Wish.com orders screwed up!

Send this complain twice! Just like you charged me twice for the same order! You charged me twice for the same order! My next step is the Better Business Bureau! Then it's 12 on your side! You have my number like I have yours. Only differences is I CAN'T reach you... and you don't try to reach me! You took a Hundred and something out of my account for a 69 dollar order! Wish.com refuses to refund for damaged and defective items

I placed an order on 01/24/2019 for 49 pieces of man's women's silver snake chain with barrel clasp bead charms link bracelet.
I spent $98.98. I am completely disappointed with this purchase.
Almost all of the bracelets have either a malformed clasp or a broken clasp.

It is now 3/4/2019, I have sent them 20+ emails. I tried to call the phone number, but it hangs up on me. They have given me no answers.

I was put into hospital on 28th my billfold was stolen it had my credit card in it i'm sure it was dona or vanessa or amber norvell anyway I called my card company tonight when I realized it wasn't as gone and there was a purchase paid for with my direct express card my name is kimberly jo ropp please refund my money back to my account vthat card has been cancelled another one issued

Wish.com 4 channel wireless wifi security cameras

I purchased the 4 channel wireless wifi securiry cameras in 2018 from wish. I had paid someone to install them and noticed there were no set up instructions included. I have consistanrly contacted wish via email for over 2 months now requesting the set up instructions but unfortunately im not getting a proper response from wish. They keep going around in circles and not responding to me in a correct manner. I ask for the set up instructions and they tell me something else. I have now had to get the cameras removed as i pirchased new ones from elsewhere and have spent so much money on a product that wont work because of the instructions not being supplied. Hownhard can it be to provide the customer with the setup instruction. All i want is the set up instructions

Wish.com Unauthorized credit card charges

My name is Charles Hurdorn. My ex girlfriend Alicia Bernal has my credit card illegally stored on her Wish account. She is making charges on my card thru your website. It is one charge now for $107.26, that was made on 2-26-2019. I have contacted my bank and law enforcement. Could you please remove my card from the account, cancel the orders and refund my card. Wish.com when I try to pay for something it tells me that an error occurred with my account

Every time I try to pay for something it says an error occurred with my account I need to fix so I can buy stuff ding dong
I really do enjoy shopping on this apt but I'm not going to keep doing it if you can't submit my payment could someone please explain to me what is going on or fix this problem get it resolved soon because I have many things I'd like to get

Wish.com ordered earplugs

My complaint is pretty classic. We ordered earplugs 2 months ago and never received them. Of course the money was taken out of my account and no care in the world from wish. They keep telling me by email, pull up old order and address it from there. They don't have my order on line. After 8+ emails to wish, I've concluded they're not trying to help me. Will be filing a claim with BBB.

Wish.com light pad

In January I ordered a light pad and discovered that it didn't work properly I have been trying to contact some one at wish for information on how to return it for a refund. I have called your customer service number 800.266.0172 numerous times and sent over a dozen emails. The phone call, no answer, email I'm give a referrence number with a message that my inquiry has been updated. or instructions to contact www.wish.com/transaction. This is beyond poor customer service. I have dates that I have tried to contact someone since January 31st.

I happened to come across this complaint site so I am hoping someone will get back to me and tell me how I can return this item and get my money back. PLEASE!

They don't want customer's anymore. From what I'm reading they putting everyone's account on hold or just deleted it. Does this have to do with Trump? No problems until Trump came along. It's sad to see wish go. I was always ordering from them. :(

Wish.com can't make a payment

Everytime I go to buy something it keeps saying there is something wrong with your account please visit wish/payment issue! Why is it doing this? I sent a copy of my ID and bank statement and it's still not working! Please fix this or I will be taking my money to a different site! Thanks! It's been doing this for the last few days! It was working just fine! I don't understand!

Wish.com multiple issues on 2 orders

Iv ordered 3 times from you, ordering a few items each time, and have literally stopped expecting to be happy with my orders at this stage.

My first order, over half of the items never showed up, my second order, one of the items that I received fell apart after being used 8 times - it was a back support you wear, and now my latest order, I was sent the wrong item.

Because of all of these issues with your suppliers, apparently Im flagged as a bad customer, because Im not willingly allowing you people to just keep my money for an terrible service.

Is there a way to speak to a human about my account at all? Every other version of contact with your company is speaking with a machine, which just keeps telling me because Iv experienced issued my account is flagged - great service.

Wish.com purchased package never showed up at my door and not solution for the lost.

I ordered 5 pairs of men solid flat bath slippers summer sandal on nov 25, 2018. System said the order send out tracking# rw158179124cn and showed delivered on dec 12 2018. But I have never ever seen it around my house where we have been living here for years and never had any mailed pkg missing.

I spent a lot of time to tracking with usps and just told pkg be delivered on dec 12. 2018.

It was my 2nd shopping on wish which was horrible experience. Why like that? So so much trouble and end with nothing? Pls explain.

Wish.com two tops

I ordered two tops feb 18th I paid for them then two days later I got a refund witch I never wanted and both tops cost me 6.00 bucks each my online banking has proof of wish order and I wanna know were my stuff is im new to wish.com and my youtube friends mia maple showed me this wish app she shops on there all the time no issues but I have issues. Date of the incident was feb 18th at 12 pm and my complanit is they requested a refund witch I never asked them to so im not happy I want my money back

Wish.com Payment for merchandise I didn't order or receive.

On 1/6/19 I received a charge on my visa account for $30.45 for merchandise which I did not order or receive anything. I tried to call company and I have also submitted this form. There has been no word or no resolution. I do want my account reimbursed. Please notify me of results. Since I did not order anything I have no other information to give you. I have no idea how my charge card was charged!

Well, wish app is dangerous to use - many people got scammed including me. You should delete your payment information from your account and even better delete the app and use eBay or alliexpress to purchase things. Accounts with payment information usually can be hacked - another advice check your address maybe it also has been changed. Be careful. Good luck

Wish.com shopping made fun

Can't pay on my account so I can send order.
I sent them loads of stuff they asked for and nothing. No customer service reply or anything, just comes up as Opps there is something wrong with you account. Please go to www.wish.com/payment-issue, done that loads of times and got nothing back.
Now I go on this sight and it has happened to loads of people. How was it resolved and why did it happen anyway. Really annoying as I need to make an order.

Wish.com appalling customer service

I ordered a size 8 dress. When the garment arrived and I measured it - it is around a size 14. I have now contacted customer services 4 times. They say they will respond to you within 2-3 days. I am still waiting 12 days later. All I want to do is return the item and receive a refund. I have honestly never known such appalling customer service off any company and I think people should be warned against buying anything from this company.

I placed my orders more than 2 months and it did not come I want to refund all my purchase but wish site does not allow that it allows my to refund some only. What shall I do now I can't wait more as it's not my fault I need my money back. Now it says my account flagged as misuse of the refund policy which doesn't make sense as it seems I will never receive the stuff which I ordered so I need your support to solve my problem and refund all my purchase. Wish.com 2 trail game cameras

I recieved the 2 trail game cameras but neither worked. Was told they would refund the money, but has not happened. It's been 2 months and now after 6 emails they won't answer back any more. They said I abused their refund policies. The company refunded 9 items that I ordered for Christmas which I didn't ask for a refund. The items are cheap because they are not of good quality. They don't honor their refund policy. The 1-800 number does no good since nobody answers the phone.
