The Genie Bra Inferior Product

The infomercial looks and sounds good, HOWEVER these bras are no more than a strechy training bra. Support my foot! These are totally worthless. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I sent away for the genie bras, after reading the reviews posted I decided to cancel my order, saving me $85.00 including shipping. Thank you to all who submitted the earlier reviews. I used the phone number provided by one reviewer. I should have known better, never purchased anything from tv before, will not again. I will use this review platform again prior to making any purchases, wish I had before I gave into the tv impulse thing. I will stick with my Olga and Platex bra's, not pretty, can be uncomfortable, but they do what they say they will. Lift and separate, right ladies?!

I too wish I had checked possible complaints about the Genie Bra before I ordered. What a joke! It took 8 weeks to receive a bra that couldn't support an "A". Cups are too small, straps are too long, and the nice band they show at the bottom doesn't exist! I ordered two sets, pretty much like everyone else, and am extremely disappointed. When I tried one on it reminded me of the old "sleeping bras": comfortable but absolutely no support. I was so looking forward to finding a bra that could do what their TV advertisements stated. Don't order this product!

I wish I had checked here before ordering the Genie Bras, they just arrived today after way more than a six week wait (over two months). I had been looking forward to receiving them because the commercial was so convincing. When I tried them on, they provide zero support. I'll be returning them but now I will be out 25 bucks for shipping, which is ridiculous considering the lightweight package and the slow shipping method they used. This company is just out to rip people off. If you want this type of bra (comfortable, no wires) try the Sassybax. I have worn them for a couple of years now. They are supportive and comfortable. I guess I learned my lesson, Sassybax does cost more, but you get what you pay for.

The Genie Bra Fraud

My mom wanted them and we wear the same size bra, so I ordered and after 6+ weeks, they came in and we were so disappointed. I remember now when I ordered, the sales rep asked if I wanted some inserts for "additional lift" (for a few dollars more/each and sold in sets) I said no. (Red Flag) Now I know why. No support. You need inserts for these knee high stockings to hold you up. The bras were TOTALLY like what they said they were NOT in the commerical. The commerical is a total LIE. DON'T BUY IT. You could go to Wal-Mart and buy this same lame bra in the children's training bra section for less than $5.00. Shame on you folks for selling such in item.

I ordered a genie bra and the bra I received was defective. I called the company to get the information needed to return the bra and get reimbursed. I also insisted that I not have to pay for mailing the returned item, since it was defective. the customer service rep said they wouldn't charge me for return mailing, but they did.

I purchased these bras and LOVE them. They are extremely comfortable, no back bulge and supportive. I am looking for more at CVS or Walgreens but they're out of stock. I will definitely be purchasing more of these. I found them to be exactly as advertised. Mine did have the insets.

The sizing of these bras is RIDICULOUS. In the Ahh bra I wear a 2X and it's very comfortable, but they don't offer inserts, which I wanted. So, I got the Genie bra with inserts in 2X, and the band was way too tight. I returned them in exchange for 4X and the band is still too tight! I am 135 lbs and wear a 44D, so I am not at all fat, and still the 4X was too small. These bras are sized to fit twelve year old girls, I think. I don't want to go through the agony of returning them again, so I am going to have to cut the back part and sew in a piece of elastic. I want to add that IF these bras were sized more accurately, I think they would be the perfect bra.

I have ordered unpadded bras, they send me padded bras, I had to return these bras, and still waiting for a replacement. The Genie Bra, does rolls up and the fitting is too tight. I'm not a fat woman, but the elastic around does not feel comfortable at all. I am a regular size M, I had to exchange the bras for a size L, and it still way too tight. This has been quite frustrating, this company is not telling about the proper fitting, their sizes are smaller, and the bra does not provide the support or do what they are advertising on T.V.

I have had the worst nightmare dealing with this Company, the bra size is not what it should be, it does roll up, and it is too tight. I am not fat, and feel very uncomfortable with the fitting of this bra. This is not the bras that they are presenting to be.

