I bought a used camera from BorrowLenses on May 3, 2022, at 9:58 AM (Order ***) for a total of $1,317.77. When the camera arrived, it was in worse condition than I expected. I immediately asked about returning it, and they said I could as long as I sent it back and kept the post office receipt as proof. I returned the camera, and the tracking confirmed that it was delivered to their warehouse the following Tuesday. I have been calling the company to ask about my refund for almost two months, but I keep getting put on hold indefinitely. It feels like they are purposely avoiding my calls. Once, I accidentally got connected to a recovery unit person who hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone from the customer service team. I have also sent multiple emails to their customer service team, but I haven't received any replies. It's funny that they responded immediately when I first asked about returning the camera. At this point, I would even be okay if they didn't want to accept the return and gave the camera back to me (although I would prefer a full refund and to never work with this company again). I would appreciate your help in getting my refund. I have attached my original order information and the receipt from the post office for the return shipment.
