I spent over $9,000.00 for a cart that arrived damaged. The shipper would not allow us t uncrate and it was dropped off at the curb. After unpacking which fell apart and consisted of mainly wood frame and cellophane. When I sent pictures of damage I was told to get estimate and they would pay for the repairs estimated at over $400.00. A check for approximately $225.00 arrived which I did not cash and tossed away. The product had other issues with loose parts and bent clasps which I was told to go to Home Depot and replace the clasps.
Inferior product and I would recommend that individuals buy local and pass up on this company. Definitely unreliable, defunct service, lack of support and in my opinion crooks. I paid over $1,500.00 for delivery and they made arrangements and should have processed an insurance claim, not my job!
The cart is available for sale at less than I paid because I know more parts will fall off and I want to avoid an accident. They won't even buy it back for $1,000.00 less that should tell you something about the company.
Never pay for this product until you check out everything first that was my fault for paying up front. CFP Bureau and Attorney General have been notified of this shady company. Beware! Now its offered for $5,299.00 (Hummer) DID I GET SCREWED!

The product was damaged, promised it would be repaired after sending invoice to repair and sent check for half the cost to remediate therefore I trashed the check.
Worst product construction wise after spending over $9,000.00
I am the individual that was planning to use the Hot Dog cart for my business however it is inferior and lacks quality.
Damaged on arrival and their carrier would not allow us to examine.

I accepted the product and their carrier would not allow me to uncrate the poorly wrapped crate in plastic and old wood and was placed on it's back.
After two individuals turned it over and unwrapped the packaging we noticed it was damaged, immediately took pictures and sent to the manufacturer who promised to remediate.
After sending invoice for the cost to rtepair they sent approximately 50% or $240.00.
Definitely a bunch of crooks.
We notified local Better Business Bureau, CFPB and Attorney General.
