"We had a very unique (or maybe not so unique) situation in our new construction home built in 2016 by a substandard builder who is now out of business (Livewell Homes). They allowed their HVAC vendor to piece together systems and put in systems that did not match the size of the home. Our home had a system in it that could not perform for the size of our home. Collins Comfort Solutions and his team has worked with us for a few years now, answering emergency calls and coming to our home on holidays. Finally, this last time, we had to make a big decision to give up on the substandard crappy system that Livewell Homes had strapped us with. There was no warranty and the system's blower was gone. They system the bad builder put in was size appropriate for a much smaller home. So Collins Comfort Solutions and his team installed a new Goodman system. I researched and the Goodmans are the 3rd highest rated systems in the industry and would be higher but people get familiar with a brand and not quality. We have a gas hot water tank and gas stove and Fireplace, and the rotten builder put an electric heat pump into our home. Now we have an entire new gas furnace and air conditioning system. It was amazingly affordable. The warranty is 10 years! Collins Comfort Solutions and his team are like family to us now. But this year, they wont be spending their holiday's at our house anymore, because they have taken such good care of us. No more CPR on a system that was substandard parts and pieces. We feel very secure now and much warmer and happier. Thank you Collins Comfort Solutions- Collins Comfort Conditioning to everyone!"

My Husband and I think the world of Patrick Collins and will never use any other HVAC Service in Charlotte, NC. We simply cannot say enough good things. He has gone well above and beyond.

These guys are AWESOME! We moved into a new house a month ago. We first had them come out via a referral to help install a new duct for a bathroom exhaust fan that was left out in a previous remodel of our new home. Pat and his team came out right away to check out the situation, and were very honest with us. They recommended we have the structural support checked out before they completed any work. Once we had the all clear they came out the very next morning and were able to get everything installed! Around this same time, our upstairs HVAC unit died. Being new homeowners, we had Collins Comfort Solutions, as well as two other companies provide quotes. It was an easy decision for us to go with Collins. We already knew the service would be top notch, and their quote was in line with our budget. They never tried to sell us up on unnecessary equipment, even going as far as helping to explain why we wouldn't need that in our home. Again, they were able to come out right away and fully replace our entire system. The entire team was professional, responsive, always on time, and never left a mess. I also love that you are able to work directly with the owner vs. being tossed around a support system. 100% recommend Collins Comfort Solutions.
