I believe that complete savings have taken & pound;60 from my bank on the back of offering discount of various stores between october 2013 and march 2014. I think they got my details by dangling a carrot after I had booked a discounted room from travel lodge. I didn't cancel sooner because I had not noticed the money going out until yesterday 19th march and was not expecting a charge. I have cancelled my account with them but still want to reclaim the & pound;60 they have taken.

fraud
every 28th of each month this company (that I don't know) is taking £10 (ten pouds) from my bank account. I didn't contact this company, much less give them my bank details, even lesser authorized any payment. I need to stop this, get my money back and compensation because my account was with less money than I was expecting, and I paid a penalty to my Bank because of that.
A.S.A.P. please!

Monthly payments of £15 have been taken from my bank account unlawfully and without me noticing
Dear sir/madam. I have not give any permission to take my £15 to this company please could you refund my money back. I will be very greatfull Thank you Irene lepcha.
I want my money back ASAP.
I had £15 taken from my bank account by this scam company
Despite cancellation, they keep withdrawing 10£ ... should never trust this site ... Linked to OPODO ... the police should close down this scam of membership fee deductions without permission
Company infiltrates a host website then steals your bank details while you are shopping on line. You are then billed every month for a "service" you never asked for. The amounts are small typically £10 per month so there is s good chance you won't notice for a while.

I am in that position as well. I did not realise that Completesave were withdrawing £10 a month from my account after I had bought a ticket from Trainline. com. I was unaware that I had click "a box". I put the responsibility on trainline as well for supporting a scam like this. How can I get my money back?
I didn't realized that completesave.co.uk take money from me every month until 8 months later. I am a careless person and I admit it, but completesave.co.uk you should be ashamed of yourself for doing this.
1st, no email everytime you take money. After I realized I was ripped off, I checked my email and only one in the junk email was found at the day of registration.
2nd, no change bank detail at my own account page.
At least I should be able to cancel online by deleting my bank detail. But clearly, I CANNOT, I must call or email. Completesave is much sucker than Amazon Prime, which can be canceled easily.
3rd, your name, completesave, when I first see in trainline, I did not realized it is a company. I thought it is promotion by trainline.
Overall, I feel stupid and you should feel ashamed.
My sister who is 71 and does not own a computer, never ordered off a computer, never joined this company has been charge £10 a month for over 2 years and never realized until today.
They owe her over £200, she has certainly never joined this scheme.
How can these people get her info?
The fraud team at her bank are now looking into this matter,
I have Googled his company as no one in the family have heard of them and found this site.
How much is this company raking in without people knowing they are paying out to them?
£10 is not a lot a month, who would miss it? if they take £10 off 100 people that's £1000 every month, I'm sure the numbers will run into 1000`s
Something has to be done about companies like this.
My sister is devastated and no longer trusts paying in shops with her debit card.
unauthorised charges
I bought a product on line, using my debit card. Information about Complete Save came up
but I didn't take much notice of it. On my next bank statement I saw that they had taken £10 out of my account. Thinking this was a one-off, I didn;t do anything about it and put it down to carelessness on my part. However, when this month's statement arrived I saw that they had deducted another £10. I immediately rang and cancelled the membership I didn't know I had. I suppose there is no chance of getting my £20 back?

Mary. You are theives and liars. In your above statement you state that there is 30 days free membership LIE from the 4/10/2014 to the 10/10/2014 is 7 days . After all the hassle I had with you cancelling this fraudulent transaction you have now sent me a cheque for £1 what the hell is this for you have sent me a cancellation notice a month ago are you trying to reopen the account as I have certainly and am 100% positive I have not used it., or is this some insulting compensation as it is obviously not a rebate on what you have stolen. And I would ask you to change your name I can not believe that someone called Mary could be apart of such evil.
Mary at complete savings, it is so in your cheating lying interest to send out emails justifying your theft. whilst you are defrauding millions of pounds from customers that are mostly using what they thought were legitimate companies to save money and you come up with a disgusting theme to rob them how low and evil can you be.
I have never signed up to the complete savings programme. I have bought things on line and I can only think that my details have been passed on to this company. I have 2x£10 taken from my account. Please don't take any more I have reported it to my bank and they are blocking it.
Thought I was on Ticketmaster site for discount tickets but this flashed up and now has debited money from my account. How can I cancel this? Did not receive or want discounts which then they charge you for nothing! Do not want them to have my bank details!

