This company is the absolute worst!
This company is the absolute worst! My customers were promised by an employee named "K" over a year ago that she would take care of them. I have reached out to six OakCraft people for help and received nothing in 14 months. Do not use this company.
Beautiful cabinets, but there's a small hiccup
Beautiful cabinets, but there's a small hiccup. They didn't provide a color stain pen to fix scratches caused during installation. We decided to get some extra cabinetry, but unfortunately, they arrived without the finished end piece. It seems like OakCraft made an error by not including it. Sadly, they're not willing to rectify their mistake.

I've been living in a new Pulte home for three years now, and I recently noticed that the cabinet above the microwave has started to come apart at the back and is leaning. I even posted some pictures of it in my review. Thankfully, the microwave is holding it in place for now. I reached out to both Pulte and Oakcraft about this issue, but they informed me that they couldn't assist me due to the expired warranty. It's quite evident that this cabinet is defective, and I expected them to stand behind their work. Additionally, I've noticed that the facing on most of my cabinets hasn't been stained properly, leaving unfinished wood visible on many of the cabinet faces.

We moved into our new Pulte home in Nov 2021 and right away we noticed some cabinets were damaged (in our kitchen and guest bath). We reported it and waited for months for the replacement cabinets to arrive, but when they finally did, they had the wrong stain! They said they would rush the order, but it's been over 10 weeks now (and two appointments got cancelled) and we still don't have our cabinets! On top of that, we still have some cracked cabinets from the beginning, a missing cabinet door in the kitchen, and a bathroom panel that's so badly damaged that we can't even attach the toilet paper holder. We've called our builder rep and Oakcraft multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. I'm going to tell Pulte's CEO about this and strongly suggest they find a different cabinet company because Oakcraft is just plain incompetent.
This company is the worst, I swear
This company is the worst, I swear. I spent so much money on their cabinets, and it's been a total nightmare for 7 whole months. The crown molding in my kitchen was broken, and they just super glued it back together without even trying to make it look decent. It doesn't even line up with the rest of the molding. And let me tell you, all of my cabinets have chips, white marks, and they just look like they're made of cheap materials. Can you believe they even installed the wrong crown molding in my laundry room? I had to take 3 days off work just so they could come and fix these issues. The first time the guy was there, he was too busy with another job to order all the materials. The second time they came out, the guy replaced some stuff and made a list of what needed to be ordered. But guess what? I had to wait another 2 months for an appointment to have the cabinets touched up and get all the materials replaced. And guess what again? They showed up today, but they only did touch-ups because none of the materials were there. I don't have any more days off work to spare. And you know what's the worst part? Nobody at the company even cares. They take your money and then act like fixing their mistakes is not a priority. I'm telling you, stay far away from this company. Unless you want to live with a bunch of huge mistakes and blue tape all over your cabinets.
Me and my husband bought a house in Windgate Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ in March
Me and my husband bought a house in Windgate Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ in March . The house was built in 2018 and it came with Oakcraft Cabinets. When we moved in, I noticed that the cabinets were in bad shape. They were peeling and chipping, and it was clear that they weren't primed properly. I contacted our builder, Toll Brothers, but they told us to talk to Oakcraft since the warranty had expired and we weren't the original owners.
I had a local contractor come and check the cabinets, and he confirmed that they weren't primed. So, I reached out to Oakcraft and spoke to Gaylene in customer service. She said she would look into it and call me back. But she didn't. I had to contact them again, and Gaylene promised to look into it once more. The next day, she called me back and said they would open a customer service order.
A week later, Gaylene emailed me with a response from their warranty team. She said, "Below is the response I received from our warranty team. They warranty is non transferrable." Oakcraft didn't even bother to assess the condition of the cabinets or ask for pictures before denying my request. Their customer service is terrible, and the quality of their products and workmanship is absolutely awful.
