Wish.com Shipping

First of all its super hard to get with online chat its not easy to find period. I did get in contact with them to ship items back that were way too small even using the size chart. I was sent a shipping label for both items, and I asked if iI had to pay return shipping, because there is a location thats states you do. Well, I was told being is the U.S I didn't have too. Well guess what, took to the post office, and they stated the shipping lables are worthless. I still have to pay shipping which came to 39.40 for both items. I should have just kept a pair of the pants and gave them away because I basically paid for them twice. I am furious and did report this company to BBB. Yaw need to be shut down, period. This is coming from someone who hardly ever leaves posts, so I hope everyone learns from this, if not now, one day you will.

Desired outcome: shipping cost refunded.

Wish.com Coin Albums

I ordered 2 coin albums for my euro coin collections which looked big in the advertisement, but you have sent me a small tiny book of 15 cm and the coin compartment is too small to put in the 2 euros.

Kindly send me the return postage so that i can send it back to you and you can either send me then albums that are big enough to accommodate 2 euro coins or send me my money back to my credit card.

Wish (your co.) keeps sending me the wrong products. The service delivered earrings when I ordered 4 2021 newest green mask stick green tea mud mask oil control eggplant vitamin c acne clearing solid mask charcoal cleansing mask blackhead fine pores mask. Wish.com has done this to me several times. It asks that I go through this process to get my order right when I did nothing wrong... But give you my money and trust you. It's time consuming. Exhausted by this process I am willing to spread the word about my frustrating experience ordering from this company. I'm about to complain about this on my podcast. Wish.com is a great argument for paying a little more for better service. Guess i'm back to amazon. Wish.com has very bad service and response time!

P.S.

How do you get facial mask and earrings mixed up?! (fiwu!) please explain.

Desired outcome: I would love to finally get the products I ordered, (I assume this is a problem with WISH not the companies they distribute for) so I can cut ties with this company and warn all my friends not order from WISH.com

This is the 5th time Wish has sent the wrong items to me. The refund process only allows you to go item by item. Wich is time consuming for mistakes the company made not you. I have to ask item by item to get my money back rather than just request a refund for the full order. They have consistently sent me the wrong products and pushed arrival dates. When you add the shipping fees, I don't think you even save money over the domestic companies. I'm done.

Wish.com Fraudulent charges on Wish

Wish fraudulently charged my debit card this past week. I have NEVER purchased anything from Wish and the only thing I've don't differently is re-access my Facebook account in the last week. You cannot reach ANYONE at Wish.com and cannot get help with the fraud charges. I am at the point that I refuse to ever have a debit card again and plan to tell everyone I can reach about the Wish.com fraud.

Desired outcome: Reverse the $14.95 charge against my debit card and NEVER charge my account for ANYTHING - EVER - I don't purchase from Wish!!!

Wish.com Several complaints: Orders paid for but never arrived; orders charged to me I never ordered...

Dear WISH:

1. There have been about 20 items I paid for that I paid for, but they never arrived despite Wish site stating they arrived. I can't call and talk to anyone about this, so how do I either get my orders or get a refund?

2. On several occasions I paid for one item, but was charged for 2 or 3 of the same item--only receiving the one. I want my money back. How do I get it back?

3. Also on several ocassions, I was charged for items I neither ordered nor received. And again, I want my money back. How do I get my money back?

3. I believe Wish and PayPal are in cohoots together. Somehow a PayPal account was created on my iPhoine and nearly $800 of merchandise was ordered. I never received anything and the bank won't reimburse me. I can't get PayPal to help me out with this either.

All together, I am out about a couple of thousand dollars over the year or so that I was using Wish. I am disabled and on a very fixed and limited income and I really need my monery back, PLEASE HELP ME.

Wish.com No purses for money sent

this year i have ordered and paid for 2 purses and have heard absolutely nothing about either. the last one was green and it was ordered the end of june or first of july expecting for my vacation. there has been no email or text to sa y

the y were coming or not coming. my money was taken and Not reimbursed

x2 purses, yet blouses came After my purse ordered. i expect 2 reimbursements or 1 purse and money for the 2nd. i always pay when i am ordering. either you cough up or i will file a complaint with the BBB and call

the ''Senate Aging Committee Fraud Hotline''/ they love to get their teeth into businesses that defraud the seniors. i will not hesitate to do both of these items

i am tired of being screwed over by salicious companies like Wish.

Wish.com Product not delivered not been transparent about refunds

I have been trying to get refund for items that came incorrect and order that was placed and was send wrong items they said it was refunded call my bank and they said no refund was issue I contacted them. The only answer I get is you where refunded check with your bank. Then on 7/11 I was expecting a package and it was marked as delivered and it wasn’t as soon as I saw this notification about item been delivered I checked and no package had arrived I contacted them the same day and they said to wait until 07/21 if not received I would get full refund I waited and now they say I can’t get refund because is marked as delivered to contact DHL I did and they say contact Wish . Never again will I recommend or shop again on wish they don’t send the products they advertise and have horrible customer service

Wish.com 16 Colors Wool Pure Cashmere Sweater Women Pullovers Long Sleeve Pull Femme Half Turtleneck Women Sweaters Pullovers

The 2 sweaters I purchased are much smaller than indicated in the seller' size chart and do not fit.

There is no label stitched to either of the sweaters just a paper label enclosed in the packets. They are an Asian size and do not fit me.

