I am still enthralled with the web designs My Supernova had created for my business! It’s beyond I thought or dreamed of. They surpassed my expectations! Their charges are just within my means. I saved a lot in my advertisement expense. Their friendly staff is also a plus! Keep up the good work!

If you are to ask me what is the next top advertisement agency few years from now. It will be MY Supernova! The websites they prepared for me and my friends in the business are skillfully-made. The web design is perfect! The website articles are carefully written and edited. Everything is well planned. This makes their work flawless from start to finish!

Before, my company website was hardly noticed by customers, especially because there are a huge number of websites in the online community. I did my best to provide remedy for this dilemma but all my remedies were exhausted. Today, I’m grateful that I transferred to My supernova for my website’s optimization. My sales dramatically changed from “barely getting by” to “thriving”. It was beyond I thought or imagined. Thank you My Supernova!

My Supernova created our website from scratch and helped us get online. When I started the website, it was a start-up and had no advertising. In other words, I am relying 100% on web traffic for our business. I am profitable from month one and within 6 months the website is on page one of Google with our top keyword. Thanks My Supernova

My Supernova.com promises not carried out, unprofessional

Despite having a very short business relationship with this web-based business, I have found them to be extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They do not carry out any of the promises they make. They promised to build a professional and user -friendly website for my business within 3 days. They did not. They promised to make changes to the website within 48 hours. They did not. They are rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional. No one returns my phone calls or emails.

Sales person contacted me stating they were partners with Google. A one time fee of 199.00 they could get me on page one with Google key words. I am already on page one without paying a dime. Rep said I was not even listed in my field, but when I type in Google search the business/city I am in I show up on page one. The sales rep told me that he would email me information because I was not willing to provide payment to MySuperNova without checking into the company. Thank god I read their reviews. From all I see they are fast talkers and have upset lots of folks. It pays to do your homework.

Supernova calls themselves an accredited company of Google thus they are greatly supported/endorsed by Google..Thru a VERY lengthy conversation with very detailed questions...I, yes I did something I NEVER do...was engaging in a financial verbal agreement over the phone with a company that I DID NOT initiate contact first. BAD BAD BAD, , , , don't do it!

Here's what happened: Rec'd a call from supernova, spoke to Richard, who in turn transferred me to Nathan (big pusher/seller of the their product). Informed me that the reason my business was not coming up on Google maps and search engines was because my business was NOT certified with Google, mmmm... "my business and business address was NOT certified with Google".

What they could do was "get me certified and link my website, business and address together on ALL Google searches">

Okay, next...after a lengthy conversation with Nathan...I was transferred to Adam, he verified that I gave authorization for the transaction of $199.00 (a one time fee for the lifetime of the business).

Then, was told a person named Cody would call within 30 minutes to complete the account setup.

Then after about 1 1/2 hours...still NO final call to compete the account...but they already had sent the transaction to my bank...those SOB's

I called there business number twice ...no answer, just an answering service saying it was after hours, call back during regular business hours! so I sent them an e-mail directly from their site.

Final resolution for me...called my bank, found the transaction as pending, filled a claim against the transaction, shut down my debit card :( thus keeping them out of any other possible transactions on the card! Currently waiting for the results of the claim, should take about 12-24 hours...lets hope I get my $$ BACK

This was a self inflicted FUBR on my end...Dont Trust this company!

I learned the hard way. I only lost $400. and had to cancel my credit card because I was not feeling very good about the company. Just stay away from "my super nova". Now, I will always check out a company first.. Be more informed. Oh, the ad that they ran...I received no additional business. what a waste of time and $$$.

