Career Experts Continuous spam

This is to inform you that Career Experts are the biggest pile of scam in the world.

What they want is your resume so that can trash it and then charge you a fortune for nothing at all.

I have received three messages in the last 10 minutes from a "Beth Feldman" at three different gmail addresses. I guess they have given up on YAHOO and are now sending them from gmail.

The addresses that I got them from are [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com.

I have email Kijiji support and they have blocked them from putting ads on their site but I sent one to Craigslist without a response. I am beginning to think that Craigslist is nothing but a farce.

Career Experts Resume` service my Eye!

SISTER Mary Joseph indeed. After I turned this company down, they instead offered me a job to answer their thousands of emails. I opened up all the downloaded info they sent, that I am supposed to send out to other victims - every single letter is just a form they use over and over. Whereas I might at some time in my life consult with a resume` service to improve the looks of my resume`, this "company" does not represent itself as a resume` service until AFTER the flattering letter and promises to put you in front of potential employers ONCE YOU PAY THEM FOR THE RESUME` service. If they were to advertise that from the very beginning, it might be ok. Instead, they sell false hope. I am willing to bet that they really Do get thousands of resumes that they cannot keep up with, collect what money they can, then when very few to nobody is getting a job, they probably shut down and reopen under a different name. I am SO SICK of all the scams on craigslist, and the internet. There are many employment agencies all over town, too, that charge the applicant, and I always wonder if they are scams. Until the economy gets better, finding a real job will be tough- making scams like this look so good. Don't fall for Career Experts- they have yet to prove anything to me other than they do not disclose they are a resume service up front, and then they try to highjack your money before providing any service, I doubt there even IS a service. I got the exact same letter as the other poster listed above.

Career Experts Liars

They posted a listing for a Univeristy Administrator on Craigslist.com and I responded with my resume. I received an obvious form letter back asking when I could call in or come in for an interview. I was relocating from quite a distance and thought it was strange that they would ask me to come in for an interview. I emailed them back and said I was available for a phone interview this week. I received another response in a form letter stating that my resume was not good and they would need me to sign up for their resume services in order to place me in a job, all I had to pay was 100 dollars and they would guarantee me health benefits and a job in a week. I am so disheartened that I cannot even look for a job without scam artists around every corner.

They contacted me about updating my resume. Emailed me a few times to make offer more convincing. When I requested to see copy of resume, is when communication stopped. I now realize that it was a scam.

I recieved an e-mail about a job posting that i applied for (craiglist) and got a reply from a company called Career Experts.

I have about 10 e-mails going back and forth saying that they were interested in helping me find an awesome fulltime job with benefits.

I asked "sister mary joseph" about the 90 day payment plan that she mentioned to me and confirmed that it was possible then after a few e-mails back and forth she said that she needed to see my payment.

After I did a bit more research on the site she gave me (careersexperts.org) and researching scam employment agencies i realized it was a scam.

I wrote back sister mary joseph and asked her to send me a proof of my resume and she sent my an example of the site which i told her was unacceptable. she claimed that people looking for jobs scam them every day so they do business by recieving the payment then they will send me my resume to me.

I wrote back by explaining that it was funny they mentioned getting scamed when there company is a scam all together, and they I would not be paying them for anything.

The e-mail response I got was " I have a lot of personal information on you. Today you scammed me. I can make problems for you if I want so shut the ### up."

Nice Sister Mary Joseph!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Career Experts Scam

Applied to "fake" job listing on Maine Craigslist and received the following email:

Hello, how are you? Your resume was sent to us by one of our clients and we would like an opportunity to follow-up with you. Are you ready for a career change? Are you free for live or phone interviews this week? My name is Sister Mary Joseph and I am the CEO of Career Experts (helping people find top level careers in the "hidden job market" since 1995). I am very impressed with your previous experience. I can also tell from your experiences that you are very good at working with the public, a "people person, " which is exactly what we are looking for.

Since we will be working together on your job search, I would like you to know who Career Experts is and how we operate. Career Experts is a 15 year-old recruiting company that has been hired by many large firms. These firms are only interested in hiring the best candidates at top industry salaries (usually $50, 000 or more). We are paid a commission when staff positions are filled. Our commissions DO NOT come from your salary. There is no charge to you for Career Experts to find you a job. As I am your agent please feel free to ask me any questions that will help you to feel more confident and comfortable prior to your interviews.

