent inquiring about this. The response that I received from Megan (support representative) was this:

I was betting 1b and end up winning 2, 384, 425, 000, 000 & im not sure whether this game does the animated huuuge win at anytime a person hits the personal progressive I do know that large wins such as the huge win I had do count towards the workout when huuuuge win is needed. Needless to say on 10/25/2021 when rewards were disbursed I was quite shocked when I received a reward of 39.4b when I was told that my win of 2, 384, 425, 000, 000 indeed qualified for the banner (the banner that I actually had to make a purchase to even qualify). At that point I each out to support inquiring about the missing portion of my reward and Mario stated the following
"Hey Cindy,
Thank you for reaching out to me!
In the case of this event, the jackpots were excluded from the rewards, so you can rest easy - the reward was calculated correctly.

I show Mario that personal progressive is different than regular jackpots, and sent him a screenshot of the message Megan sent me, at which point I'm told is being investigated and that I would just have to wait, I asked for an estimated time this investigation would take and was told that they don't know as it requires a lot of data. So I wait. Zero resolution and I get Megan as support and she never replies and just closed conversation. I am a loyal player and feel as though I've been cheated and my concerns are ignored. At this point for all the inconvenience I feel I should get the reward I should have received 234B+ and was told qualified for the promotion, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and for the way i have been treated by support.