The seller has refused to provide me with the details I need so that they can be returned for a refund.

A complete and utter waste of time and money and I will NEVER shop with WISH again!

Desired outcome: An address so that I can return the sweaters for a refund.

Wish.com Wish.com and lieing that I asked for a refund when I did not ask for it, and wish.com messing around with my orders

I bought an sohoo electric bike on 1st june and the sell as shipped it and today 17th june wish.com as refunded my ordr they say I asked for a refund but I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a tracking number yesterday due to the tracking number they gave didn't work.

Wish is canceling my orders since 17th may until now, they have refunded me 3 times know when I have paid for an electric bike and the sell was shipping it, the present order was shipped on the 8th june and is on its way and wish.com sent me an email today 17th june to say they are refunded me because I asked for it, I did not aske for a refind I asked for an tracking number due to the tracking number they provided did not work so I asked yesterday if the tracking number is correct.

I am so so angry that they keepessing around with my ordrs wish.com is the worse seller in the world.

I have waited for nearly a month now for an sohoo electric bike that I know will not receive, I have waste a bloody month that I could have bought one from somewhere else, the bike I could buy somewhere else is now out of stock.

I want wish.com to stop lieing that I did not say things, and wish.com to reinstated my order for the sohoo electric bike to be delivery to me and take back the refund that did not ask for in the first place.

I want me sohoo electric bike that I have waited for nearly a month for and paid for.!

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.

Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."

Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

Wish.com Not received items from Wish.com

I ordered several items at the end of March. Several have arrived, however 2 have not. I was being patient understanding the supply and shipping problems in the world, plus the terrible USPS delivery going (they shouldn't even use the USPS).

I have recently did several tracking requests and they both show the either delivered or invalid. Now I am thinking the items are lost. I would be okay if they resend the items using a different shipping method or a refund.

Wish.com Did not refund me.

I did not receive the order for an Amethyst tree that I ordered Feb 12, 2022 for $77.27. They said I received it on March 10th. I did not receive it. Jhon Allen refunded me on April 12, 2022. I never received the refund. When I inquired Wish said they were not refunding the money because I received the order. I did not. The following is the dialog from the messages I have sent.

Please review as you have mentioned in this feed "twice". I have had a continuing conversation with the POSTMASTER in Jackson, TN. She has talked with the mail carrier who said she did indeed deliver the packages to my porch by my front door. She lied. I have a gate in which she would have to enter in order to get to my front door. I checked my security camera and NO ONE came to my gate that day. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. Either she misdelivered or keep the package. I NEVER RECEIVED THE AMETHYST TREE. Please refund.

You keep asking me to remove the chargeback hold. I did that. I have done what you asked. I cannot reopen the case with Paypal since you encouraged me to cancel the claim on Paypal. Shame on you. I NEVER RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT. The other two companies that I did not receive the shipment from on that same day have refunded me. Why are you being unethical? You know from all the communication I have sent you that I certainly did not receive it. The post office said there is nothing they can do. You did not insure it. I have checked with my neighbors, sent out a memo to the other homeowners in my complex. No one has it. Please issue a refund.

All I am intrested is getting the refund authorized 8-10 days ago for the Uruguay Amethyst. $77.27. The other order that was not delivered I have received a refund on. For some reason this one has fallen through the cracks. Please check on what the problem is in receiving the $77.27 for the Amethyst tree. You have issued it and I have not gotten it refunded to my paypal account.

I have done everything you asked. I released the chargeback. Jhon Allen autorized the refund. I have not received it. I am getting quite put out with the runaround I am getting. Wish.com Ordinary caffeine for eyes

I had an order for the caffiene on april 7th 2022 you sent me the wrong item. I ordered it again about 7 days ago. You again sent me ordinary rosehips. I want the two bottles of caffeine for eyes that I ordered. You keep on showing bad business and getting me so mad. Send me my ordinary (2) bottles caffeine. Ihave been a good customer for years.

Why is my geek account being flagged? I only request refunds when I don't receive my order! This is wrong in my eyes to do this to people that don't abuse the refunds!

Wish.com Can't make purchases

Ive shopped with wish for a long time now and have placed several orders over the last 2 years. I requested refunds on items that I either had issues with or that was never delivered(which I was entitled to as stated in their refund policy). Well I tried to get onto my account one day and it immediately pops up saying that there is an issue and to send a copy of my id. Well I have done this at least a dozen times over several months now and still nothing! I have over $100 on my account and I can't even use it! They are holding my money and will not answer me back or give me any information what so ever! I have emailed and have asked for support but to no avail. I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do. Can u help? Not sure of exact date but it has been at lease 4-6 months!

Desired outcome: I was to be able to log back in to my account so I can place my order. And if they don't want me to shop with them anymore I want my money back that is being withheld from me

Wish.com Payment and selling fake gold to people and saying that it is real gold. It turns people's necks and fingers green. Because it's 100%fake

Bought 2 rings and 2 necklaces and they turned mine and my husband's fingers and necks green. Just a few days after I received them. I asked for the money back and they said it was refunded Feb. 28 and Mar. 5. They said it would take up to 10 business days to return to my husband's card. Well it is now Apr. 12 and still no refund. I have sent them email after email. Contacted customer support and they continue to say that they refunded it back to my card. I looked at all bank statements and there is nothing that was refunded by wish.
