There are really great fundraisers that you can pick from in Omaze and there are definitely some people working hard to make them super appealing for you to want to participate. I just feel they are lagging in the clarity of the information available on their website. Once you participate in an experience, the information on the entries (and bonus entries) you have purchased is limited. One should be able to easily navigate in one's personal page on Omaze and see what experiences were purchased, which already played, which are about to play, which have bonus points available to be purchased, the total number of entries, the total number of bonus entries, the date that the entries will play (there are recurring experiences) and other details like those. But I keep hearing about improvements to come and a year later and still the same problems and the same lack of information. Also, why is it that so often there are delays in announcing winners, and why so often are the total bonus points not properly entered or displayed? There is truly a degree of mystery with how the whole process goes down. It is a pity they do not give this kind of improvement a higher priority. They sure have made improvements in all the advertising to bring in more money, but definitely no improvements on how the money and prizes are to be given away. Still hopeful though, but not for much longer.
I rarely get drawn into online charitable campaigns and one day the "Come be Rafa Nadal's VIP at the Australian Open" caught my attention!
I rarely get drawn into online charitable campaigns and one day the "Come be Rafa Nadal's VIP at the Australian Open" caught my attention! After reading it was raising money for a charity, Special Olympics Spain, I thought, ok, I will donate to the charity and support the good cause with an added thought that wouldn't it be awesome if I won the experience. I donated in the fall and forgot all about it until I started receiving emails from Omaze in January! First thought was they were looking for more donations! They did not ask for any more donations and after looking into the company more I realized what a great platform they had for fundraising on a larger scale for so many charities! I then was told I won the experience of going to the Australian Open to meet Rafa! It was a trip of a lifetime! The Omaze people were so great to work with. I found out on a Monday and left with a friend that Friday for Australia. The Omaze reps were so communicative and great. They put us up at a great boutique hotel in downtown Australia. We went to Rafa's match at the Australia Open, sat with his team and family, met with him after for pictures and a video and his team also reached out to us two days later and invited us to his second match! I asked Rafa's wife about the money that was raised for the Special Olympics and she said it was very successful. It was a trip of a lifetime and I can't speak highly enough about Omaze! Thank you!

