firstly the box that the watch came in is not a genuine seiko box it is badly constructed and a poor imitation, there was no watch cushion just a bit of roughly cut sponge . It is not an original box (the manual did not even fit in it )

The boxes are what we purchase separately from our suppliers. They are
easy for shipping and do not get damaged. The Original boxes are heavy
and cost $10-15 more and add $10-15 more to the shipping cost also.
Most of our customers would rather save the $30 than pay for the
original boxes.
A lot of online sellers do not even ship with boxes.

at this stage I am not sure if the watch is genuine or not and I am going to get it checked. When I pointed out the contradictions from the first email and their website statement they said that they would forward it on to someone called Jason. I am still awaiting a response from Jason. I would advise you to be careful about what you maybe getting involved in. I wish now that I had spent the extra money and got it from a more reputable company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Ordered a watch, used prepay tax and duties option.
Still when the item arrived, tax and duties were unpaid and I had to pay the same amount again.
Superb. Lost 71.50euro.

Brought a cheap casio just to try them out.
Received the watch promptly and probably didn't get a customs fee only because the watch was so cheap.
The watch came in a cheap random cardboard box with another piece of roughly folded white plain cardboard for what I guess suppose to be protection.
No original documentation or instructions, just a roughly folded casio advertisement.
The watch is definitely a fake. It was advertised as having a case diameter of 44.6 × 11.6 cm, when diameter is like 40 cm. Also the back is a really scratched up and nothing about made in Japan.
They say you have to pay the return cost in order to get money back but I'm sure the return shipping will be as much as the cost of the watch and doubt I will get refunded my money back.
I believe that all the cheap and discounted promo priced watches are probably fakes.
Absolutely by nothing from them!

I have been buying watches from Creation Watches for a good number of years. I have bought approximately 12 watches in that time and they have been first class to deal with and the watches are
exactly what they say they are genuine.
There communications are great and delivery is always prompt.
I agree the boxes can be off putting if you expect a makers box but you do get an option to pay for the original packaging which I mostly do depending on the price of the watch.
With around 12 maybe more they are great to deal but call them first the are not fly by nights.

Hey I’ve ordered a watch on the 5th of January, and haven’t received an email yet, or anything else, not a tracking number not a order ID not a statement nothing.
I ordered a Seiko 5 watch .. received it 10 days later..not worried about the late delivery. What concerned me is that Creation Watches delivered to me a fake Seiko … back cover is clear plastic, no serial number, no JAPAN on it. No guarantee card given. DON’T EVER buy from this outfit .. warn your friends. They sell fake brand watches !
They replied my complaint by saying “they update my information “.. what sorts of reply is that?
I truly believe that this is a scam company, a cheap nasty Chinese scam company, took me 4 weeks to get my watch, no cert of authenticity in the box, half of the protective coverings removed, and I paid extra this terrible company extra to cover the duties and fees through their website, but I had to solve the matter by myself. I will be opening my own claim here too. STAY AWAY from this scam company!

I have just taken delivery of a Swatch watch from Creation Watches UK. It was advertised it as costing £66. I would not have ordered it from them if I had known that I would have to pay a further £24 on delivery for customs etc. It makes it much more expensive than I would have paid buying it from Swatch directly! It also has taken 2 weeks to arrive instead of the advertised 4-5 days. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Low quality and service
This company is selling broken watches. I just spend 160$ on one watch and also 100$ in the repairing shop. Guess how much they refunded me: 15$ I asked for full refund, and also I am not willing to send it back, I have payed custom for it
( those money nobody can refund).
My advice, do not be tricked by prices, the quality is 0.
Creation watches are scammers they hide the fact their products will be heavily taxed on arrival...£32 on a £105 purchase...The same watch was available on ebay for £107 with full paypal protection.
On complaining they stated that the tax was unavoidable yet in a later section said for further purchases you can avoid the duty by selecting recorded delivery !
Nowhere on the page did it state tax would be levied on the purchase and the carrier wanted the £32 to deliver it after the sale !
Avoid these unless you want to get stung like we did.
All countries levy import duties which the customer has to bear.

I'm concerned. I want to buy a Seiko, but they will not let me read a copy of their "International Warranty". Four times I requested one and four times they told me no. If I order the watch, I just might take it to a Seiko repair center personally and have them verify it, all within the 30-day return window. If its bogus, I will post here - if I buy from Creation Watches.

Hi just to let everyone know that CreationWatches are simply thieves!
Yes their delivery is super speedy, yes their response to emails is excellent initially, their wordings and clarifications about warranty is very good I will give them that. All good until you face an issue and send you watch back for repair. My Orient watch developed a fault within a year and I sent it back for repair after several days for RMA fight and escalation. They received it early June and since that they kept it saying we will fix it as soon as got parts from Japan. One could walk/swim from Japan to Singapore leave alone ordering parts. Anyways I am sure I will never receive my watch back nor see my money. To me it is a lesson learnt and would strongly advice to stay away from Creationwatches.
P.S. Amazingly Creationwatches speedy email reply is not speedy anymore and they simply reply with cut and paste phrase like "Repairs can take longer". Horrible service without any indication and deadlines . Moreover they have a gut to offer me a discount on next purchase.
I am undecided on my recent Seiko purchase. I looks real and functions but has the clear plastic sticker on the back of the watch which is an indication that it is a replica as authentic Seiko's are said to have a clear blue sticker on the back. It also has a generic box vs a Seiko box which would lead me to believe it is not authentic. Shipping a fake box and shipping a Seiko box costs the same. I would be very surprised if you could get a genuine Seiko from Seiko without a box. Why would Seiko sell a wholesaler a product without its box?
Having the same issue for my Seiko Presage purchased from Creation Watches. The watch box was printed Seiko Prospex Padi, same thought as you that why they don't send the watch with the original box.
Statements from them original box are heavier and cost $10-15 higher of the shipping cost, which I fell is ridiculous too.
First & Last, will not buy any watch from Creation Watches for 2nd time.