On the 27th.Feb. 2016 I contacted the travelodge to book a few days away, the invoice number is WB49404006and the confermation number is [protected], this offer came up at this time from completesave which I looked at and then declined.
I would like this mistake to be rectified as soon as possible and the £15 returned to my bank account.

I just noticed that there were charges of 15 Sterling Pounds each month against my credit card by Completesave.co.uk in May, Jun, and Jul 2015.
I have not authorized such charges.
Booked train tickets through trainline in Dec. In Jan checked bank statements and this company had stolen 15 pounds and were going to do this every month. Luckily i cancelled the so caled membership. This company says members sign up through setting up a password protected account. We did no such thing. My Husband said he might have inadvertantly ticked a box.
This company take £10 per month out of my credit card account and I don't seem able to stop it. I have taken early retirement and work for a charity in Thailand now so cannot afford any kind of donation
Three times unauthorised debit from my account. I do not even know what is "completesave" is. I hope I get my money back.
To everyone that as been cheated robbed defrauded scammed by Complete savings. You must tell your bank to cancel and refund any money back to your account that as been stolen by this company . Tell everyone you know or acquainted with not to go on sites that are partnered with them as they will get scammed and if you have the time send an email to all the companies that they are partnered with and tell them they are committing such a fraud. I hope we all get our money back and for sure we have learned a valuable lesson be it a costly one.

The Complete Savings Customer Service
I purchased some train tickets through 'Trainline' to go and watch a World Cup rugby match last year (2014). I purchased them in July (£17.38) - and unwittingly signed-up to Complete Savings. They have taken £15 per month since out of my account by using my Visa details on what's called a 'Recurring Transaction' (so my bank tells me). Having rung Complete Savings I have stopped payments and they have agreed to pay back 4 of the 7 payments of £15 - which means they still get away with £45 of my money which I wasn't aware I'd authorised! My bank are 'filing a dispute' (whatever that means?!) and I will e-mail Trainline - but not sure I'll get any joy. I like to see the best in all people - but sadly, it goes to prove that there's always someone ready to 'p**s on your chips' as they say! NOT happy!
Same here £75 over 5 months I did not authorise this how this companys employees sleep at night. All this company is is a Fraudulant Company that operates off other companys. Same has happened to me as well on 18th Dec. I never opened any account for completesave.co.uk nor provided my account detail for monthly subscription. So this is a fraud. I called my bank and they have taken a dispute request.

online scam
I booked a flight online with Ryanair by Natwest debit card last July. After booking, there was a notice of "£15 off" something. and out of curiosity I started to investigate, but soon gave up as I could not discover what it was all about or who was offering what. I have only just noticed that £10 was disappearing monthly from my account to "completesave.co.uk. The bank say it is Ryanair, but disclaim responsibilty. "Completesave" I approached for refund of the £60 total they have extracted. They have not done so, but by way of explanation, they have sent me some unclear details of their scheme and some "Terms and conditions" which they say you need to sign up to in order to become a "member" of their "club". I certainly never did so, and wouldn't have done so even if I knew in July what it was. I understand from this website that many other people have been caught by this same scam. How can I get my £60 back and publicise this dishonest dealing?

