When did I obtain financing from your company from lustine toyota car dealership in woodbridge, va
I need information, when I obtained financing for my 2015 Jeep Renegage Lattitude from the Lustine Toyota Car Dealership in March of 2017. I need this information to settle a problem I have with the Virginia Attorney Generals Office, this car Dealership has sent 28 hard inquiries on my Credit Reports, to obtain Credit. Please any information would be greatly appreciated. The vehicle as been paid off inJuly of 2018.
Auto loan
I have a car loan through Santander consumer USA. I have had the vehicle for almost 5 years. My original loan was for $18, 000 in this 5 years I have paid them $19, 000 IN JUST INTEREST! And they are trying to say I still owe them another $15, 249! I did the math and I live in NY state where you can legally not get charged more than 27% interest. This is way over that and I'm sick. They tell me now that they charge me interest of $9 a day ! I feel like they owe me money back !
Auto loan
I bought car in [protected].00 . I have 3 payments left they are saying I owe almost 7000. more on the the car. I got deferences and made the extra months . they will not show or explain why. Never received copies of anything.I would like to know how this company can get away with cheating people out of their money. My payment are 417.00 a month. I never had ant problem until this last payment. Is there anything that can be done. I have paid 30, 000 for used 2011 car.
financing on auto loan
Bought car sept 2013 and dealership financed it with santander at higher interest apparently alot higher than I thought. Paid a $10 fee every month first few yrs to make my payments because they never were received early enough by mail. From the day of purchase I stay3d a month behind which I didnt understand, they repied once over an issue with the car possibly having a salvaged title that had been whitewashed prior to my purchase etc... Just been a bad deal from day one. And a purchase I couldnt escape from after I tried to trade. The car should be paid off october or november 2019 unless they find a reason to keep tacking on more charges. Which at that time I will have to sue on my own be behalf because im not gonna keep having my credir score held hostage. No way u can be current but yet behind. I purchased a car through Santander Consumer in 2014. The payments became too much because the balance wasn't decreasing as it should. The car was purchased at $24, 000 in 2016 I had to voluntarily give up the vehicle because I couldn't trade it or get it refinanced. I applied for refinancing but could only be approved if I wasn't financed through Santander. I lost so much money with trying to pay for this vehicle. When I gave up the vehicle, close to $20, 000 was still owed two and a half years later.

I didn't get my Auto Title. I provided my old address, old cell phone # and again, my Drive Financial / Santander Auto Account #. The account was paid off years ago. Where's my Auto Title? Mary C. I purchased a vehicle in 2013 and i requested a payoff quotes several times. They only provided it over the phone in 2018 they tell me I still owe over 20, 000 on a vehicle that was 24, 000. They picked up the vehicle and sold it but say I still owe over 18, 000. It is now reporting on my credit and habe been getting calls constantly regarding the over 18, 000 you state I owe. How is that possible that anyone could still owe that.
repossession of 2010 kia soul
I purchased 2010 Kia Soul from Landers, back in 2012. Had to get a loan through Santander, they charged me 480/month. I paid on it for 3 years, lost my job. Car was repoed, they sold it for cash but is still charging me over 10, 000. It has messed up my credit and is just a bad showing on my credit record. They would not let me work out a deal to lower payments so I could try to keep my car.
toyota corolla 2018
I purchased a Toyota Corolla February 2018 they repoed it October 13th 2018 saying I was behind in payments . I lost a job after 90 days of having the vehicle, I called multiple times on what options did I have far as lowering my payment or getting a different car preferably a used one to lower my payments they denied my claims . So I struggled paying the note cause basically they were saying I was stuck with what I had and they couldn't change it . In all my car was supposed to be 21, 000 . The repoed my car and it was a VOLUNTARY REPO, they put on there it was a repossession basically like I refused to give them the car when I didn't, they said they would have to pick it up I agreed because they wouldn't work with me . They never said a date or a time that they would come and get it they just picked it up in the middle of the night and that's not what we agreed too . They called me in January saying can I make payments to clear my balance but like why are they trying to work with me now but couldn't work with me when I fell into a hardship? Plus I'm really lost on how my car when I purchased it said 22, 000 but they have a different amount on my credit report ?
car financed through them
I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger in 2014, it is now 2019 and my balance is still 11, 000 dollars! This is ridiculous and I'm upset! I thought I was losing my mind but I'm glad to know that I'm not. The madness has to stop asap! I had to file bankruptcy because of this because I didn't want to lose my car..but even if I get out of it they'll still be my finance company and I don't want that!
