This item was picked up on 9th December 2021. HDD PORTABLE External Hard drive USB 3.1 5Gbp transmission standard.

It does not work. Need a credit or replacement.

Wish.com faulty/broken product NO REFUND!

Hi,

I have bought a tap from Green Ants which out of sudden was broken, this broken tap made all my bathroom flooded!

I showed the seller photos, he agrees to refund, please see attached conversation screenshot.

The seller asked me to apply for the refund via Wish Customer Service.

Please refund accordingly.

Why have you taken £20 out of my bank account (Neil Glaves) It had better reappear straight away or I will be contacting a solicitor and sueing.

money was taken 2nd December 2021 I have not ordered anything from wish.com and wish to close any old account with yourselves over this matter.

Wish.com Returned item refund

Hi, sometime ago I ordered some strip LEDs and some number plate screws. I hadn't heard anything for a while but wasn't concerned due to AustPost delays; but last week I got a notice to say as I hadn't picked up from the local store they'd been returned and a partial refund would be made after deducting the restocking fee.
The problem is no one notified me the items were available for pickup! As I need these products I'm happy to reorder them but I'd like the balance of my refund credited to my account as it was not my fault the items weren't collected. In addition I find it strange the items were sent to a store that I couldn't attend due to the lockdown at the time and as such don't recollect even requesting they be sent to anywhere other than my normal home delivery address.

Wish.com Package from wish app

I ordered a phone a Samsung 22 ultra from wish. They sent me an email stating that the package had been delivered via UPS but it was not. the email contained a tracking number so I called the local UPS distribution center and provided them with the tracking number they said that tracking number belonged to a package to a different person at a different address and it was from Amazon! Where is my package? I can't even call anyone to have this resolved! The contact support only offers a few responses you can click so what am I supposed to do? I would like my package or a refund but preferably my package. The UPS center said that this has been happening a lot lately I really hope you guys fix the problem and someone can contact me and help me fix this issue please

Wish.com My account is still blocked.

I have purchased on Wish before now my payment is declined on pay pal and credit cards, I have sent ID proof a week ago I am still blocked., what else can I do to help release my account so I can resume my purchase that I have been attempting to do for weeks now.

Wish.com Unauthorized credit card charges

Hi my name is Mary Monday, on the 29th of October 2021 6:20 AM, someone used my debit card to purchase an item from wish worth $29 and i received the debit alert on my phone, prior to now i had misplaced my debit card, please i would like to know the delivery address of the item as this will enable me identify who the person is, and also if the order can be cancelled. Attached is a screenshot of the debit alert i received and my valid identification. This is my email: [protected]@gmail.com and my personal phone number +[protected]

Wish blocked my account because the registered card I had on my account had expired. I tried posting a new credit card on my payment account, up loaded my requested ID multiple times, was told a 3 day response, nothing. Been a customer for over 5 years, now buying from other China vendors. Wish is loosing out on my business on buying from China sales...

Desired outcome: Deal with customers over expiration of credit cards on file by responding to "help can't order"...

Wish.com My account/payment issue

Yes I have been having a problem getting into my account everytime I try It says payment issue ive submitted a photo id at least 7 times I have also tried adding a nrw payment and its telling me there is a payment issue ive tried resolving this through customer service and have had no support represrntives even atyempt to contact me bavk or resolve this issue or tell me what I neef to do to resolve this im hoping this issue can be resolved so I can get back to my wish order please and thank you

Yes im still not able to change my payment method on my wish account its bern this eay for 2 weeks now everytimr i try it says submit photo id i have about 7 times now could you fix this so i can add a new payment method please thank you for your time account is under shawna coleman not sure what the problrm is or the hold up thank you

Wish.com Internet fraud...

I have tried to get this resolved, I ordered a computer chair. It was delivered but not to my address, I have the print out from the local post office proving this but you still deny the claim. All I want is a refund now. I have sent you more than three times the print out information. I am now looking into fraud charges against the company. Also here is the print out. I live at 299 McKown Dr not Antioch Lane. The order from Wish.com is on the attachment. The order was delivered on the 29th of September .

Wish.com Unethical behaviors

Item not received. Tracking number given to customer is not listed, and Canada Post unable to find any such tracking number. The advertised 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not delivery after 30 days was not honored. There has nothing been delivered to my address. I have been ordering from wish for a few years now, first time for every-thing. I have contacted wish and provided all details of the transaction as well as a copy of the receipt and tracking number I was given. I am waiting for their response as they cannot find the order that was paid for via pay pal.

Wish.com Ice machine, nail kit, gloves, swim suit, lights etc.

Wish.com refuses to give me my money back when they never sent me my stuff I purchased it every time the payment went through the phone screen timed out on their end therefore it never gave me a order confirmation number I explained this to them they said that they can see what it was when it was and how much it was for but they needed proof on my end with an order number without the order number they couldn't give me anything then another agent told me that if I sent in proof of my bank card and a copy of my driver's license that they could refund me my money well then I got another reply back telling me that they needed to order number again all the way up until the refund date was expired and they said that now they can't do anything because the date or it is no longer available because it's been over their time frame after giving me the runaround because you can only talk to an online agent through text and they reply back within 1 to 3 days for every message that you send I need my money back or I need my stuff they have ripped me off they stole my money.

Desired outcome: Money back or items I purchased.

Wish.com A scam happening to me, other's beware.

I purchased a graphics card for my PC off wish.com and the sell didn't end up going through, the money was withdrew from my account and wish told me the product was not available any longer and the money was refunded.
I thought I'd learned my lesson with dealing at all with chinese webstores and logged out of wish and moved on, well a few weeks later I ended up with a the amount of the graphics card withdrew from my bank account again and found out it was wish.com trying to do the deal again with the same seller and what do you know, they end up doing the refund again, so I went to wish.com and made sure to cancel all with that seller and logged out.
A few months has went by and I end up having two unauthorized withdrawals from my account, one for $118.75 and it showed Target.com and the second one was $140.13 and it showed it was from Lowes.com, one of them had a phone number attached to it and I called it, not to my surprise the number wasn't a working number, but my phone told me it was a number from South Africa, the coincidence is that the seller from wish.com had his information and I seen they was also from South Africa.
I do not believe in coincidences like this, so there's definitely people who are taking bank account info and accessing accounts through a different way and not using wish.com, be vary cautious folk's of any chines webstore.

Desired outcome: The money being returned would be nice and for online store's like wish.com to better vet their seller's.

My name is Nitin Dmello, I am not allowed to shop on wish they are asking me for a id proof, pls unblock my Ac as I need to buy other items, I want to have a fruitful relationship with Wish, I've submitted id proof valid in mu country but still my ac is not opened, kindly unblock me as there are many more items that I need to buy.. Wish.com Hidden fees is a scam.

Before while ago there was not an hiding fees. But since they are getting popular.. they are playing games... I don't buy stuffs from them anymore... plus if you more than one items from the same vendor... they charge you shipping fee for each one separate... what the heck is that?
Wish is not for me anymore. They are posted something for $2.78 when you opened it said $26 to me wish is a number one scammer...
