ICICI Bank mutual funds

my ICICI PRU Life Stage Pension policy, policy number [protected]. I was misled by the local NRI service agent Harshad Rana when making the investment. Mr. Rana sold the investment as a mutual fund but did not mention additional premiums needed to be made. I made Investment to earn return and preserve principal. I was not told this was a life insurance policy when investment was sold to me. ICICI Bardoli, Gujarat is defrauding the investors with false marketing and ICICI needs to investigate the Bardoli branch. I will also file a complaint for false marketing and misleading investors with with the CEO of ICICI bank, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA -- IRDA regulates insurance in India) and the Reserve Bank of India. My original investment of 450, 000 rupees plus interest needs to be returned to me.

I was told the similar story . I need to invest in mutual fund and not told to make subsequent payment. I invested 1 lac in 2010 and my wife who is in Indian they say it is worth Rs.19, 000. They said you did not make payment up to three years.. The ajent never mentioned something like that. This is really cheating going on. Now they wants another 3 lacs to keep the policy ( I don't know how you can called Mutul fund a policy) active.

My case is similar. I visited ICICI bank's Nehru Place branch on Nov. 30, 2012 while a short visit to India from USA to close my son's account. While the bank lady officer working on closing my son's account approached me and said that she had a better plan in place of Bank Fixed deposits (after peeking through all mu FDs with the bank). She said that it was a mutual fund sort of investment and it is one time deposit which will provide a better return. I questioned about loosing the interest on my Fixed Deposit after breaking it pre-mature. She said there won't be any loss of interest. She took some signatures from me on some forms while I was running against the time. After coming back to USA, I checked my bank account and did not see any new investment. I did not get any bank documents from bank at my registered address. I called the ICICI customer service and there I came to know that the money was deposited as a premium on a ICICI Prudential Life Policy No. [protected]. In about 4-5 days, I got the policiy on Jan. 24, 2013. I was surprised to see a life policy with annual premium (I don't need a policy in India while living in US). I contacted the customer service. I started my run against the time again as I was told that I had only 15 days from the date I receive the policy to get it cancelled by visiting a branch office (no branch office in USA). I was also told that if it was got cancelled, I would loose some significant money as cancellation charges. I am still running against the time to complete all the paper work.

I am highly upset with this falsification, fabrication and hiding the fact and selling an unwanted product.
I requested ICICI bank my full refund of the first premium and cancel the policy. However, I haven't heard from the bank yet.

I will also file a complaint for false marketing and misleading investors with with the CEO of ICICI bank, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA -- IRDA regulates insurance in India) and the Reserve Bank of India.

ICICI Bank bad customer service/ broken website

ICICI's money2India website is not working properly. I have sent emails to them again and again. They give the same standard response and have not taken any action. Every time I log in with legitimate user ID and password, it asks me to change password and after that when I log in with the new password, it says "password incorrect". They are also asking me to delete all cookies and temporary files and then wait 10 minutes for changes to occur! Where do you want 10 minutes for this change? There is something wrong with this website and this bank is hiding it.

Before this problem, whenever I logged in, it asked me to update personal profile details and then it would log me out asking me to login again. Then when I logged in, I would get the same thing - update personal profile!

ICICI Bank complaint against icici bank credit card executive mr. anand-rohini sector-8, sd tower

Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Kumar, was having a credit card of ICICI Bank. I was making the payment to the said bank credit card on the time. Last few days before i have received a call from ICICI Bank Credit Card department Tele Phone no. 011-[protected], 10, 11 and 12. There is Executive Mr. Anand who was calling me and i have assured that i am arranging the funds for making the payment. Last week, his behaviour was not good and he has given me abused a lots of time. I asked him that your bank has allowed for abusing the customer, he told me yes.

This is the main reason why the the customer dont make the payment to them because the bank executives dont behave the good to their customer and mostly abused them.

I want to take a action against the action to Mr. Anand Executive Mr.Anand-Rohini Sector-8, SD Tower. and I want that you should take a necessary action like this person so the customer can make the payment on time to bank.