Completesave.co.uk recently showed up on my bank statement, after £10 was withdrawn without my permission. Further to my own research, I believe they may have scammed my details out of me through a promotional offer from Travelodge (applying for money off my next booking). unathorised withdrawels from my account
Realised today that Completesave.co.uk have been taking money out of my bank account, initial deduction £34, 99 plus an on going amount of £10.00 per month since August to December inculisive. Just under £90.00. Spoke to them today said they would refund £20.00, I rejected this as I wanted a full reimbursement, they then offerred me £30.00, I told them I would speak to my bank, they said if I did that they would not make a refund.I told them to refund the £30.00 and send me the claim form for the balance. They are apparently refunding me £30.00 in the next 7 to 10 days! Then sending me a form to claim further money back. But this will not cover the full amount. They said this was in connection with a purchase I made at a Premmier Inn and that I had signed up for future discount notification. Spoken with the Premier Inn they do not charge for special deal notifications. What concerns me is that in booking a room with Premier Inn my bank details have been hijacked. I have spoken to the Premier Inn, they will be looking into this at their end and will be calling me back. I had booked on line to stay at one of their hotels that weekend. I have contacted the fraud department at my bank, they know of these people and I am going to contact the police and trading standards. This was not set up as a standing order or direct debit on our account, it was as if I was presenting my card to them every month. The only way to stop the payment was by cancelling my debit card. Really annoyed by this as it is plain fraud, its not just about the money its about being duped. The authorities, police, banks and trading standards need to do more to close these rogues down. We are according to the news this week gaining more confidence in internet shopping. If the banks know these people, why when they try to take money out of our accounts are they not contacting us immediately? I won't be booking with Premier Inn again unless they get on top of this, At the end of the day it was them I gave my bank details to on line. As their customer I expect my booking process to be secure and safe. It would be interesting to know how many other people have been duped through this booking system.
I made a booking with Premier Inn and gave them my bank details in good faith, I have no idea who you are like others who have complained on this site. As far I I can see when a booking is made a box apears on the completed booking asking if you would like a discount on your next booking, as one is in the Premier Inn site, one assumes this is a gesture of goodwill from Premier Inn. Having spoken with Premier Inn management team it is nothing to do with them. I have since learned from Premier Inn that do not charge for information about promotional offers. Your team on the phone were unhelpful they said they would refund thirty pounds and send a claim form through, neither has arrived. You have my details because I have spoken to your team and you have been making regular dedections from my account to just under £90 in total. I am not the only person who is unhappy about this senario, I do not consider myself to be stupid.but I feel well and truly duped!

Very similar story here - the people who offer the initial referral, should bear the responsibility for the clean the mess they cause.
I was conned when placing an order with pizzahut.co.uk. That Pizza has now cost me 70 pounds! Not sure since when did signing for a discount voucher turn into a 'direct debit' instruction...
The strange thing is I am not able to login to the completesave.co.uk website with my email id and password to cancel the account. The site says 'email not recognised' even though I did check my email account and have a mail from completesave.co.uk confirming my userid/password.
Total Fraud!
Totaly agree, I like you had no idea about this con untill they started to take the money from my account. The strange thing is I have allegedly been signed up for a month through a booking I amde at Premier Inns and have received no offers or discounts on any products or confirmation to my participation in this deal.
i will never use Premier inns again and I am also advising all my colegues and friends to do the same.
Hello
Sorry that you are unhappy with Complete Savings. It’s an online reward programme used by many satisfied online shoppers. You or someone using your card would have been offered the chance to join after making a purchase at one of our online partner companies.
In order to join, you need to manually enter your name, email and postal address and credit or debit card details. You also would have created and verified a password and agreed to our membership terms. We can assure you that this is the only way you could have signed up.
I am unable to look up your account without knowing your name, email or postal address or membership number. If you have further questions about how you joined, or the membership fees you’ve been charged, please email mary@completesavings.co.uk or call our Customer Service team on [protected].

this company of not illegal is certainly unethical
I bought a toy from Argos in the UK using a credit card. I got an email from them and in the guise of saying I would get a discount off my next Argos purchase I found myself getting £10 a month deducted from my credit card by completesave who I had never heard of and who did NOTHING AT ALL for me.
This company of not illegal is certainly unethical and I warn everyone who uses Argos which is a big company in the UK I don't know about the US, to be careful or take their custom elsewhere.
fraud
I have been scammed as well, originally by completesave.Co. Uk in february, march, april and may 2013. I rang them and told them to stop, which they did. I have now been scammed by shooperdisc.Co. Uk in august & september 2013. Again I rang and cancelled this. If you look at the two websites, both compaies operate from the same address in switzerland. I have never received any of my & pound;60 back. Please look carefully at all purchase details when buying online.