Oakcraft told me that if I want their team to assess the cabinets, I have to pay for it. But these cabinets are only 2 years old, and it's clear that their company didn't do a proper job with priming. On top of that, if you search for "Oakcraft" online, you'll find many other people reporting the same issue. This company shouldn't be allowed to keep operating when they're making defective products and refusing to acknowledge or fix the problem.
I won't give up on my concerns. I will keep escalating the issue until it's resolved.

We bought this new house and decided to splurge on an accent *** for the cabinet doors
We bought this new house and decided to splurge on an accent *** for the cabinet doors. Once the cabinets were installed, we immediately noticed that the glaze colors were all over the place. Some were too light, while others were too dark. Oakcraft came to inspect and simply said, "Sorry, that's just how it is!" This is not acceptable at all, especially when you're paying for elegant cabinetry. I want all the doors and drawer fronts replaced without the glaze.
I've been trying to get OakCraft Elegant Cabinetry to replace some faulty cabinet doors and frames since October 7
I've been trying to get OakCraft Elegant Cabinetry to replace some faulty cabinet doors and frames since October 7. I've made numerous phone calls, but they rarely return my calls. They've given me three different dates for the replacement, but they've missed every single one. The most recent call was on Monday, January 10th. *** said they would call me back with information in five minutes, but it's now Friday, January 11th, and I still haven't received any calls. I can't seem to get any response or answers regarding my warranty issues. On top of that, they've had one of my cabinet doors for two months now. The resolution I'm seeking is for them to honor the warranty, return my door, and replace the two broken doors, as well as the broken frame.
Oakcraft put in cabinets in our new Pulte home
Oakcraft put in cabinets in our new Pulte home. Since we closed in August , we've had problems with Oakcraft's installation and product quality. Even after 18 months, Oakcraft hasn't finished their work. There are still a few unresolved issues. The most recent problem happened on 1/29. They wrongly put in a "skin" and damaged a facing. We called their management on that day to report the problem. We called again on 2/1 to check on it and left 3 messages. We also sent pictures of the damage. As of today, 2/4, Oakcraft hasn't returned any of our messages. The following work still needs to be done: 1. replace cabinet doors. 2. repair the damage to the facing. 3. replace the inside "skin".

We bought a brand-new house from Pulte and it came with OakCraft cabinets
We bought a brand-new house from Pulte and it came with OakCraft cabinets. We closed the deal on 5/31/2022, but we still haven't had the initial cabinet problems fixed. We made a bunch of appointments through Pulte's warranty process, but OakCraft has bailed on us multiple times, even today. The problems we're facing include cabinet doors that are split, dovetail joints that are cracked, cabinets that are hung incorrectly (our fridge won't fit because the cabinet height is wrong), a cabinet that's cracked, and some smaller issues like chipped paint or dents. We've called both Pulte and OakCraft, and they always say they're doing their best or that it's someone else's fault, but it's been 6 months and the problems are still here.
Cabinet drawers gone
Cabinet drawers gone. No warranty for bad stuff they put in. Paint faded, chipped all over. Broken cabinet doors not fixed. Oakcraft says they got it all on record, but they say no repairs needed. We asked Oakcraft for help for a whole year, had lots of workers come, but they didn't do a good job. We're missing drawers they took for fixing, and now they can't find them. The new house has a warranty for Oakcraft's stuff, but they haven't finished the job right. They say the painted island is messed up, but they won't fix it to make it good.
I got these kitchen cabinet doors and 1 frame that are all messed up - they're cracking and looking all weird
I got these kitchen cabinet doors and 1 frame that are all messed up - they're cracking and looking all weird. I've been trying since October 7 to get them replaced under warranty. They keep telling me different dates when the doors might be ready. But when I call, nobody bothers to call me back. The latest person I talked to, ***, on December 31 said the doors should be ready around January 5th (some other person, *** A, said it would take 5 weeks on October 28, and then on December 9, *** W said they'd be ready by December 22). I called *** on January 10 and January 7, but they never called me back. It's been over 3 months and I've hardly heard anything from these guys. I just want a real date for when I can get my replacement doors and frame for the crappy ones they gave me in the first place. I've called them a whopping 21 times since October 7th and still no satisfaction. I even filed a complaint on October 26, and that was the only way I could get anyone to call me. I feel like they're purposely dragging this out so that the warranty period expires.
and have not received proper resolution
and have not received proper resolution. It is disappointing to see that Oak Craft has not taken responsibility for the issues we have been experiencing.
