Lamport Hemp Farm is located at 13691 County Highway 18 Hobart NY 13788. All electrical services is complete at that location NYSEG just needs to turn it on. Terrible customer service over the phone and they won't let me get past my social SS # number which they said doesn't match up. After that, customer service puts me to another operator which means I sit on hold for another 20 minutes and repeat. Payment has been received according to my bank records. This has delayed my business opening and I am losing money. We have considered bringing in a lawyer.