'Complete Savings' are a Complete Scam. Fat brown envelopes for those who are supposedly protecting us from such fraud, may be stuffed with kickbacks from the £millions being fraudulently removed from our bank accounts EVERY DAY.
I have recently been scammed by complete savings. I ordered from Debenhams on line in February this year and they have taken £15 from my account for the past 3 months. Complete savings have (hopefully now) cancelled my "membership". I contacted Debenhams on line and they refuse to admit they are linked to complete savings. Somebody is telling porkies! It makes me nervous to purchase on line. I wont be ordering from Debenhams again thats for sure.
I have discovered today that I have been paying complete savings £15 a month for 41 months. I adamantly did not sign up for any cashback schemes. Spoke to them on the phone and they said they'd refund me £45, which is a bit of a joke considering I've given them £615 for nothing. Filled in a refund form but by the comments I'm not expecting any money back. I just feel so stupid for not noticing for so long.
One more to the heap. We were caught out buying airport car parking last September. According to the person who answered the phone from the Scam company we were buying parking from AirParks. That's where we will start. This stuff gets under my skin. Amazon are the best known of these click-through scammers. They have caught us out twice in the past but coughed up the money without too much prompting. I have become very adept at filing legal actions. For as long as Brexit doesn't happen these are easy to file in the European courts as well. And if they are Swiss I can handle that too.

I have also been taken by this company. I ticked a box for savings not realising that it would cost me £15 a month. I have emailed them regarding this and asking for refund, awaiting their reply. I have contacted my bank stopping any further payments when told them of the problem they are very much aware of this scam said when you buy from certain companies such as Argos and many more the tick box is shown automatically. How are they still getting away with this scam and why are the banks not doing anything about it
I have been scammed by you for 4 years! £15 per month. I did not give my bank details but can only assume you took them from Ryanair.
I too have been taken by this Company. On checking my bank statement I noticed that £15 had been taken from my bank by this company. I telephoned them and the operator said I had signed up to a 30day trial period with them. This NEVER happened. I have never heard of them before and I would certainly know if I had agreed to this. More worryingly, HOW DID THEY GET MY BANK DETAILS. This has coincided with money being defrauded from my bank account for online shopping with a high street fashion shop, thus my checking all my statements. Again, how did that person get hold of my bank details. This is under investigation with my bank resulting in me having to confiscate that bank card. With the numerous amount of complaints, how is the company not under investigation and is still allowed to operated?
On checking my bank statement I noticed that £15 had been taken from my account by Complete Savings. I phoned them immediately and the operator said I had agreed to a 30 day trial. I have never heard of this company before and. like the other complainants, I would know if I had signed up to an agreement. More worryingly, how did they get hold of my bank details. This has coincided with £177 being defrauded from my account, being spent online with a well known high street shop thus making me check my statement and find out about this Company. I now will not shop online or browse online again. I don't understand, especially with all the complaints about this company, that there has been no intervention and they are still in operation.
company is fake
I noticed that CompleteSaver.co.uk charged me $10 without authorization. I wanted to find who they are (maybe I forgot that I ordered from them) and I found nothing. This company is fake, it does not exist! I am afraid they already have my info and they can charge one more time.
rip off
completesave.com.uk appeared for in my bank statement with unauthorized charges for the last 3 months. I’ve discovered it only now and when I checked previous statement I discovered that it was happening for the last 3 months.
i cancelled this account in june and you are still taking the money out of my account
completesave.co.uk GANGSTERS!
I paid for a flight through RYANAIR! after which I had noticed a link offering £10 off discount on my next flight through RYANAIR!
I merely clicked on this link for further details, after which I was presented with a page asking for my personal details (name address etc) and a button to click *confirm* if i wished to go ahead with the deal.
After reading through the description of what it actually entailed (taking monthly debits from my bank account @ £10.75 for a so called online discount service) I decided swiftly not to fill out anything, and certainly did'nt click on the *confirm* button at the bottom.
I have only just checked my bank account statement online, to realize to my disgust, these gangsters having being taking money from my account for the last two months, absolutely appaling behaviour!
Shame on you RYANAIR! for affiliating with such a scam!
unauthorized charges
I have had £10 a month taken from my account by completesave.co.uk and none of these payments were authorized by me. They slipped past my attention because the amount was only £10. I advised my bank these payments were never authorized by me and they have cancelled further payments and put what I already paid in dispute. There is a phone number for them [protected] and I rang it. I spoke to a woman called Pauline Morris who behaved in a very defensive way and was all too quick to insist that I had signed up, even though she hadn't even checked. I asked her to check my name and she had no information on me. Then she started to suggest a member of my family signed up with my card. I said to her that I would be surprised if a representative of legitimate business would be concerned at these fraud allegations I was making and would want to understand fully what happened. She, on the other hand, was merely trying to justify taking unauthorized payments from me. The business has an address 'Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth PO3 5RS. I have written to the police (NFIB) with the details I have on this.

