I ordered breakfast at 5:00am on 2/1/20 and arrived at the Manning location at approximately 5:36am. Victoria took my order and upon arriving, all employees were standing around; however, my food was not ready or even cooked. When I went inside the store my order ticket was sitting on the counter unattended. Victoria was standing talking to a group of guys and had to be called over by another worker to verify the order. Instead of Victoria apologizing for the error and trying to find a solution to resolve my issue she tried taking my money without owning up to the fact that she did not give my order ticket to the cook. I asked Victoria if the order was made and she confirmed it wasn't as said it was due to the "drunk crowd" that just left and they were busy; however, the parking lot was empty and all three employees were standing around doing nothing. After I informed Victoria and her co-workers that I did not have time to wait an additional 10-15 minutes on them to make my order, Victoria proceeded to continue her conversation with the guys that were sitting in the restaurant. I work a 12 hour shift and is unable to leave to get food; hence me calling in advance to make sure my order was completed in a timely manner. Not only was this poor customer service, but I was not provided a solution by any employee working that shift. My desirable solution would be some form of vouhcer for a free meal and for Victoria to be reprimanded due her lack of ability to provide adequate customer service and exhibiting such a nonchalant response to the situation.
