My husband passed away and I found out that he made some business with Curadebt. I tried to know what kind of business it was but this company tries to hide from me. I think I have to find good lawyer and I will. They only told that I have to pay interest for smth I never got.
I am a Customer Service Representative here at CuraDebt.
It’s important that you understand that CuraDebt provides counseling and refer the consumers to get started with a company they feel can help them. Clients do not sign any agreements or make any payments to CuraDebt as we provide free consultations only.
You mention the following:
“I tried to know what kind of business it was but this company tries to hide from me. I think I have to find good lawyer and I will. They only told that I have to pay interest for smth I never got.”
Please double check and make sure you are contacting the correct company as we are not the type that just ignores calls or hides from people. Also, we do not receive money from any clients so there is NO way we would be charging you any interest.
Once again CuraDebt does not charge for consultation, and we do not receive money from clients. Please remove this complaint as it contains false information.
With that said, we searched everywhere in different databases and we could not find your husband’s name or anyone enrolled in our programs under the last name of Martines, therefore I believe you received false information and are now placing it on Complaintsboard.
Feel free to contact us at [protected] to clarify the type of business your deceased husband agreed to.
Thank you.