All reply from Creation (CS@ & Contact@) are useless which come with default statement without solution to your customer. In fact still request customer to pay extra money to get the original box.
Wrong watch box sent is Creation Watches problem or my problem? Really speechless for the after sales service from Creation.
Authentic, in 3 days here in Holland, absolutely new, in a box that is not original, but that does the price also cheaper. The certificate of guarantee have no number, but have the date of purchase, and is sure that they will accept the watch. Any way, the super cheap price includes the risk. And, a watch so good as their watches, will never have a problem in the first years. So, NO PROBLEM with the box, with the guarantee of with other thinks.

creationwatch. their listing is dishonest. their listing say delivery with all orignial packaging and papers. but no what i recieve is just a watch and a fake box. and they dare reply by say their suppler don give them in full. cheats. i have to file a pay pal claim. regret buying from them . please don not buy from them. they are a singapore company .
I too bought what was claimed to be a genuine watch from Creation Watches it arrived in an unbranded box and although the SEIKO warranty booklet was included, the warranty card had been removed. I asked creation watches to authentic the watch was genuine they could not or would not and will not send the warranty card. Their own warranty is useless as returning the watch which may be fake is not cost effective.
Few days ago i left a message here complainig about the feedback of the customer service of creaton watches. Since that day i have to say tat not only i received my watch from them but they have since been great in responding to every mail i sent. So as for now i would gladly recommend creation watces to purchase a watch.

I have just received the watch I ordered from creation and am very happy. Delivery was fast and trackable and the watch is genuine. Personally I only have good things to say in relation to this company. That said I spent an hour researching them before ordering and was aware of the box issue (doesn't concern me as I'm buying the watch, not its case) and that there were a few complaints which centred around the need to return the watch.
All I can say is I would definitely buy from them again with no qualms.
I too ordered a watch from creation watches (only a day ago) soon after i paid my watch (with a Neteller prepaid Mastercard) they asked me to send identification proof, i did. My order status stays hours with the message identification requested then after few mail status order changed to DHL Processing and i received a mail saying that my identification proofs were transfered to a customer service manager called Jason . Fifteen hours later i asked them by mails for feedback i wanted to be informed on what happened. Now i'm a day later and they completely stopped to answer any of my mails. I have to say it's a first for me. Maybe i'm asking to much but it doesn't feel right that a customer service that don't even reply to legitimate questions. Anyway i'll keep you informed on what happened!
I bought a Seiko from Creation and I'm very happy with both the watch and service received. My watch is genuine, came with the correct Seiko manual and a basic non-Seiko watch box (I had the option of a Seiko gift box for £3 extra). I don't believe you could get a better price/service combination for grey import Seikos and will be buying another from them very soon. If you want to pay so much more for a UK purchase then go ahead-"you pays your money..."
Ordered a watch September 18 to my wife, arrived directly to our door some minutes a go.
Genuine item, perfect tracking, DHL even sent the packet from Leipzig Germany, for a short vacation in Korea, then back to Europe again.
Very satisfied customer, just waiting for ( if any ) customs invoice from DHL, hope it is not too expensive.

I am so unhappy with CreationWatches.com! I ordered the Citizen BL8001-58L and they sent me the white version of that watch. Not at all what I wanted. This was going to be a wedding gift for my future husband and now I will not have a gift for him in time. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Also, their communication was awful too. I should have known better when I thought the price was too good to be true.
I ordered my watch on 8 September and received it on 12 September. I acknowledge that delivery was both free and fast. But I do have some concerns about the authenticity of the Seiko that I purchased. It came in what looks like a proper box but it had no warranty card or certificate of authenticity. I don't understand if the watches are authentic, from the manufacturer, how they do not automatically come with a warranty card and certificate of authenticity.
The invoice that I received with the package doesn't even state the brand or model number of the watch that I purchased. It simply states "horology item". How is this then an accurate invoice/receipt for the purchase I made of what I believed to be a genuine Seiko?
I've ordered SEIKO military Watch. Delivery to Sweden by DHL was both free and flawless, the watch works perfectly fine and the price is right. And yes it is original. Just look at their advanced solar powered Citizen divers watch, it would actually cost you more to make a copy that works. Just a happy customer and a honest opinion.
Im not constesting any of the above but I recently bought a Seiko from Creationwatches without any problems. Speedy delivery to Europe, original box and papers. Very happy with my purchase!

i bought a watch from Creation Watches for a nephew who is a fireman, and the watch is too big. I have been trying to contact Creation Watches to arrange for return of the watch because the packaging did not contain any receipt. The phone number is just a message telling you to email the company, which I did, but have not received any response. I will be calling my credit card company next asking that the charges be reversed until I hear from the company.

If the product listing in fact stated that it was to be shipped in its original packaging, then CreationWatches deceived the buyer. Claiming that it's blackmail is just plain slanderous.
The Google preview for your site still shows the misleading text, "All watches are shipping in their original packaging with the actual watch box and all the documents." On your live site, it has been updated to read, "All watches sold from CreationWatches are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches are shipped in watch box with documents."
You should have simply apologized to the customer for the misunderstanding, fixed your website text, and offered to take the watch back, or to refund part of the cost. Instead, you insinuated that the customer is blackmailing you like a snotty child. Now I'm rethinking whether or not I want to buy an SKX from you.