I lifted this from the trainline website, clearly trainline are a part of the scam
Complete Savings and My Time Rewards are partner companies of ours that offer discounts for a wide range of online retailers by way of a monthly membership.
You’ll be given the opportunity to sign up to one of these memberships when you make a booking with us, but if you’d rather not, you don’t have to. Just so you know, any membership you take out with either Complete Savings or My Time Rewards will be managed by these companies respectively.
Yes I found out its trainline but didnt realise it was being taken! They should make it explicit and trainline should dissociate themselves from the scammers. I spoke to an operative and hopefully they will refund as promised.

Bought tickets through National Express and thought I was being offered a 10% discount off my next ticket purchase, I read through the detail carefully and there was no mention of a monthly subscription fee.
fraudulent charges
So I'm baffled as to how I had missed this but I've finally noticed a suspect charge appearing on my bank account. After looking into it, it turns out that this company 'Complete Savings' has been charging my account since 8/10/09. That's 22 months to this date 5/15/2011 for a total of $264 dollars at $12 each month.
This is for an unauthorized service I have no account information, contact information, receipt information or confirmations from beyond that of my bank account statements. I've just discovered this and am looking for any and all possible help in dealing with this to hopefully recoup as much of my funds as possible. Can anyone give me any tips or help in how to deal with this? I've contacted my credit union and am awaiting reply now and will hopefully getting an investigation started for fraud.
So far things are going alright for me with it. I had discovered it after canceling my card already to be protected after the Sony info leaks. So card was already canceled, it was just a final charge sneaking in that alerted me to it. Calling them when they opened again, they seemed to answer the phone expecting someone wanting refunds. So call them and complain give them your info they should automatically refund something like the previous 4 charges and then had me fill out a form requesting the rest of the amount. The form is clear of legalese also so you're not signing any rights away or agreeing to anything unacceptable.
Also by chance before having been able to contact them, I contacted my state's attorney general. They've sent notice of my complaint to the company as well so when they do receive and process my refund request I expect them to be very forthcoming.

Like you, I cannot believe I had missed these charges since November 2009. I have to say, the person I spoke to when I rang the company, appeared kind and understanding, said it was now cancelled, that she was authorised to return the last 4 payments, and would send me an email with a form to request the return of all prior payments. This was only today, so I am hoping it will happen as the woman said. If not, I shall certainly be back on this website and in touch with BBB, local and national lawmakers etc.
Basically, the same thing happened to me. I've now got a merchant block on my credit card, but I am not sure how I will ever recoup money already paid.

unauthorized charges
Add ftd to the list of companies who are very aware of scam artists called complete savings. Ftd claims to have had other complaints, but will do nothing to assist. I have certainly made my last purchase online with ftd.
Complete savings tells me in may, 2009 they got my credit card number from an ftd transaction. Cs charged me for a very long time before I spotted it. I got the same drivel described on this website by other victims after calling complete savings - because all the bank will charge-back is 4 months. And there are fees on the merchant account that cs is trying to avoid.
Putting cs out of business will require the companies whose websites are the original source of the scam to sue them. Ftd does not have the balls.

scammed for 2 years
Thinking I was being billed for, newly opened, savings account id protection, I allowed this $12 debit to occur for 2 years. Upon doing business with my bank I was made aware I had beed scammed. Maria at complete savings said she would refund the past 4 months but I would have to mail in a form to get the balance. After reading these postings I doubt I will get anything but the run-a-round. My son is an attorney. I hope maria is ready for me. I'm looking for more info so will keep reading these postings. So far no one has mentioned getting back the money scammed from them. Maybe I can clean the ### from the pool.