I was the winner of a trip to the Jade Mountain resort in St. Lucia. It was absolutely the best trip of my life and both my wife and I have memories that we will cherish forever. The prizes offered by Omaze are 100% legit and regular people like me actually do win! Thank you to Omaze for offering amazing prizes and incredible charities to support.
My experience with Omaze has been extremely positive. I recently had a question about my account and I received a response from Rochelle who explained how to troubleshoot my issue. Rochelle followed up with another email making sure everything was resolved. Its just nice interacting with nice people.
Omaze.com is a fantastic website with an 'o'mazing support team to help with any issues that may come up. Very prompt response times, really kind and professional, and extremely helpful.
Great customer service, quick response times, thorough instructions sent via email to assist me with my issue and individual response for my needs.
Spammed an email I have never done business with them from
Spammed an email I have never done business with them from. They sell your information until you opt out for what you do give them but too late by then as the world of digital is instantaneous, and there is no real transparency or specific information showing this isn't a gimmick or that it is truly random selection. Spam, and [censored] my information on top of already questionable and uncertain practices makes me think this is a giant scam. They undermined my trust in them before they even built it. I decided I wanted to see the process and maybe I'd play for good causes every now and then and a chance to win something to improve life, but right out the gate they just dumped on everything. I'll wait to hear back on the competition then look into closing the account, then discourage everyone ever from using this platform. Inability to respect boundaries is a sign of most scammers and there really is no way to vet these people. For all we know, the winners are people they know. Unless they roll out balls like lottery this is all open to manipulation and I wouldn't be surprised if it was found out as such down the road. I'm not upset because I didn't win. In fact, if it is rigged then it is a safe bet this review just damned my entries. I am ticked at the spamming of my othe email, uncertain how they got it. I am ticked that they'll sell it and the email I gave them. I am ticked that there really isn't insight into the process. I am tickes because they don'trespect information, privacy, or are interested in transparency.
Agree with all the positive reviews to date. For as many months as I've been donating, only had one minor technical glitch. Customer service (Michelle specifically) assisted right away and got it rectified. Love the concept and always enjoy seeing the winners (even if its not me) in light of where the contributions are going. Keep up the great work Michelle and team.
Omaze charities makes donations easy and fun. Additionally, customer service/support was great. Rochelle was polite and explained things clearly. She took the time to ensure things were done correctly and once. It was refreshing to experience real customer service which is something all together lacking in many of today's businesses. Highly recommend.
I won a trip to meet with *** Gosling and Christopher Evans. This was for the charity for Christopher's Haven. The Omaze group was fantastic, especially Nella. She was our handler for the trip. She made sure that all the arrangements were made. We walked the gray carpet (not red since it was for the premier of The Gray Man). The hotel, flights and a ride from and to the airport were covered by Omaze. Chris Evans and *** Gosling were both very nice. The seats for the premier were in a fantastic location in front of the screen. We even got to enjoy time with drinks and food in the VIP section with many of the people we had seen walking the carpet. Thank you Nella for all that you did!
I am a real person who really won a real once-in-a-lifetime prize through Omaze: a trip to Lake Como, Italy, to meet George and Amal Clooney. And not just meet them, but go to their home for several hours for lunch and a visit! They were honestly two of the nicest people we have ever met. When we told people we had won this experience, almost everyone's first reaction was, "Are you sure this isn't a scam?" It most definitely is not. Real people win these real experiences and prizes.
I love donating, I always have
I love donating, I always have. I have donated to many different sites and charities, Omaze being one of them. I like Omaze because they add a fun twist.
They focus more on what charities you will be benefitting than who won what prize. I haven't had any issues with their website, or finding out general information on who won what, or finding what charities each donation was benefitting (it's literally listed on each prize page). There is no question about their transparency, to me.
Initially I did some free entries, but after reading some of these reviews and complaints I will be sticking to actual donations only. I don't want to win anything off of a free entry.
I have donated hundreds of dollars. I have no complaints and will continue to donate hundreds of dollars. I have won nothing and don't really expect to win anything. It's just a fun twist on my donating.
To all the people complaining about not see a prize video or some other nonsense about having people's full names; what is wrong with you?
What makes you think that these winners want you to have their address or name? Look at how petty you are being. How do they know what lengths your pettiness will go to? How do they know they will be safe from you?
Searching them up, stalking their photos. What the *** is wrong with you people?
What makes you think you have the right to that information? Because you made some free entries? Or you DONATED some money? It's a DONATION. Be happy you had some money to donate and move on with your life. Do you treat the lottery the same way? Get mad because you didn't win a scratch off? Many lottery winners go incognito because of people like yourselves. Same concept here. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
Thank you Omaze, for making donating fun and bringing to light many charities I didn't know existed.
It has been a great experience so far, they manage this so well, this is a great way to donate to charity at the same time you have a chance at hitting it big, that is a win-win. Their support is also amazing they have always responded professionally and quickly to all my questions. Great job OMAZE!
I made a mistake with my OMAZE transaction and I emailed them to see if it could fixed. BOOM! Right away they resolved my mistake! Greatest customer service!
I won a trip to Banff through Omaze. I waited several months to see about booking a trip to Canada during Covid but decided to just keep waiting. Omaze reached out and offered an alternate cash prize option which I accepted. They made everything very easy and customer service was great throughout the process.
Omaze is the best business In helping charities to help others. Their customer service is awesome 100% Anytime I had a question they respond unless in 24 hours which I am so pleased. They are a class act. Sincerely Mark D.
I'm not the gambling type and have entered a sweepstakes one other time and just purchased a couple lotto tickets in my life
I'm not the gambling type and have entered a sweepstakes one other time and just purchased a couple lotto tickets in my life. I ignored Omaze ads for many years assuming it was a scam and just parroting other people that said it was a scam. Despite all the scams that do exist Omaze is definitely not one of them. The winners aren't rigged and I'm living proof. I'm just a regular guy that really needed money during this economic decline. I was shocked I won and thought I'd never get my check in the mail. They said it would take 60 days and I got my check in 50 days. It's hard to believe. Kevin was a great guy that handled my winner experience professionally and Gracefully! I was so paranoid I was being tricked but everything worked out and he quickly settled my concerns and suspicions. Omaze is an unorthodox for profit charity and that causes people to wonder because non profits are the conventional model we're all used to. Personally I find it a better model that raises more money for charity. It's more sustainable because they are attracting people who genuinely want to donate and also those people who may not donate to anything if there wasn't an attractive prize or experience. It's a win win for everyone. Don't let the naysayers crunching numbers to discredit Omaze. The numbers are legit and are much more effective than a traditional organized charity event simply because they attract a much higher volume of donaters than a physical event ever could. If you don't believe me it's all laid out in their website descriptions. It's legit so enter or donate today and you could be getting a winning check in the mail like I just did. It's very surreal but it's definitely real! Cheers to the Omaze team. A great way to efficiently raise charity donations. It's thinking outside the box. When everyone is happy then that's a sustainable way to continually raise money.

