My experience with this travel company has been extremely disappointing. After making a reservation, I was asked to pay additional fees, and upon rejecting, I was assured a full refund. However, since August 2023, I have yet to receive my refund despite multiple assurances from customer service. Their constant reassurances that the matter is under review in the financial department have yielded no results. I urge everyone to avoid this agency due to their unethical practices, and I intend to file a complaint with consumer protection agencies.

3 nights reserved and paid with them. They cancelled my reservation after 2 months.

However i m waiting my money and i don t have a new place to stay while the prices are higher!

Every day i send them a message but they tell me always the sane prepared message!

My hotel was cancelled due to hotel closure 10 weeks ago.

I was told my refund would take 10/15 working days.

Now 10 weeks in and my flight leaves in 5 days and still nothing.

I have sent over 130 emails to [protected]@rehlat, they just keep telling me my refund is with accounts/finance department with high priority or sending me ticket numbers which they close within hours with no action or even any communication!.. So frustrating.

I wrote a review on this site a couple of weeks ago and it has been deleted along with many others?

I am desperate for help at this point, but nobody cares!

I reserved tickets from Dammam to Jeddah.when we reached airport the airline said tickets are not confirmed and aren't showing in their system. After waiting for more than an hours and being in touch with Rehlat many times airline said we are closing the counter in half an hour if Rehlat can't fix it our only option is to buy ticket directly from airline.Rehlat agent ask me to cancel the tickets which I did and booked directly with airline. I got a confirmation email from Rehlat saying that refund will be processed within eight weeks. Now it is almost 15 months I sent them many emails reminders for which no reply at all. I called them many times and the acknowlege that refund will be processed within a week, but nothing happens. I think my last resort is to complain Saudi authorities and file a case in Saudi court to get my hard earn money from these scammers.

REHLAT got my money ! I was told many time that they send the refund money to my account but till now i didn’t receive it.

I follow up like thousand times but they don’t respond. That deposit slip from rehlat is [censored], Never reached money to my account. I wish this Rehlat get closed forever soon that no other people get fooled. I sent them mails but i was ignored always. my complaint to them, they trashed it. so I am here to voice out, This Rehlat is [censored]. I got fooled but i don't want others to lost money like i did. I have attached the fake deposit slip from them which has no record. and to prove I have my bank statement from the date they said they refund. I didn't received SR997.10.

I booked a ticket from Sydney to Melbourne Tullamarine on the 22nd of September 2023 and virgin cancelled and moved the flight to another day which was not suitable for me so I told them that I can't make it and they said then they would cancel the reservation so that the company I booked with (rehlat) would be able to claim it.

I told rehlat about it and all they said is we'll get in touch with the airline and get back to you.

rehlat never refunded me since then.

I've been emailing them and all they respond with is we'll contact the airline and get back to you, ignoring every email with this repeated reply for almost 5 months now.

Also with virgin they usually respond within a week and refund me within a month max including bank processing time.

Not sure what's wrong with rehlat and if they're honest at all.

I have Booked the ticket from Rehlat. There was mistake in return. The total amount for the ticket was 1300. But when i asked them to changed. they were charging extra 2130 for change only. and when asked from the cancelation. they were deducting half of the ticket price. they are scamming the people.

They are just charging over the price. They are looting.

Rehlat is a scam, I have been waiting for my refund for 12 months. I booked my 2 tickets on 12.02.2023. Later they have been sending e-mails in few hours, that the fare hike has been observed so I need to pay more, and each e-mail had different price hike. I asked them to refund to my bank account, but they keep asking whether to give as Karam points. Always they say that they have forwarded to the Finance team and it is under progress, they always give the same response and honestly it is very annoying and extremely frustrating that it is almost 1 year, and my refund has still not been issued back to me even after reaching out to them so many times, also all of this is because of their own mistake for not confirming the ticket. I didn’t expect such a worst performance from Rehlat. I will be taking legal action against them at some point when I have a clear schedule.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the lack of response and delay in processing a refund for my air ticket fare, which has been pending for the past three months. Despite numerous calls to Rehlat customer service agents in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, I have received no substantial updates or resolution regarding my refund request. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue.

