I have just recently ordered the new Brilliance hairless razor from 5th and glam I've opened the package there was no user manual for one the item will not hold a charge and is cracked by the blades in two spots I have contacted fishing Glam and receive nothing back all I'm asking for is a replacement item thank you very much. The product was ordered in December I received it in the beginning of January I would have sent this sooner but I was hoping to get a response back from 5th and glam since I have not received any response or anything from them I am now contacting you this is not a cheap item and I would appreciate at least a response thank you very much