The people who complain about Omaze being a rip-off etc
The people who complain about Omaze being a rip-off etc. etc. are a bunch of idiotic bitter people who should realize this business for charities to raise money for their causes, NOT a lottery or a raffle for greedy, selfish people who are more interested in getting prizes or money than helping people, O. should NOT refund any monies and tell people to read the FINE print. does your state lottery refund money when you lose, NO! You want to "gamble" or win money than go to a casino or buy a state lottery ticket, yes, if you want to help a charity you are better off giving it directly, from my research for "celebrity" or experiences where the prize is not a high cost monetary one, O. gives I believe 60% of the proceeds , for the one where I guess they have to use the money to purchase the prize, it's only 15% but they probably raise more money. It states clearly on their website that you do NOT have to donate to win, and operate like a sweepstakes, (though they aren't one) in that no purchase is required and does NOT increase your chance of "winning". I rarely enter because the chances are bad, Powerball/Mega odds are one in 300 million just in U.S. with O. you are competing with the WORLD, and one can enter up to 3000 times. There are sites where you can find codes to have more than one entry each time you enter but if you are too lazy to find out how, I am not going to tell you. So donate if you want to help a charity but not if your ulterior motive is just to win, karma will probably not help you. And although I don't pay for my entries, you better believe that if and when (being optimistic) I win, I will be very, very generous to THAT cause it's for (there are many winners who do NOT contribute so proves not a scam or only insiders winning-you can tell because when they announce them, they don't state their contribution) and I hope they do like I would. BTW, I am NOT associated with them in any way, but do my research so don't waste my time entering.
i was told i won then told i was hated and got hacked around the same time
i was told i won then told i was hated and got hacked around the same time. i kinda wonder if it was omaze since they refuse to reply to any email ive sent to resolve the issue. i just wanted to know why i was hated and what cause the company tk treat me as they did. i know their rules have every possible way for people to get disqualified even stats not their fault if theres electronic issues or random acts of god. acting in annoy way...they caused all that as part of their plan. omaze isnt as great as i had hoped. im really disappointed in the company. i just wanted some closure as to why i was treated that way. cant even get a simple email from anyone just a premade email and now nothing at all. i even asked them for help until i realized they were the ones who hacked me and cause me all those problems. i lost emails and every asset ive ever aquired in life. not only that they threated to burn my house down with my mother inside and blame me on the whole process. Since then my mother has passed *** and ive still tried to get an answer feom them to find out what i did to deserve any of this. i entered like everyone ekse and thats how im treated? thats messed up read their rules they have every way possible to disqualify they say you cannot speak out against they their arbitration will be held in the state of washington under the state of delaware law when the company is located in the state of california. then there the jams laws the list when the random hacker james i can still show proof of on my device as linked to omaze. plus the added bonus of the founders father is a criminal defense attorney...their shady all the way around. i actually liked the story of how they created the company and didnt want to believe this is how they really are...they have threated other people just as they did me...its easy to see in just their rules and allocation of donations goes isnt a charity business they take the profits find every reason to disqualify. Thnx Omaze &
My name is *** and I have been entering many draws that Omaze has in all their categories even once supported a cause but since
My name is *** and I have been entering many draws that Omaze has in all their categories even once supported a cause but since then I haven't been financially able to support any causes because of health issues over the past few years, and I still enter without contributing all the time like at least once a week as I am home alone most of the time and well any type of hope is good for me, but I started researching around the internet and have come to learn that non-contributors never ever win contests and I'm sure without question that there are many many more non-contributing entries than contributing and with such numbers it would only be certain that there would some non-contributing winners or even at least, So I would like to know if I am wasting my time and getting my hopes up for something that someone like myself who actually needs hope might actually win something... like due to my health I have lost my vehicle and getting close to having to sell my home and if the only people who win such prizes are those who are wealthy enough to support and contribute to charities, wouldn't it make sense if some of the winners were actually people like myself that could really use something like this, feeling like I do, with never catching a win and depression because there is never a light at the end of the tunnel seems kinda like falsely giving hope to those that could really use it! I've read that people have wrote that Omaze was a scam and that the winners are fixed, and when I read about charities that you claim to be helping I truly hope this is not the case, there are people all around the world that need hope and if there is no chance for a little person like myself maybe this hope shouldn't be offered... I hope the people at Omaze could respond to my thoughts on this so I would know if I should keep entering contests and getting my hopes up that one day maybe something great would happen to me or someone like me for a change, I hope I'm wrong!

