To whom it may concern, my sister I went into the store around 6:35pm on 7/29/2023. However, I understand that the store closes at 7pm. First, there were four associates in the store and I stood there for at least 7 minutes until I asked for help. Then, nobody moved so, a guy stepped up and said” what do you need! I informed him of the shoe I needed and he can back with a size 5 but, I needed a 5.5. So at approximately 6:42pm, I asked my sister to run over to the store across from them to see if they had the same shoe in the size I needed. Then, one of the female associates started yelling at me saying” the store is closed so either you purchased the shoes right now or you leave the store! However, it’s 6:42pm and you close at 7pm. She said to me no ma’am we are leaving early! I am a small business owner in the area and snipes is only place I purchase shoes, but this incident has made me think twice, i’m not filing this complaint on my behalf, i’m filing this complaint for the people in this community. I service this community from my business with everything I have and customer service is number one! Thanks and I hope this message was helpful. P.S. The time line on the actual receipt is one hour ahead.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate an apology & compensation for the size 5 shoes that I was intimidated to purchase.