2009 dodge charger
I purchased a 2009 Dodge Charger in 2013 at Carmax. The vehicle was roughly $12, 000 and I put down $5000. My payment a month is 330.00. Over the course of the years I fell on hard times and communicated with Santander. They suggested to what is called a "deferment" which they explained pushes the payment to the end of the loan however they did not communicate that by doing this it will accrue a ton of interest to the loan. I recently just found out this information out. We are currently in 2019 and there saying I still owe them roughly $11, 000 how is this so when it was only suppose to be a five year loan.
auto loan
I purchased a car in 2013 with a 6 year loan. I still owe over 10, 000 on this car. It's like none of my payments are going to the principle balance, the bulk of it is going to interest. If I had known what I know now, I would have never gotten involved with this company. They are like vulchers that pray on the weak and needy. They need to be stopped from their unfair loans.
2007 ford fusion
Signed a deal I thought I couldn't refuse. I found a 2007 Ford Fusion with 89, 000. It was my first car. They were asking $11, 000 for the vehicle and they only required $1, 000 down. I drove off the lot thinking to myself I have 45 days to make my first payment after which I had just had a baby and was out on maturity leave. Needless to say after almost four years of having the vehicle I still owed the same price I financed with them. Which to me was beyond crazy. I called numerous times to have them pick the vehicle up. They took their time because it was a voluntary repo. They kept reporting to the credit bureaus every month even after the vehicle went to auction that it was late payments. If you can stay clear from financing with them it's the best option. I've been able to have the bad credit removed from equifax and also TransUnion but experian doesn't seem to budge just yet. I'm in the process of purchasing my first home. This debt and the negativity reported is hurting me. I've tried disputing it on multiple occasions. Not sure what else to do. Signing day was the worst decision I could have ever made.
2009 chevrolet cobalt
I was over charged for this car with very high interest rates. Santander took over my loan and added very high interest rates. They repossessed my car and sold it and still charged me more than what I originally financed the car for. Santander charged an enormous amount of interest on the car loan. Also for me to obtain the car from repossession the fees were so high I could nor retrieve it.
It has been over 7 years and they are still repeatedly calling to harass me about the balance and putting a bad negative report on my credit each month. I need it removed it has been past the number of years. They are still harassing me about the balance of the loan.

I rearended a vehicle and my insurance company gave them the amount to setteled. They still have not accept the amount given to them because they are saying is to low but my GAP insurance is going to be covering the amount that was not offer. Its been 5 weeks since they received the initial offer and they are still telling me that I have to wait to get a supervisor permission to accept offer but then again I spoke with a supervisor.
Settlement dispute
I purchased a vehicle 2015 Nissan Versa financed by Santander. Someone hit my vehicle and the vehicle was deemed totaled. The insurance company USAA paid Santander and I had gap insurance they also paid and Santander said I still owed 6, 000 well I didn't think that was true or possible. I called several times during the insurance process and some of the customer service representatives didn't have clue about explaining the account. One representative told me they consider my case as a repossession. I'm on a fixed income and i don't have 6, 000 to give to this subprime lending company.
Unauthorized car payment
I used my bank account to help my son make a one time payment. this was for Jan., 2019. this company has since charged me for Feb. and Mar. My son called them in Feb. to not use my account, I have never given them permission to do this. How can I file a complaint? I will be contacting the TX. attourney general, better business bureau . I would like to file a class action suit
Car financing
I have an active bankruptcy, the trustee has given me permission to purchase another vehicle. I am trying to get financing but because they want you to handle the payments the dealers will not work with me. I was told that I could apply to your RoadLoans which I did and they turned me down. So why don't you find me someone, since I Know I can make the payments. Will expect to hear from you a.s.a.p.
Auto financing
I bought my car from Browns Manassas Hyundai (Virginia) in November of 2016. The car was $10, 000 and I put $1, 000 as a down payment, bringing my initial cost to $9, 000. I was explained that my interest rate was 25%, and what my monthly cost would be. I have been paying $293 each month for the last 29 months, a total of about $8, 500. My car was totaled the other day. In gathering information I requested my payoff amount. They told me it was $7, 995! How is it that out of $8, 500 only $1, 000 went towards the car? I called Santander and they told me my loan amount was $21, 114. That's absolutely ridiculous. I would have never agreed to that amount. Even with an interest first loan there's no reason I should be paying $12, 000+ more than my car was originally worth in interest alone. No one there can help me other than reading numbers off of a screen and they don't have a physical location I can go to. I did not choose them, this was set up by Browns themselves. I assumed it was a bank affiliated with them. I was never told they were a third party. I am having Browns send me a copy of my purchase papers but they went over it with me and did NOT disclose these important facts! I would not have bought the car otherwise. I'm now out a car that I need for work and I might end up owing more money out of pocket. I've also received calls from them on multiple occasions but have usually just said "no thank you" and hung up.