I have donated to Omaze on a few occasions with the mindset hey I could support a good cause that I believe in and possibly have a chance to win
I have donated to Omaze on a few occasions with the mindset hey I could support a good cause that I believe in and possibly have a chance to win a prize. Sorta like going to a elimination dinner minus the food and alcohol so why not. I began to see the emails from Omaze showing love and support for various charity organizations on a global level with the help of celebrities and i noticed several things that each email had in common . I was so impressed with the presentation and delivery in each email of the Cheritable cause and the level of compassion *** and proud of what they do in each email I read. I was sitting in the garage on a weekend having a bad day when I saw a new email from Omaze that caught my attention. Titled THINKING OF YOU! Say what hild on let me go back and see what this is about. I got 2 phone calls that day which had me on the phone for several frustrating hours with companies that wanted money. I was exhausted. I read the email and was in shock. Here is a business that works with high profile Celebrities, supports amazing charitable organizations across the entire globe and conducts business like a mom and pop store that has been in the neighborhood since I was a kid just by showing love to everyone who has signed up on their site when it didn't have to show love and support. I sent them this email and it stated
You have shown to the world how much you as a company cares about the causes and me as a customer. We are all dealing with the results of this national Pandemic in our professional lives and personal lives. After dealing with the threats from companies I have autoloans with and the stress of uncertainty from over due bills, negative credit hits your our email made my day a lot brighter and for that I thank you.
I pray that your team and their loved ones stay in God's graces thru this all .
Thank you again.
I received the warmest response and thanks from Michelle
Kudos Michelle and the rest of the OMAZE LLC Family. Stand tall and Stand Proud