Being Canadian it cost way more than I thought. In a way they are comfortable but it said that it doesn't roll up from the bottom. YES IT DOES. If you have a flat rib cage and flat tummy I'm sure it won't roll up but being a DD with a short torso and tummy it rolled badly. No support at all if your large boobed. I wish I did not buy it cause I can't afford gas for my car for a month now :-/

I just have to thank everyone who wrote a complaint about genie bra. If it weren't for you, I (like many others) would have purchased this product...and had the same trouble as you! Much appreciation for the time it took to write it.

This bra is ridiculous. It has absolutely no support. Any woman who says it supports her breasts does not need a bra in the first place! I blame myself for buying into such an outrageous advertisement claim. I returned the bras and the company has acknowleged the return, but after 7 business days, a refund has not shown up on my credit card. Ladies, do not buy this bra, please. This company needs to go out of business, but they are probably making a profit on the outrageous shipping charges.

I am so gald that I read for the posting about this product. I had to know that this was too good to be true. But I was willing to pay the cost if they were comfortable & worth the monies .

The Genie Bra Not what was advertised/hard to return

This bra offered absolutely no support. While it advertised that it worked for larger busted women, I doubt it would give an A/B cup gal enough support to wear outside the house. They give no option for return in the shipping package. So I had to search for a customer service phone number to call (BTW - It's [protected]). That took nearly 10 minutes, then I had to wait on hold for another 10 minutes. When I finally got a person on the line (somewhere in the Ukraine, I believe), it took another 10 minutes to convince them that I wanted to return the d*** bras and get my money back (less the $25 shipping and handling charge of course). So I spent a total of 30 minutes to get the "money back guarantee" promised on the infomercial. Everytime I order something from TV, I swear never again. This time I mean it.

I just got my bras after 7 weeks. They are a joke. I wish I would of read this before I bought them. I thought it was weird no return label as well. I think they make their money from the shipping/process fee. Because no smart women would wear these. Reminds me a children's training bras. Very disappointed and how dare they sell products like this, totally false advertisement.

I put in my order on March 23rd 2011. I received the shipment on May 19, 2011. I called and complaint that the Bra's did not fit or lift like they showed on the commercial. I felt like I was wearing a panty hose. I received a return shipping for the Bra's. The Operator suggested that they would be sending me a better set of Bra's to try. I called today May 27, 2011 and requested for my order to be cancelled since I cant wait for six to eight weeks for the order. The operator said my order can't be cancelled reason they have already shipped it. I told her I already bought four bra's this weekend beacuse their order took too long.

Thank you for providing your review and especially the telephone number. I was able to cancel my order via that phone number. I should have checked these reviews before buying it and will in the future. It looked good on tv, right? ha ha joke's on me. The person taking my cancellation tried very hard to have me not cancel, but I held firm and hopefully all goes well. Thank you again.

The Genie Bra HATE the bra and the Customer No Service

I placed an order for six (genie bras) after watching a very convincing commercial on television. The order was placed 3/27/11, I was told it would take between 2 and 3 weeks for them to ship bras. It actually took longer and I received my package today 5/10/11. They were sent in an envelope that should not have cost more than a couple of dollars, Shipping and Handling cost me $29.95 and $29.95 Shipping and Handling for the "free" items. They claimed these bras were supportive and would lift breast giving a nice look. THEY DID NOT. Now, I have to take the time to return them and they didn't even have a return label in the bag! I received a person that I could hardly understand! I hate that! I told her I was not keeping them and they would be returned. My complaint is that the commercial lied! These are no more than sports bras! Buyer Beware! She gave me a long distance number to call. I even have to pay for the call to return the item!

I also ordered the genie bra and didn't take the time to research customer feedback. They are a rip off. I did get my bras in a couple of weeks but they are not what is advertised on TV. I agree with previous comments they over charge for shipping. I have been given two phone numbers to call [protected] but there is no one there. I have been on hold for 45 min. on the [protected] number. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I"m extremely thankful that I took time to read reviews about the genie bra. I was just about ready to hit the "order" button, but thought it would be wise to find what others thought of the bras. The Genie Bra Scam

I ordered this product 3/21. The website said 1-2 weeks for delivery. Then It said 3-4 weeks for delivery. Then 4-6 weeks. On the 7 th week the site showed my product as shipped and included a tracking number. The tracking number takes you to a shipping site which says that there is no record of the package. They charged my account on 5/4, I am contacting my bank to have the charges reversed.