scam
Complete savings should have to pay back everything they have defrauded and penalty’s for illegal processes! I have called there toll free number all day [protected] and they have not answered one time. I have placed over 30 calls. Just like the rest of the surveys, $12. Oo dollars a month for over a year from my debit card, given to them by cheaper than dirt!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Watch your step with "Cheaper Than Dirt"! I placed an order with cheaper Than Dirt. Two weeks later I get a charge on my credit card for $12.00 then another $12.00. I was signed up to a membership with a company called Complete Savings. I called this company [protected] out of the state of CT., I was told i was signed up through Cheaper the Dirt. "Complete Savings" is a SCAM company. "Cheaper Than Dirt" assists in the SCAM by providing your personal information and CREDIT CARD info to "Complete Savings". There are many HONEST merchants on the web, "Cheaper Than Dirt" isn't one of them. Take your business elsewhere.
These charges started appearing on my charge card about 5 months ago. I never asked for nor received any service. This is a stealth charge that I only found when balancing my checkbook after unfortunatly not doing it for several months.
I bought some brakes from Autoparstwarehouse.com and after they arrived, APW sent me an email to fill out to receive $10 on my next purchase. I started to fill out the form and then realized that they were asking way too many questions and did not finish the form. It was too late, I thought that I was signing up for a $10 discount, but really I was tricked into signing up for a $12/month subscription from Complete Savings. All you have to do is copy the last 4 digits of your credit card number to start the $12/month subscription. A few weeks later I got a Visa bill for $12 from Complete Savings. I called Visa to dispute the charge and I called Complete Savings to cancel the subscription. CS informed me that they got my credit card number from APW and informed me that I should have read the small print. I dont remember any small print saying that I was signing up for a subscription, and I never received any emails or anything of value for my subscription fee. I checked CS out on Google and read about this scam between many other vendors and CS. Looks like CS has tricked many customers over the last 6 months and there are many complaints on this website. Im surprized that they are still in business. My recommendation: dont buy from APW and dont sign up for any emailed cash discounts.
I just realized i have been being charged a $12 fee on my debit card (4 times in the last 90 days) from COMPLETE SAVINGS. I have never heard of them and dont even remember the last time i used my debit card for an online purchase. But on a couple different complaints i have read that Pizza Hut is one of the common places people think they have been scammed from. They say from placing online orders. Now im not sure if i have ever ordered online, its a possibility, but even so itsbeen a while. BUT my boyfriend works there and his checks get direct-deposited into my account so obviously they have my account number. My bank tells me i can only dispute the last 90 days. Does anybody know how to go about finding out how long they have been taking my money? Is this a legal matter? Should i be calling a lawyer? My bank also told me the only way i can block them from further charges is by filing a dispute which means i cant call them to find out info. This has never happened to me before and not exactly sure what the best way to go about this is. Please if anyones knows how i go about finding out exactly how long they have been taking my money please respond. This is bull and they need to be stopped!

I got this Complete Savings junk via TicketMaster (as if I didnt loath using TicketMaster enough already). Read all checkboxes when buying online! Luckily, for as shady as they are with signing up, their customer service department seems very good. Was able to call them, cancel my membership, and issued a full 4 months worth of refunds. Now to see if they follow through.
Dave, I'm curious as to whether or not you were refunded all of the charges by Complete Savings, especially after the posting from Mary. I would be really surprised if you were since so many other people, that have posted complaints regarding Complete Savings here, have not. Please let us know.

Its the $10 coupon you sign up for after...happened to me with eforcity.com. The deal is if you want $10 off your next order, they say "click here". When you do, your credit card # goes to them(complete savings) and you're signed up for $12 / month! EXTREMELY deceptive advertising and you only see it when you complete an order with the affiliates. they do cancel and say they refund the $12 but still waiting ... also, ALL of their email communication gets dumped into spam so you never know the $12 comes out until it hits your account...