The quality of the cabinets has been subpar, with the finish chipping and showing discoloration from the early days of owning our home. This has been a constant source of frustration for us, as we expected better durability and longevity from a reputable company like Oak Craft. The wear and tear on the cabinets is abnormal, and the finish is clearly not up to par.
We have reached out to Oak Craft numerous times to address these concerns, but unfortunately, our calls have gone unanswered. The lack of response from their customer service team has been extremely frustrating and has left us feeling neglected as customers. It took them a significant amount of time to even schedule an appointment for a representative to come and assess the issues.
When the customer service representative finally came to our house on 5/6, he acknowledged the problems with the cabinets. He agreed that there was discoloration, abnormal wear and tear, and an improper finish. He assured us that he would take our concerns back to the company and recommend that they refinish the cabinets.
However, despite his promises, we were met with disappointment once again. After multiple attempts to contact Oak Craft on 7/16, we were informed that our claim had been denied. It is disheartening to see that even after acknowledging the issues, Oak Craft has chosen not to stand behind their product and provide a satisfactory resolution.
We understand that our cabinets are no longer covered by the standard warranty, but we believe that the multiple claims we made during the warranty period should have been addressed appropriately. It is frustrating to be met with such poor customer service and lack of accountability from a company that prides itself on its craftsmanship.
Overall, our experience with Oak Craft has been extremely disappointing. The quality of their cabinets has been subpar, and their customer service has been lacking. We would not recommend Oak Craft to others based on our personal experience.
We got Oakcraft Cabinets from our builder (Pulte Homes) and moved into our new home on May 31, 2022
We got Oakcraft Cabinets from our builder (Pulte Homes) and moved into our new home on May 31, 2022. We paid extra for Oakcraft's fanciest cabinetry upgrade for our whole house. Oakcraft folks have come to our place a few times, but they didn't show up when they were supposed to on some occasions. Late in August, an Oakcraft technician finally came by to order replacements for 9 doors, 10 drawers, and the stuff needed to finish the trim for our cabinets. It's been over 4 months since we closed, and they still haven't finished the job. On top of that, the cabinets for our fridge were hung too low, so we can't fully fit the fridge underneath. We've tried to get Pulte to help with these fixes, but even they are fed up with Oakcraft's lack of communication and commitment. We think Oakcraft is making cabinets that don't meet their customers' standards, and they don't care about providing good customer service or following up to finish the job.
My cabinets were bought from builder Pulte
My cabinets were bought from builder Pulte.Co. They won't respond to my request for a warranty inspection on our kitchen cabinets. On 10/07, I called and left a message for *** but they never called back. On 10/11, I called and spoke with ***. She took my information and said a *** would call me in about 4 days to schedule an appointment and look at our cabinets. On 10/19, I called and *** transferred me to ***. I left a message but never received a call back. On 10/20, I called and left a message for a ***. He called back and said he would check with *** about coming out. On 10/21, there was no return call, so I called again and left a message with ***. There was no call from *** either. On 10/22, I called again and left yet another message with ***. On 10/25, I called again and spoke with ***. He said he would have *** call me to schedule an appointment. By the afternoon of 10/25, there was still no call from ***. I called *** again and left a message. On 10/26, there was still no return call from *** or ***, so I called again at 3:30 and left another message for ***. I never received a call back.
I have been trying since October 7, to have them send someone out to look at my cabinets, which are still under warranty. They won't make an appointment to come out and honor their warranty. It's been 20 days, and they won't honor the warranty or return calls.