I too got sucked in to this scam . I can't believe these people can so blantly lie about their product. Is there anyway we can get out money back? I did get my order in a timely manner but am so disappointed. I spent over 80.00 for something I look like an idiot in.

I saw the ads on TV but didn't want to spend so much money and then have the hassle of returns if I didn't like them! After checking reviews of the bra, I found one lady that claimed to have bought the bras (2 for $20) at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I drove there and bought a package. The cup area is extremely comfortable. The band however is annoying. It rolls up and is very uncomfortable. The models they show on TV are "streamlined" and don't have any rolling up of the band. I was disappointed with this bra due to that one flaw. I also bought the largest size which is one size larger than my shirt size and they are still very tight around the band area. If they could fix this, they would have a bra that would be great for the "slim and the not so slim" ladies. We all come in different sizes and this bra is only for those slim lined ladies...sigh.

I had placed my order in April and I did not receive my order until mid July of this year. When placing the order, I was told that it would be 4 no longer then 6 weeks to receive my genie bras. When I called customer service I was given the date and a tracking number of when my order shipped. When I tried to use the tracking number C.S. gave me was no record found. So I called UPS to see if this number was a tracking number and I was told that it was not. So I called back C.S to in form them that I was given a tracking number that was in correct. Then they gave a different number and I was able to track my package. When I received my genie bras, I was so disappointed I tried one on and it would fit on one side of my breast but not on the other side. So then I tried a different one on and the same thing happened. I was so pissed. I called up C.S. and told them that thees bras suck and the stupid pad that was in side of the bra's was a joke. Then after all that, the C.S. lady started to ask me if I would like to keep the bra's and and they would send me new ones and I said no then she asked if I would like to keep the bra's and credit my account 10.00 dollars I said, are you kidding. Then she said this is my last offer keep the bra's and I will credit your account 25.00 by this time I was Yelling at her what part of no don't you understand. She then had to look up my account to give me a RA number so I can send them back. I asked, so are you going to pay for me to send them back. She commented, no the bucks on you. Before I hung up the phone I also through in that what you see on T.V. is just a scam because the actors make them look like Wow! I finally found a bra that would fit my 38DD size and you can wash and dry them and they bounce right back what a ###ing lie. Oh! when placing the order $59.95, they ask if you would like a second set of bra's for free just pay separate shipping and by the time I was done ordering, I did say yes to the second set all for the amount of $89.95. So buyers, be aware, nothing is for free and and do your home work before ever buying from the T.V. cause what you see is not what you get. I am still waiting for my account to be credited for the $59.95

I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and receiving the package was not the problem...here was my issue...my credit card was charged for the 60 bucks then 29 something for taxes and postage and handling then another 12 bucks for some buerocrat to suck on and when it came to the door today UPS wanted another 32.03 cheque or credit card which has now made the taxes/postage/handling/shipping and crossing the border fees more than the friggin bras..I just called UPS and told them to return to sender and then Genie Bra, on my own dime as they only have a toll free number for ordering...go figure!and I told them it was on the way back as it was refused upon delivery...jesus people tell us of all the fees involved so we can avoid all the anger/returns and negative postings and not to mention trying to get ourmoney back. Now I was told by customer service my money woul;d go back on my credit card in a couple days after they receive parcel back...let's see. I also informed her that customers should be toldf all fees up front so we could decide if we can actually afford this product..60 bucks as advertised on TV as opposed to 130 when you finally pay everything fue...buyer beware!

Double that complaint. I ordered mine on 4/21/11 and I haven't received them yet on 6/1/11. They said they were shipped on 5/31/11 and I tried the tracking number and the number came back as "not found". I am still waiting at 6 weeks!