I personally believe the cause of Omaze is absolutely a wonderful idea donate because ita the right thing to do when you can
I personally believe the cause of Omaze is absolutely a wonderful idea donate because ita the right thing to do when you can. Don't do it because you are getting something out of it. Yes there is an option to enter at the bottom of the donation page to enter without contributing, yes it is small because entering without contributing is the main focus of this company because they are wanting to help people and draw attention to companies by offering a POSSIBLE reward. No, I don't believe they should display how many entries there are for each sweepstakes. Yes, they should have a limit on entries without contributing because it's not the goal to enter a million times and only benefit yourself if you when. Choose to see the positive in helping others. Why would there be a limit on entries with contributing because if theres a limit on entries with contributions then that's less money that can go to the charity. The problem is that everyone is different and the bad reviews are only because people are looking out for them selves instead of everyone looking out for each other and making this a truly great world that everyone can have something to be proud of. Instead of the social standard of well that person came from whatever background they don't deserve a chance. When in reality everyone deserves to be able to enjoy life. Everyone deserves to be treated as if they are a human or animal with feelings and emotions not just those that come from certain backgrounds and have everything handed to them because someone else worked hard for it. We should all strive to do better for not only ourselves but for everyone else too. Because yes there are those people who truly can do for themselves and have to have help. I wish Omaze the best because even if it is a scam it gives great idea to someone who truly does want to help the world not just themself. Thank you Omaze creating a win win situation and those of you that just want the prize work harder and try to find the good within yourself.
First things first, this is not a charity
First things first, this is not a charity. They make you opt out of selling your information, by the way, which means even visiting their site apparently entitles them to sell your info. But here's the huge problem I have. When I read their charity breakdown... their advertising fees, payment processing, "experiences" (contest prizes), and own chunk of the "charity donation"... is MORE THAN THE ACTUAL CHARITY GETS. Here's their breakdown of a car as a prize: "When you donate for the chance to win an experience with a non-celebrity prize (like a car, vacation, or cash), 15% of your donation is guaranteed to go to the identified nonprofit beneficiary, via a grant from CAF America. Typically between 65-75%, on average, is used to pay for experience costs, such as Prize costs, advertising and content creation, and payment processing fees. Historically, across all experience types Omaze nets approximately 12-20%." To put that in perspective, their numbers don't add up even in that context, but let's say they did. Only 15% of your donation goes to anyone in need at all. The rest goes to THEM and to the people they give a CASH PRIZE to. I hope regulatory agencies are looking at this because this isn't a charity breakdown. This is a group of individuals giving themselves a free ride and party by taking money from a group of decent hearted people and then bribing one lucky person with a prize to turn a blind eye to it all. 15% to someone in need 20% to themselves 65-75% for their ad fees, payment processing, and party time for their bribed donor to pretend this is a real charity Not only is that impossible math there... but their "This is why this is better" demonstration is just as silly. They claim because they take in more money, they give more. But their example lists that the people in need get 60%, NOT the 15% that charity actually gets. lol In fact, they're giving people about $15,000 less in their own scenario. Don't fall for this. Find reputable charities who aren't taking more for themselves by pretending to care about the poor or unfortunate. Best of all, if you know someone unfortunate in your own life, just give it to them. Be careful submitting anything to these people. They sell your info, too, and probably God knows what else. Stay away!
When it comes to car give away sites, this is the one and only site that states almost all winners wish to remain private
When it comes to car give away sites, this is the one and only site that states almost all winners wish to remain private. The dream car giveaway and many others show real people taking the cars they win, they can repeatedly say they post winners first name, last initial, never with a celebration video, they can site all these instances they choose which in my eyes just gives them plausible deniability, they can say "look here, we show winners, and so so covered it" if you have to even say that it usually means they wouldn't have unless people weren't calling them out on their bs. I questioned the company directly regarding a winner or lack of winner announcement, only then did they provide a generic winner email. Omaze is the only company that does their winner announcement the way they do, and they're the only company who doesn't do a true "here's xxxx, the winner of xxxxx contest". It just seems convenient so many winners are private while other car giveaway sites show a person with a full name and true excitement for winning a super car or whatever. Maybe they are legit, but given how many other people get the same feeling about it should say something. I don't see the other give away companies and sites having this issue because they are much more transparent and they make a big deal about who won and give true details about the winner other than "here's John S. from Wekoma, Montana, our winner of xxxxxx" and it just feels like an announcement to cover their rear. I could be wrong but given how omaze deals with these claims always citing the same things over and over and never having any new evidence to support their words seems to support that they've figured out a way to sponsor videos and make alot of money, especially when you tap into the DDE market. I'm here because I'm disappointed that DDE decided to use omaze. If you show the winner of the super rare Ferrari on DDE's channel that would help the image and rep of omaze and shut down the feeling that you are not giving out cars and are ripping people off. I gave you a solution so you don't have 20 of these complaints per give away. It's up to you to do it. If you have nothing to hide, the winner from DDE audience would come out publicly to accept their prize. The ball is in your court to change your image.
Is Omaze for real?
Is Omaze for real? It is. I know because I won the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with $40,000 of customizations in October . It was ordered and customized by Collins Brothers Jeep in Wylie, TX, and was delivered to my front door in Rochester, MN, in January this year, all taxes paid, not one cent out of my pocket.
There are a lot of people who question why winners aren't all exposed when they win. Well, the truth is that there are people out there that don't feel someone should win something they don't, and as a winner, it gets a little scary. Omaze gave me a choice to be public or not, no pressure either way. I am writing this to maybe help them lose some of the unjust negatively by certain disgruntled entrants.
How did I win? I didn't have an in with the company, I entered some free entries and also purchased a few in their sweepstakes for about 8 months until I won. I contributed $75 in the Jeep experience. Even though I didn't know anyone in the company before I won, and really never heard of them before I started entering, I came to know many of the dedicated people who work there on a personal level by phone or email. They couldn't have been happier for me, made the whole process stress free (other than I couldn't believe it happened to me), and I found out how they all view what they do as a humanitarian mission, proud of being a part of something bigger than themselves, and feeling like they are doing their part to change the world, something we all should be doing. They find charities that sometimes don't get exposure, and by including them in their experiences, the charity gets valuable money to carry on the much needed work that they do.
I get it that not everyone wins, and that can be frustrating. I felt the same way for many months when I didn't win. But what changed for me was when I stopped focusing on winning, and instead focused on who I could help by donating, I no longer cared if I won or not. The cause they were collecting donations for was Folds of Honor in the Jeep sweeps. They were a cause I could feel good about donating to, and continued to do so after I won (not through Omaze, but to the charity directly).
So if you are ever in Rochester, and you see this Kevlar Black, raised to the Moon, all decked out with lights and winches 2020 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited, you are seeing a proud Omaze winner. Give from the heart without expectation.
Thank you Omaze, Burl

