SUBJECT: NON COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCT COMPLAINT.

Dear Sir,

I wish to draw your kind attention towards the following:-

1. I have purchased one MAXIMO – JUICE EXTRACTOR on 15.10.2009 from M/S NAVEEN ELECTRONICS, Model Town, New Delhi – 110009.
2. Its motor was creating problem for the past 30 days.
3. I complained to your customer service centre on 14.01.2011 vide complaint No. 496-A and a person visited who said that he will come again within a day or two for the replacement of the same but I was asked to go to the dealer for replacement and finally I got the replacement on 28.01.2011after visiting twice to dealer.
4. On 30.01.2011 when I started extracting Juice its wired net got broken and damaged the cover which jumped and hitted me on my face and other places.
5. I made another complaint on 01.02.2011 vide Complaint No. 15-B but no one turned up till date.
6. Since then I am repeatedly making complaints but of no use. My complaint has not been complied till date.

Under circumstances you are hereby requested to kindly look in to the matter personally and arrange a free replacement of the Maximo-Juice Extractor and / or refund my cost incurred on this product immediately at my residence.

Also please note that the failure on your part to provide free service as well as free replacement and / or encashment of the product under GAURUNTY period amounts to negligence and deficiency in after sales services.

You are requested to provide the service within 24 hours from the time of dispatch
of this E-Mail message or else I shall be compelled to move to the CONSUMER COURT/CONSUMER FORUM.

A prompt and positive response will highly be appreciated at our end.

Living outside the UK, I purchased locally a breadmaker from one of the national consumer electronics chains. After 4 years of infrequent use, the main drive belt totally disintegrated (the rubber flaked away and all that was left was some string that must have been inside the belt).

I wrote by email first to what I could find on the web; was politely told that I could only get spares if I could have it delivered to an address in the UK and that if I paid by credit card, that the card address had to match the delivery address. Though I could pay with a credit card whose address matches my home address and is in the EU, that was still a non-starter.

I then called and was told that the model purchased was old; that they had no idea of the specs as they'd had a flood; that they had never heard of a belt on a breadmaker breaking and therefore didn't have spares anyway; and were not interested in something that by their own logic - as it could never break, was apparently defective.

Dreadful machine... total waste of money. I've now replaced it with a Braun machine and I'm using literally half the amount of coffee to get a decent strength. Definitely would NOT recommend this machine.

In my opinion not a good buy, poor design and virtually useless to anyone who appreciated good coffee. Not worthy of the Morphy Richards logo.