I placed my order to Genie Bra on April 14, as of today(May 26), I have not recieved my order. They charged my account on May 19 and gave my a Fedex tracking number, fedexp has no request of the number which means they have not picked up a package from this company, this is what Fedex told me. The USPS has not recieved this tracking number either. The only answer the Customer Service can give is the date of shipping and tracking number. If you ask to for a superviser, you are told that they donot have one and they hang up on you. If you ask for your money back they tell you that they have to investage this first and that could take up to 3 to 6 monthes. I am calling Channell 11 and ask them to check this out. I also tried to make a complaint to the BBB andGenie Bra nor 2011 TRI Star Products, Inc. they are not listed. This is really bad business.

The Genie Bra Bad Customer Service

I Ordered 2 regular sets and 1 lace set on 3/30/2011 for a total price of $178. Outrageous, but if they live up to their claim as on the commercial, I figured it would be well worth it. I have not received them as of 3/5/2011 but instead received an order cancellation notice from the company without explanation or other contact from the company. Another major disappointment was when I placed my order I agreed to sign up to 3 magazine subscriptions. For these subscriptions, I would receive a $50 Wal-Mart gift for each. I received 1 of 3 of these subscriptions but the gift card was not included. To claim said gift card, I needed to sign up for other products and email advertising (Wal-Mart not being one of the options). No thank you. Due to the deceipt, lack of customer service, length of time alloted to fullfil order, and now viewing simular complaints, I will not be reordering.

my wife ordered the genie bra and when she recieved them they where to small, so called and told the people at genie bra that there product was to small. they said would exchange no problem, just had to send those recieved back, they provided return label. when 2nd set arrived still same problem, they said would send a larger size and didn't need to send that set back could donate or give away. well just got off phone because had not recieved the bras yet and i just wanted money refunded. guess what now they want the bras that they told me to give away, back before they will refund my money plus i have to pay to ship them back. what a scam, in times like these we need to somehow get this company shut down before more people fall to the scam. and all your calls go through a call center and your lucky if you speak to someone that speaks english, never mind talking to a women about the bra size and proper fit needed, my wife was very disappointed in the experience.

The Genie Bra Not what was advertised

It actually took longer and I received my package today 4/15/11. They were sent in an envelope that should not have cost more than a couple of dollars, Shipping and Handling cost me $19.95. After receiving shipment I took the merchandise out of package, tried on a bra, I realized the commercial made claims that were not true. They claimed these bras were supportive and would lift breast giving a nice look. THEY DID NOT, I am an average breast size. Now, I must take time to return to sender, they did not send a label to return I had to call, Customer Service Representative, I received a person that I could hardly understand because of her broken English, always very frustrating to me. She offered to credit my card with $10.00 if I kept the bras and not returned them, obviously they have had other problems if she could make that offer so quickly. I told her I was not keeping them and they would be returned. My complaint is that the commercial lied, this cost me much more money than it should have cost. Buyer Beware!

I ordered the Genie Bras in July of 2011-I received the first order--the fit was terrible-they insisted I tried another style so I did that---worst fit ever! Returned the bras and never heard from them to credit my account. When I called I was informed that it was a tech issue, but I would only be refunded the bra amount. To summarize it cost me 25.98 plus the return fee of nearly 10.00 dollars. So just to try the bras I was out approximately $36.00--definitely not a good experience. Please tell everyone to pass on this farce.

I called this company (3) times with no results: I ordered 3 bras as advertised on tv. They advertised that I would receive (3) additional bras for $59.99 plus shipping charges -$12.99-Making the total of $72.98. After waiting a long time for the bras-they sent me (3)-no paperwork was included so I could send them back. Also i did not get the other (3) free ones as advertised. When I called them-she said I would have to send them add'l shipping to receive the free (3) bras. She would not let me talk to a supervisor either. A real Rip-off company!