I had the same thoughts as you in regards to them being a direct google Adwords partner and called them out on it. But sure enough they took me to www.mysupernova.com and if u scroll down to the bottom of the page on their website, sure enough their google Adwords certified partner badge is right there on the bottom of the page. I also know a lot of companies just copy those badges from other legit partners, although I know the only way to really verify it is if you click on that badge it should then take you directly to Googles partner site so you can then verify through google that it really is a verified partner, which it did! If you click on the badge and it doesn't re-link you directly to Googles partnership page then you know it's not really a partner but there's works and shows they really are a legit partner. Also another way you can always verify if these companies really are a certified Google partner and or a Google Adwords Certified Partner is by going to www.google.com/partners and it will bring up a certified partner search bar where you can type in any company name and it will then check all Googles partners and tell you directly from Google itself whether or not that company really is a partner. Which I also did with my supernovae and sure enough "boom" this company really is not only a Google Certified Partner, but also a Google Adwords Certified Partner as well.

I own a pizza shop in Chandler Arizona and once I verified my supernova as a legit partner I decided to give them a chance. My pizza shop is called Jimmy and Joes pizzeria and within about 3-5 days, sure enough they had my pizza shop on the first page of Google 100% of the time month in and month out for only $239 a month (saw it was $250 a month for someone else on here... Not sure why mine was $11 cheaper it's month) I payed the one time fee of $199 and then $239 for first month so it came out to $438 total and within 3-5 days I was live on the first page in the sponsored link section just like they promised. Also they even walked me through the new website they built me which was very professional and I was pretty impressed and even let me see myself on the top of the page and did keyword searches with my for all m keywords to make sure I pulled up correctly like they promised and let me give my approval before my account went "live".
Yes the phone calls are annoying but besides that, everything they said and promised was dead on. Was able to check and verify the partnership they so called had with Google, and then within 3-5 days I had my new website, and they even showed me my placement on the first page and waited for my approval before I went live like they almost promised. Personally I was surprisingly very impressed with this company and within months I my company was pulling up organically for free on Google. So now I don't even need to pay for advertising as they helped me pull up on Googles free organic listings. Very pleased with the company and would give them 4 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend them. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or just want to verify. Again my company name... Jimmy and Joes Pizzeria in Tempe/Chandler Arizona and I'm the owner Terry Black. Best of luck to all the other business owners out there

We used Supernova for a short time to find out they are a scam and basically and did nothing for our Website, after back charging them on Visa, to tell you how unprofessional this company is the owner of SuperNova calls and ask why we charge back our credit card, we explain, he did not provide any work on our site, and the. He started to scream and swear threatening us. Stay away as far as possible, he sounds like a cheap car sales man.

I had fun with this, the company is a legit company, but there is a person who calls from [protected]
that claims to be this company, which he is not, he claims he is asian, but didnt sound like it. This is hte guy that people deal with that have a bad repuation with the company, but he doesnt actually work for them.

I have contacted the company, they were unaware of this guys existance, and then I contacted teh telecom carrier that owned the phone number, and they are VERY WELL AWARE of what is going on, and they think the number is being spoofed, but I told them that the ### that answers the phone is the same one I talked to when he called me. So the call routing is proper, and that he has no control of how the call gets routed to him, so the number is not being spoofed, its just that the company that owns the number has sold the service to a VoIP Whosaler, who they are trying to get to find who has this number. at the end of the day, the guy that makes these outbound calls, is a fraud, using a company name that is legit, and will even give you thier toll free number to call, but couldnt answer simple questions like, where are you located, or at the very least the city where the office was. But I set up some nice call forward rules on my viop system, to mess with his head, i just have to wait until he calls back to initiate a 25 simultaneous call out to a bunch of places, some may include the telco that owns the number... etc... someone will stop him...

It seems odd to me that the positive comments all contain the same odd misuse of English grammar. It leads me to believe that the company is in fact, one I would NOT do business with based on the experiences of other businesses. The negative comments sound like normal American people (perhaps angry ones). The positive comments are all odd, and they are all odd in the same way. I get calls like this from dozens of "SEO expert" companies. Most of them are ethically challenged. Even the bigger organizations are scams.
Need SEO services? Either do it yourself, or find someone local to you that you can hold accountable in person - not some flim-flam operation like this that claim to be experts, but spend all their time making outbound spam calls.