I have already spoken to several companies about your background and their feedback has been very positive. They would like to meet with you this week.. Are you available for an interview with any of these companies? What is your current availability? Would you prefer mornings, afternoons, or evenings/weekends? Can any phone interviews be arranged for you and would any as early as tomorrow be possible?

Career Experts will setup the interviews for you and prepare you with full job descriptions and company information but it is your responsibility to show up for the interviews and get the job. We have an 85% successful placement rate within the first week. I have companies that will want to meet or speak with you this week if you are available. I will confirm the interview times once I have your schedule. Please look at the following list of jobs and let me know which offers interest you by number:

I will then send them a revised copy of your resume which is best suited for the jobs you are applying for. Please have a look at the resume samples on our website (www.careerexperts.org) and then let me know which style you wish us to make for you.

I immediately was alerted by the fact that a nun was contacting me through a recruiting service and that it seemed formulaic at best. At any rate, I clicked the link, only to be brought to a site that was asking I pay for resume writing services. I started searching and found other complaints about this company and that others had been threatened when refusing to use services and calling their bluff. As they have access to addresses, phone numbers, etc. this is extremely concerning. Be careful! And good luck in your job search.

Received this e-mail today:

Job offer:

Hello. How are you? Instead of paying us for a resume, I think this may interest you and we want someone of your caliber on our team. We pay $20-$25/hour plus good health benefits. With the way the economy is now, it's best to have a steady & guaranteed income.

I need some help replying to all my emails. You may work from home. Payment details are described below. I will also create a free resume for you while you are working for me. I will send this resume to my contacts who will contact you for an interview or you have the option of working full time with me.

I am a recruiter serving companies all over North America and as a result, I receive over 1000 resumes by email each day from prospective candidates for the jobs I need to fill. I need some help replying to all my emails. They all ask the same questions so I have prepared a pre-written answer sheet that you send them (copy/paste). We offer the candidates a resume revision service that they order directly from our website. We are a very popular and busy service so there is no way to keep up with the demand that is why we pay so well. Not only do we pay well but also you can feel good about your work knowing we are helping so many people and making so many unemployed people happy.

Please let me know if you can do this. There is no fee or payment from you whatsoever! You work with us. We pay you.

The position is to reply to all the incoming inquiring emails.

Please carefully study the four (4) Word files that you must download from the link below. If you cannot open the link, try pasting it into your web browser:

http://www.4shared.com/dir/8481077/ed8a0932/sharing.html

Read the 4 files first before asking me 20 questions. The link includes an easy to follow guide, which answers all the frequently asked questions about the job duties and our company. You are joining a team of 155 agents from around the world who have been with us since 1995. I have made the guide such that you could read the guide and start working immediately. The most common question for any new job is about your salary which is $20USD/hour x 40 hours/week payable every second Friday by Western Union or Certified Cheque to your home or PAYPAL. Tax forms will be mailed to you. We do not require a work sheet; we pay you either 20 or 40 hours per week every second Friday. I need to know your full name and address with the # of hours you can work each week and your preferred Western Union office's full address or PAYPAL address. Once payment is made, you will receive your authorization #/pickup # to obtain your pay. Every 2nd week, we give out a $1000USD cash prize to the employee who has responded to the most emails. We have a method for calculation. We are also now offering an incentive program such that after 8 weeks of us working together, you get an automatic raise to $25USD/hour. I am excited to work with you. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. This will be my last correspondence with you if you do not reply to this terrific offer. If you aren't interested, do not reply. If you are interested, you may start right now.

Thank you and looking forward to a prosperous relationship with you.

Sincerely,

Sister Mary Joseph

Career Experts Harris Black

Harris Black, convuicted Con Man & Sex Offender is now operating under the name of "Sister Mary Joseph" CEO, of the company Careerexperts.org. He is posting fake job ads on Kijiji and has been banned already by Craigslist. Since he has been banned by Craigslist, he has to scam other people to post the jobs for him. He promises to pay you every two weeks but after your first two weeks of posting for him, he tells you to buzz off. NO ONE has ever been paid for doing his dirty work.