I placed my order one month ago, I called last week to check on delivery, was told it would be delivered yesterday, it was not delivered. I called today, was told it was taken off expedition for shipping, and they did not know when I would receive it. On their recording when you call it says check their web site for tracking information, there isn't any place on that site where you can check on the tracking..I also asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were all busy and no one could speak with me. I cancelled my order and I warn you not to buy from a company like this, especially when they can't get their product out in a faster matter.

Purchased double order (12 bras) for $59.97 (2) = $119.94 + $25.98 (2) = $51.96 for shipping and handling of two orders which all came in the same package today! The bras did not meet any of the advertised benefits - did not lift, support or stay put! I was so very disappointed. I called the customer service and after a long wait, was connected and the connection was terrible - he kept saying we have a bad connection and I said I could hear him fine and that I wanted the return code. I did get it (took over 20 minutes) and I was instructed to get a tracking number when I sent them back. I took them in their original package with the return label provided by Geni Bra/Tristar Products, and mailed them back and got a tracking number it cost me $9.80! The money is being made on the shipping and handling apparently the company does not care about the product being sub-standard to say the least! I now need to follow up to make sure that I get a refund for the $119.94. False Advertising and poor customer service is not a way to retain a business and my formal complaint is my way to express my feelings about this business practice.

I watched the advertisement for the Genie Bra and decided to give it a try since I was looking for a new type of bra that would actually fit. According to the advertisement, the bras are comfortable, fit better than any standard bra and will not roll-up. When I placed my order the respresentative didn't mention that there was two types of bras, one that is see through, no support and another that had pads to make the bra more substantial.

It took a while to get the order in. The representative wanted to sell me one thing after another, special deals and I just kept saying no, just the bras.

My bra came in the mail today and I have had it on for 30 minutes. The band rolls up. The arm bands cuts into me along the arm holes. The bra is see through, no support and the band is cutting into me under my breast along the ribs. I have unrolled the band several times already. The bra feels more like a binder and is very uncomfortable.

When I placed my order I asked about the return policy should I not like the look or fit. The representative assured me all I have to do is request a return code and there would be no problem, I do not remember her saying I would have to pay for postage. The email I received does mention paying postage. However, I visited the web-site jus prior to writing this because I wanted to address my concerns with thier customer service, but there is no link to the customer service, I have to call them to complain. The thing is I went to the web-site and relistened to the advertisement and there is no mention that the bra is see through or that you have to request one with pads. The demonstration both on the web and TV ad suggests the bras are substantial. There is nothing to suggest to the customer to purchase a bra with extra padding so they won't be see through. The bras just don't live up to the claims that Genie bra makes. This thing is really uncomfortable like a rubber band.

It might cost me postage but, tomorrow I am calling and returning these binders. I will let you know how I am received after I make my call. I hope the interaction is positive. Just tired of being lied to.

These bras do not lift or support, plus they were padded, which there was nothing in the description about that. The bra rolled on shoulders, sides and beneath the breast. NO support to lift...my biggest complaint.

To return these items, was a task, in itself, first of all to speak to the representative then to get him to stop selling me more items. It was a most awful experience dealing with this business, and I would not recommend them at all.

The Genie Bra is nothing like what is shown on the infomercial. It took over 7 weeks to be delivered. I purchased 6 bras. Total weight of the package delivered was less than 12 oz. The delivery charge was $25.98. The bra has no support. It is as thin as the fabric in panty hose. Do not waste your money. Someone should stop the Genie Bra people from spreading lies.

I ordered 3Genie bras, prior to Christmas, by the size suggested by chart.Having to return the AA bras for being to small, I decided to go up in size to 3X.I am in a 44D.Had to return them for being too small.3weeks later I received the 4X and am so. angry these dont fit either. They measure 11 inches across band and stretched to barely 17. inches.You would have to wear a 34 to fit. Yes they are imported from China. as were the AA Bras.It makes me angry that China fills our stores with low quality products and put Americans out of work, due to greed of Companies willing to import inferior goods.As Americans lets show we are not going to stand idly by while other countries profit, laugh. and call us lazy.Stand up buy American products as much as possible and keep American jobs here !