Omaze, I have not tried to contact you so do not know if what they say is true, that one is unable to contact you, but since you DO respond to
Omaze, I have not tried to contact you so do not know if what they say is true, that one is unable to contact you, but since you DO respond to the ComplaintsBoard.com please tell me how this can happen. Two of the complainants that wrote about not winning, one said that he made over 500K entries, one I think had 3 million, I thought the maximum was 6K, 3 x 2000 maximum you can get for a free or $100 entry. Do you have a checker software to see that someone with the same name and address is entering under various emails? Do these email entries get automatically flagged and deleted so they don't get an unfair advantage.
Also this is a rebuttal for allegations others have said, for someone who said that the people supporting Omaze write well with good spelling, grammar and the one's who write negative reviews don't. Well from my experience reading forums usually people who complain, in this case that Omaze is a scam, and like people who usually complain on other sites, well they ARE a bit stupid, they complain because they don't read rules, understand concepts etc. The people who are POSITIVE understand the concept, they are bringing charities to a person's attention and hope by offering a prize that people will donate. Omaze is a for PROFIT business and the charities can't fund the expensive prizes so that's why they ASK not REQUIRE a donation, most of the money is used for the prize payout, if I win I will donate generously to the charity. As a senior on a fixed income I can't now but the complainer is right, donate if you want to help the charity, not for the selfish reason you want to win a prize instead of working to pay for it, that if you think you do good, you will win, sorry, unfortunately karma doesn't necessarily work.
This is not a lottery or raffle, (no purchase necessary) it IS a sweepstakes, where the winning prize IS chosen by only randomly. If you search on their website or open an account, they will send you an email about the winners. but they are not REQUIRED to do so, and yes, they are allowed to protect the privacy of their winners so allow them to choose whether they want their info exposed and protect their surname, why do you need it, going to look it up and bother them? I used to enter the PCH sweepstakes and wondered why they never announced a winner, I may be wrong but I think they pick the winner before the sweepstakes begins (it's not a drawing where they pick the winner then and there) and if the winner never sends his/her entry in with the winning number, nobody wins it and the reason why when someone DOES win and they DO expose the winner is just for their publicity, since the odds for winning are so minimal.
For the person who uses the race card and says only white people win, SHAME on him, saying this unfounded and specious allegation trivializes the many REAL issues that blacks have to deal with as a result of racism.
Where to begin
Where to begin.. Let's start by looking at the "reviews" below. Notice how all the negative reviews have grammatical errors while all the positive ones have proper grammar, proper punctuation, fully elongates the name of the prize (weirdly), elaborates on the worthiness of this "charity" and elaborates how they were so lucky to win and that they're real people. Does that not seem EXTREMELY suspicious? All those reviews read exactly the same as if they were done by a marketing employee.
Secondly, there is no proof outside of Omaze's website that they actually award prizes (specifically in regards to vehicles - the expensive items. Celebrities probably do this for free as charity and for publicity). I'll give you a couple of minutes - heck, even an hour - to go find ONE person standing next to their newly won vehicle outside of the Omaze website. I'll let you try finding any evidence of even the Lamborghini that was signed by the POPE being photographed ever again. Surely ONE person who won a nice car would take a picture with their prize, no? Recently I've noticed they have a user on Instagram post that she won a VW on Omaze (after badgering them for so long for proof) - but notice how prior to that event, she didn't post for TWO years. And then 8 months after she won the contest she posts just a standard picture of the vehicle on what looks like a display floor? Not in her own garage. Not in front of her house. Not on the street in front of her house. Nothing. Her post also speaks very eloquently like the reviews below and she looks like a mother who has no car/electrical experience talking about her vehicle's stats and where it'll be on the floor map at a car show like she's done it for years. Peculiar, no? All her other photos look to be done with an iphone and now her car looks like a proper DSLR photo too.. hmm..
And the third basis of my opinion that Omaze is a scam is that I've entered 13 MILLION free alternative entries and have yet to win a vehicle. That's the equivalent of $650,000 worth of donations. With no luck. Even with 2 million entries on 1 draw with the help of a friend doing their own entries! Yet, if you read up on most of the vehicle winners, they all donated 10, 35, 50 dollars out of the blue once and that's all it took! The winners also seem to be quite diverse in age, race, and gender.. weird how that works out. Almost as if to make you believe anyone can win, even you. But you won't.
Please. Do NOT waste your money on Omaze. If you want to actually help out charities, donate directly to them. If you're trying to win a car from Omaze, only 15 PERCENT of your donation actually goes to the charity (so that means $100 = $15 going to the charity). You'll feel a lot better about yourself to just donate directly to the charity since ALL the money will be helping the charity and you will still have the EXACT same chance of winning a prize - which is zero.

