Empire Today - Porcelain wood planks flooring

I had porcelain wood plank floors installed on may 18. As of today june 02, 2020, my floors aren't complete to my satisfaction or what I paid my money for.
1. Installer used the wrong color grout
2. The grout line are too wide for wood look porcelain planks
3. Some of the edges where left undone with no trimmings
4. Old floors weren't taken up; I want to make sure it's waterproof for a longtime
5. Local installer manager carla couldn't give me a solution to this issue only that the floors were done correctly which I totally disagree; she will have an inspector out in at least 15 or 30 days; informed me that if I called the corporate office that they will send the call back to her so she can repeat to me what she had already said.

I have a video of the floors that I submitted to the sales person. The sales person informed that she had reached out to everyone that she knows to help me with this situation. I'm in a disagreement with the local installer manager carla who defending this situation without a solution to resolve this issue. She mentioned to me that the floors look like it should be. I had never seen any wood plank porcelain have wide gaps.

I need someone who have expertise and excellent customer care service on flooring installation to help resolve this issue without the local being involve on the decision making.

I want the type of floor that I excepted when I made the purchase.

I just contacted the customer care and they forward the call back to the local office. I requested for someone else because Carla at the local office isn’t no help. Carla suggested for me to get a registered floor person from another company to come to my home to look at my floor. It isn’t any real solution to my problem with my floors. My floors aren’t done the way it should with the wide gaps. Carla was very unprofessional by arguing with me when I just want to get what I had paid for. When you get new floors you suppose to be wow beautiful but not WTF happened !
