I've come in to that location twice now to take back something that was not needed nor used or because there was allergic reaction to it I bought milk there and last night and they wouldn't take it back today and th the the lady was rude and the manager Richard was rude cause a scene in the whole store which was very embarrassing I'm also I bought some shampoo and it was never used and they wouldn't take it back now I know your policies are kind of strict but the way they handled it was unprofessional and I'd like to see something happen with that I'm not the only one that this is happened to my neighbour also had troubles with them and the pharmacists as well so I'm not sure what you guys can do about this but I am not happy they make people feel very bad about themselves they don't listen they don't take back things that are clearly returnable both of my times in there my son has gotten upset he's only three years old they just need to take back a simple thing if I'm if I'm allergic to it or if I can't use it then I'm going to return it that's what the return policy is for I would like to be compensated by this so please have somebody get back to me as soon as possible my name is Kory Muise my phone number is [protected]
So... what were you allergic to? The shampoo you claimed has never been used? Or the milk? Because if you're old enough to have a 3yr old son, you should be old enough to know if you're allergic to milk, and to NOT buy it.