We, at Harris Black Watch, have been doing everything we can to slow him down and it seems to be working because for the last couple of days, he's had time to harass my wife with phone calls during the day and night. I find it funny but my wife doesn't like it much. He doesn't know what to say so he just calls and hangs up. About 25 times, so far, in the last three days. As of tonight, I will put my phone on Call-Forwarding to his mother's number.

Anyone else who is being harassed by telephone by this useless imbecile can contact me through www.harrisblackwatch.com and I will give you his mother's phone number so that you can also put your phone on Call-Forward. Let's fix it so he's harassing his own mother at 3:00 am!

Thank you for helping people like me to avoid these scams. I got that same email letter from "Sister Mary Joseph" yesterday and it looked almost legitimate. Thankfully, my gut told me to google her name and sure enough, as I suspected it was a scam. So thank you very much.
Keep up the great work and take care.

Career Experts Career Experts is a Fraud

I just received the exact same email (an exact duplicate) as Bob did in Toronto Canada when I applied to a job position in Asheville NC on Craig's List last night after 10 PM.

This is a scam, they only direct you to their web site to have you sign up for over $100 for them to rewrite your current resume.

Beware!

I also emailed back saying I did not need anyone to write my resume for me. That my resume was already wonderful. I received an email from the con man (Sister Mary Joseph) offering me a job at $20.00 an hour. The scarey part about it is that I actually thought about it until I went to google and types in "Sister Mary Joseph Career Experts" and all hell broke loose. Thank you all for the heads up. Some of us do desperate things when we are unemployed and stressed.

Same exact thing happened to me yesterday! I took it a step further and emailed back saying that I was not in a financial position to spend money on having them redo my resume (that I already had a business professional help me with). "Sister Mary Joseph" sent me an email back, at that time, offering me a job making $20 an hour to go through the 500 to 1000 emails I would receive each day and send out the standard first email she sends out. I have all the documents that they send out; she sent them to me to read through. Once I read through them and saw how they post things on Craigs list etc, I knew right away it was ###. The sad thing is that I have been job searching for 2 months and have mailed my resume out to well over 400 job postings...never knowing if they are legitmate or not. It's a shame you even have to question it :(

Career Experts fraud

I got the following email from '[protected]@yahoo.com' after replying to a posting on craigslist in Toronto for 'Administration Assistant/Customer Service (Toronto)'

Hello, how are you? One of my clients sent me your resume and we want to follow-up

with you. Are you ready for a career change? Are you free for live or phone interviews this week? My name is Sister Mary Joseph. I am the CEO of Career Experts (helping people find top level careers in the "hidden job market" since 1995). I am really impressed with your rich work

experiences. I can tell from your experiences that you are very good working with the public, a "people person" which is exactly what we are looking for.

We will setup the interviews for you and prepare you with full job descriptions and company information but it is your responsibility to show up for the interviews and get the job. This is nothing but a scam to get you to their web site so you can pay them to rewrite your resume and its not cheap.
They send you an email which is a standard letter they send to everyone, signed by someone named Sister Mary Joseph.
They detail it to make you think they are going to set you up with these companies that pay really well but all it comes down to is getting you to buy their services of resume writing, don't fall for it!

Hello Everyone. I just received the very same email that seems to be circulating. It sucks when we, as job seekers have to come across ### of the earth con-artists like this. The week before last I had one job offer that wanted my bank account number, I called the FBI and filed a report because it was a money laundering scam from Australia. People, the only way we can help stop these bottom feeders is to file a report with your local FBI office, you can call the local agency directly and speak to a "Duty Agent", or go to the FBI website and file the report on the spot. Also, email the person who sent it to you to let them know that's what your doing, my Duty Agent suggested that. Besides, who ever heard of a freaking nun being the CEO of a Recruiting Agency? The name on my letter was Beth Feldman. All of them should roast in hell. Good Luck to all!

I just received the same email with very few negligible changes from the original wording--even the positions were written verbatim. Thanks for wasting my time, career-experts.org!

I received the same email. How interesting that "Sister Mary Joseph" the "CEO" uses a Yahoo email address! It's kind of sad that Craig's List is so full of fruads and scam artists now.
