I am so happy I contacted Upnest. They sent me real estate agents that had been vetted top notch and had all the pertinent information on them their fees etc. That made my job so much easier. I simply googled "realtor + city name", I got an email with a picture of 2 people. Contacted 1 of the people and then UpNest got $1,600 of our realtors commission from a google search after our home sold. They did nothing to help sell our home, crazy that this is legal. I feel bad for our realtor that worked his butt off and then these crooks take half his paycheck?

I really like how UpNest works, their website is very simple and clean. And you can find almost all the information you need about their agents. All of them are well experienced and offers a higher rebate than other agents. After you picked an agent, someone from UpNest will contact you to follow up, and the same after you close. Very good experience, and I will use them again next time!

I liked the interface of the upnest site and decided to go with their agent. I was amazed by the experience of the agents listed and had a very good experience with my agent. I ended up buying a house and was quickly paid a rebate by my realtor after closing and the staff at upnest provided an Amazon gift card. I was never pressured to go with their agent and when I did have questions the upnest staff responded within a few hours. I highly recommend Upnest, it’s a wonderful service!

the *** signed a lease with his personal guarantee for his office in *** which, among other representations, required UpNest to repair or replace HVAC equipment during the lease term, which equipment had been in good operating condition at lease commencement. *** said that his business hardly used the equipment and he would not pay the required amount to replace the equipment, over which his business operation had total control.The Lessor offered to participate in the required expense, but *** refused and wrote just prior to lease expiration "As far as lawsuits to collect your capital improvement and late fees, you can decide whether to waste your time or money on that. We don't have much luck collecting referral fees from our clients, even after winning arbitration and court judgement." BEWARE...