On a certain date, Omaze charged my credit card twice without delivering anything.
On a particular day, Omaze charged my credit card twice, but I did not receive anything from them. After reading complaints with ComplaintsBoard.com, I realized it was a scam. I'm demanding a total refund. They claim to be a charity, yet it seems to be a facade for irresponsible fundraising.

I have been charged for several purchases that I did not make
I have been charged for several purchases that I did not make. The company has charged me with several different purchases that I have never made before. I was looking at my account and was looking at past purchases and am *** sure that I did not make several of the purchases. This is not ok. Makes me very worried how they got ahold of my information, especially my billing info.

I was charged the same price as my first entry without my consent or prior notice.
I was charged the same price that I had spent on my first entry, a total amount undisclosed. This was without my permission, and was not mentioned before I discovered the charge via an advertisement. I went to the website and entered a sweepstakes, depositing an initial sum and then an additional amount. My entry was filed and processed, and I received word of the sweepstakes results. However, I woke up one morning to find that an unexpected sum was withdrawn from my account.

Since that time I have had multiple $10 charges on my credit card account that I have not authorized. When I go onto the website, there is no record of these charges, (only the initial one that I authorized) there is no way to remove my credit card from the account and no customer service phone number to call. I have sent an email but no response.

I believe I have been scammed and I want a refund
I believe I have been scammed and I want a refund. I clicked on a link to the omaze site from Facebook to "donate" $25 dollars in exchange for 250 entries to win a sprinter cargo van and up to $*** conversion. But as soon as I made the purchase and started looking around the site, that is not one of the few prizes this company has for the few month sweepstakes. But I was charged the $25 by the omaze site. I also cannot find customer service information for this company, in my experience that usually means a scam. I should have researched this company before making this purchase.

I got email from them as a charity
I got email from them as a charity. I clicked on one charity contest. This company somehow has my credit card info. I accidentally ordered. I checked out one charity they said they represented. This company somehow has my credit card which scared me. In trying to get out of the billing area I accidentally ordered. They have me down for 3 gifts to charity. I called my credit card company immediately and cancelled my card. I am 74 and not computer smart. I called the phone number you have for *** on this site. When I called the answer was all in Spanish and me cell phone said number was in *** I want my *** refunded they charged.

I paid *** to play online backgammon with others on 6/22
I paid *** to play online backgammon with others on 6/22. I ask for repeated customer service but I don't get an answer. I downloaded "Backgammon Masters Online" a few months ago from Omaze, Inc. Then I see an option to "buy coins" so I could play with people instead of the computer. On 6/22, I paid *** for the "betting coins." After a week, I kept getting this online message about needing my email verified. I accepted the verification at least seven times regarding this notice but I never hear back from Omaze, Inc. It seems very obvious to me that they're just concerned about getting their money and not giving customer service when asked. I am furious! I now want a full refund.

Omaze has been charging my bank without authorization
Omaze has been charging my bank without authorization. I have never heard of this scam operation nor did I give my banking information. Omaze has access my back account and make 10 charges. I have never heard of this company and just googled them. They have several complaints and considered a scam. The justice department needs to go after this unethical organization. I have no idea how they received my banking information which is extremely scary. I am going to have to close my account. Wells caught some of charges automatically and credited my account but did not catch others and they are still charging my account as of yesterday. I demand a refund, criminal charges should be filed and other folks need to be warned to check their accounts.