I booked a hotel for 1436.80 dirhams through the Rehlat website, and on the same day of booking, I received an email from them stating that there was a technical glitch and the amount would be refunded within 14 days. I tried to contact them every day since November 12,2023 and every time the customer center explains that the amount will be returned to the account until this day.

Rehlat not refunding my money since last 7 months…

I booked ticket on 6th may 2023. due to health issues i couldn’t travel the same date.that’s why I have cancelled the ticket and I applied for the refund. That was refundable ticket. Since last 7 months refund is not received. I called the customer care several times they told refund is processing wait for 72 hrs it’s keep repeating again and again.

I booked, and prepaid for a hotel stay on rehlat.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said my reservation was cancelled by rehlat. I escalated to Rehlat and was told that a ticket was open. In the meantime, I was stuck paying the full rack-rate at the resort.

I hounded Rehlat several times per day for the next few days but never got any progress. Finally, Rehlat apologized for cancelling and not notifying me. They offered to refund me -- as if this would somehow cover the new cost I had to pay for the hotel due to their cancellation.

The support team at Rehlat was worthless and offered no solutions or ways to actually resolve my problem. I have also emailed the CEO who has not responded. Rehlat is a scam.

I booked flight from Gassim, Saudi Arabia to Kuala Lampur, Malaysia in Oct using the rehlat online service. The ticket details can be seen in the attached image.

Then, they keep emailing me that the flights are rescueduled to differet days which were not suitable for me. I asked them to rebook for me to the days suitable for me. They said that is not possible. Ultimately, I had to ask them to just cancel. They cancelled on 17th Oct and to date, there is no sign of the refund. I am already struggling with financial problems and this has just added salt to my misery. Please help urgently.

We used the Rehlat plattform to book a hotel in Italy. Aprox. 3 weeks before the trip we cancelled the hotel and received an e-mail from Rehlat stating that the paid amount would be refunded. Since then, nothing has happened and the cancellation was almost 6 months ago. We have send several e-mails and have phoned to Rehlat office in Spain. To the e-mails, most of the times there is an automated response mail stating that we should receive updated information within 5 days, but nothing happens. When calling by phone the person answering finds the reservation in the system and seems to see the e-mail communication, then says he is very sorry and will escalate the issue to finance department so it is solved, but then nothing happens. One of the last mails received states that the refund is under process but they have encountered problems with the transfer of money.

i booked a hotel with you all and recieved word Sept 29, 2023 (7 days before my hotel stay) that you all were cancelling.

I have called 5 times and emails 3 times asking for my refund that was suppose to be done within 12 days. And each time, a representative gives me the same answer. Still no refund

I did an hotel reservation on May 31 for November 16 paying with my credit card. I arrived to the hotel and presented the reserve confirmation and the receptionist told me that the reservation Was cancelled on September without my authorization. I called to the customer service of the agency and told me that they send me an email on October but reviewed and I did not receive any email. I had to search other hotel on that moment. I have not received my refund at today, considering that one email mentions that the refund would be done later than 4 weeks after the cancellation.

When we arrived at the hotel on 29 Sep, they told us our reservation was canceled. We paid in cash to check in and contacted customer service right away, all sorts of autoreply, and after several emails, they said that the booking was canceled due to a technical error and would process the refund within 10-12 business days, the amount USD 384.12 on 10 Oct. But till 24 Nov, we still have not received our refund.

We need them to process the refund NOW.

I am requesting a refund as promised by company and have been waiting since august 9, 2023 for the refund but still have not received. I have contacted them multiple times and they have promised escalation to finance departemt and will update asap. There is no process till now. An amount of 1,321 dirhams was paid for a reservation at the Rixos Hotel Ras Al Khaimah, but when I went to the hotel there was no confirmation.

5 days.i have been communicating with them and they are actually lying that are a fraudulent company.

I warn everyone about this company. They are a scam company, as they claim to have obtained from 100% rating on your site. This lie can be verified from their website.
