So, I recently made an order from Chefscloset.com for a new pair of work shoes. Honestly, I was super excited to get them and start using them at work, but the whole experience ended up being a bit of a downer.

First off, the shipping took way longer than expected - like, way, way longer. It ended up taking so long that I had to go ahead and buy another pair of shoes just so I could have something to wear to work in the meantime. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer for shipping, but this was really pushing it.

Then, when I finally did receive my shoes in the mail, they turned out to be the wrong size. I don't know if this was an error on my part or theirs, but either way, it was pretty frustrating. I was lovin' the goods that I was getting from ChefsCloset.com until my last order came in 4 items short. I was mad, mad, mad, because I needed those items for my chef gigs. I decided to hit up their customer service to see if they could help me out. The lady on the other end of the line was cool and all and told me she'd get back to me. I was already anticipating a long wait time, but she actually did hit me back the very next day!

But then, things got messed up real quick. She told me that based on the weight of my package, the order was good to go when it left the facility. Like, what?! I know I ain't crazy, I'm missing 4 shirts! I even told them they need to double-check their scales, but now I ain't heard back from 'em. I done placed 3 orders in under a month and they ain't getting my business again until they give me my shirts, ya hear?