I found out today Omaze billed 10 to my card 27/7
I found out today Omaze billed 10 to my card 27/7. Mind you never heard of them until today when I saw my account was billed from them. Fix this ASAP. 10 $ was billed in my card at 6:35pm Ukranian time 27/07. I domt know this company or have any connections with them. I don't even know how they got my account details but somehow they managed to bill me 10. My bank says they were sent an invoice. For what? Did I request your services or is it just part of your habit to hack into people's account and take money without even their consent? If I wasn't a person who regularly checks their transaction it mean you could have just scammed me and continue to scam me. So please return my 10$ back into my account. And if you call yourself a non profitable charity organization please do better. STOP HACKING INTO PEOPLE ACCOUNTS

Omaze refused to refund a donation that they said they would
Omaze refused to refund a donation that they said they would. I made a donation but made a typing error in my email address. I emailed the company and asked to have it corrected, and they said that they couldn't retroactively change the email address associated with a donation, but that they could refund the donation and I could make it again with my correct email address. I said I would like to do that, so I made the donation under my correct email address and asked for a refund of the *** made from the incorrect email address. I emailed them 3 times asking for the refund, they didn't respond until the giveaway had closed and they told me I was no longer eligible for a refund. They initially said they would be able to refund my donation on *** I emailed them on ***. ***. *** and ***. *** asking for the refund, they replied on *** saying that they could not issue the refund.

I tried to make a donation of $25
I tried to make a donation of $25. Next page it tricked me without noticing made me spend $525 on donations I never checked off. Cant speak to human. This Omaze site tricked me into spending a total of $525 when in reality it was suppose to be $25. Once I clicked next to checking one donation off to get raffle tickets to win a vehicle it then proceeded to charge me 525. I reached out to customer service but it asks for a voice to find your google account by voice. (Strange). Cant soeak to a human and when I emailed it said it would take 24 hours to reply. I contacted my bank and they initially told me I would be credited by the 14th of this month. Called today wondering the status and im told it was denied. I only intended to make a 25 $ purchase not $525. Can you please help me get the refund im due. Its a fraud site that should be shut down. Im FEMA certified and continueing my own personal develpoment to help in times of crisis and then im charged all this money. The company is called Omaze.

I want a refund please of both my **** entries for the charity draws
I want a refund please of both my *** entries for the charity draws. I am worried after reading many complaints about unethical business practices. I purchased this morning (sat 24th 7.45am ish UK time) two *** entries for the teenage cancer Trust and British Heart Foundation draws. I did this via my debit card. I would please like a refund after now reading many complaints online about the business practices carried out by this company. I am worried that I will now end up with many bank charges and after losing my job through Covid I can not afford to have money taken without my consent or knowledge. I am also highly concerned about how much of the donation actually makes it's way to the charities. My entry code for London as stated in the email is XXXXXXXXXXXXX. The other email does not name the location but it was for Cheshire and entry code is XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Is worrying that this email does not state what draw I have paid and donated to. Please look into this for me and refund as soon as possible. I made a terrible mistake and for that I am sorry. Sorry for any inconvenience or offense caused.

Omaze Is Ignoring My Messages After Posting A Negative Review Omaze has decided that after I left my negative review for them they will no longer respond to me when I message them requesting information about my account that I cannot access on their website. When I message from my main email they ignore my e-mail all together. When I message from a different e-mail they respond promptly. Prior to the review they obliged and even happily stated I can message them whenever I want to inquire about my entry numbers which are not available to be seen on their website. As a business, I would hope they act professionally and not out of sour emotions due to a negative review about my doubt that they are legitimately awarding cars to customers. My second reportable complaint is that when I ask them what legal body they operate under in the US to inquire about their legitimacy of operations, they ignore my question and respond with irrelevant information from their website. There is no proof that they award people vehicles except for their "word" and hiding behind a veil of "award recipient privacy". They cannot prove recipients aren't fabricated/employees. They just say we have to trust them. If you can't provide more proof about award recipients, then I want a legal body who acts independently of Omaze who follows privacy laws to tell me 'Yes' or 'No' as to whether or not they are legitimate.

The customer service team is very professional, as it relates to questions / concerns of the customer.
Customer service representative Rochelle J. went above and beyond helping me with my issue.
With all of the internet scams out there, I was very skeptical when notified by Omaze that I was a winner. Working with Alissa helped to put those concerns to rest. The entire process was very professionally done with periodic updates along the way.
Omaze is the real deal, I actually won one of their prizes with no strings attached. The employee who helped me, Alissa, was courteous and professional and there to answer my questions throughout the whole process. I admire the charity work they do at Omaze and think they are definitely a force for good in the world.