ICICI Bank icici prulife : group annuity policy no. 8495 – fraudalent denial for payout

My father BS Arora got retired in 2005 and got his gratuity amount from the company. He added some extra money from his pocket and invested Rs 13.30 lac in a pension policy from ICICI prudential. He also included my mother Balvinder Kaur Arora’s name in the policy as ‘Joint Life’ holder so that she could continue getting the pension after him till the time she was alive. My father used to get a quarterly payout of Rs 28800/- odd from ICICI prudential.
Unfortunately he passed away 2 months back due to ill health. To my surprise, ICICI have stopped the payouts towards my mother. I have been speaking to them since one month now and they are denying paying it. I sent them a copy of the annuity certificate which very clearly states my mother to be the “Joint life” holder of the policy but they’re not replying anything on that. I asked them for copy of the policy which my father had signed but they have not shared it till now. They have not replied to any of my mails in the last one month nor are they giving anything in writing. Every time I call them up they refuse to pay up and say that the policy is expired now.
My father was 61 years old when he got this policy. He was a highly educated and qualified man and was not dumb enough to invest Rs 13.30 lac in a policy with a meager quarterly pension of Rs 28800/-. At this rate he would have not even recovered the principal investment by the age of 72 years, forget about the interest receivable. And that is exactly why he had added extra money from his pocket into the gratuity amount to ensure that his wife continues getting the pension payout.
I have written to the grievance cell of ICICI prudential today but do not expect them to do much. I have seen the number of consumer complaints and court cases against them and they come across as a very unethical organization.
I have also written to my advocate today and will shortly initiate legal proceedings against them. I am just awaiting a reply from their grievance cell.
Can anyone guide me how to take this up with IRDA? I am not going to let ICICI get away with this one. Pl contact me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in or [protected] for any advice. Thanks

Sub : Cheating/Fraud committed by ICICI Prudential Staff.

Dear sir,

Kindly refer my last e-mail dtd.26.03.2011 regarding Cheating/fraud committed by ICICI Prudential officials. In this connection, I would like to bring out some more facts which now I realize that the same are vital for enquiry/investigation which are given as under :,
01. During process Mr Rahul Bajaj (Mob : [protected]), Sr Officer of ICICI Prudential, New Delhi instructed me to do all the formalities as required by Mr Kishore Kumar Srivastava-Mob-[protected]) –Sr Finance Service Manager of ICICI Pru, Allahabad and about this switch over formalities not to disclose to any other staff of ICICI Pru. Shri Kishore also gave me his visiting card of ICICI Pru life which is available with me.

02. Since I was busy in construction of my house far away from my current residence and Shri Kishore Kr Srivastava told me that you need not to bring your nominee (Mrs. Kanti Devi-wife) and obtain her signature on a blank paper and my wife did not sign any form other than this. Shri Kishore came with several formats at the construction site and obtained several signatures in hurry and also took a Cheque of Union Bank of India, Shaktinagar for Rs.15000/- in the name of ICICI Pru life Insurance. Now I am surprised to receive the new Policy No.[protected] dtd.16.2.11 of ICICI Pru Guaranteed Saving Insurance Plan in the name of my wife-Mrs Kanti.

In view of the above facts, I request you to continue my Old policy No.[protected] as I apprehend that the above dubious fellows may switch over my policy to other. I am sending the amount of Rs.10000/- towards installment due for the year 2010-11 shortly. The amount of Rs.15000/- given to Shri Kishore Kr Srivastava through cheque of UBI, against which it seems he has issued me a new policy in the name of my wife-Mrs. Kanti without my knowledge may immediately be refunded to me along with interest.

I have also registered my e-mail against my old policy No.[protected]. However, please take my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com in to cognizance and register the same.

I have been subjected to non-receipt of customer service by an Advisor at Amboli Branch Mr. Geetesh Indulkar, later emailed your office who acted and responded after 23 days (long time).Subsequently grievance escalated to Sweta Srivastava..again she did not have the guts to write and called instead.Her email that was received "claimed" the resolution but she cleverly avoided addressing questions raised to her.Finally, mailed the Grievance cell, Ms. Srividya Naik contacted but even her response was akin to Ms. Sweta's response.Lastly, i have used the online option and contacted Senior Managers but even they are not responding !Should i approach the Consumer Court as i have enough evidence and emails.It is pertinent to note that until today the Senior Manager of Mr. Indulkar has not come in the picture.Such is their dedication towards their company and clients who give business and revenues.

ICICI Bank faking customer by fake offer

ICICI Money2INDIA has an offer going on where you transfer more than some amount of dollars to INDIA then you will get Calling card to INDIA for 10 days.
I transferred (1100 Dollars) more than required amount, i dint get any card after some days, then i called their customer care number [protected], they asked me to write the mail regarding this to the email id [protected]@icicibank.com. I mailed at the same address, i got the following response from them :-

Dear Mr. Madan,

Greetings from ICICI Bank.

Thank you for providing details.

You will get e-mailers with a link to redeem the Calling Card with in 15 working days from the date when the funds has credited to the beneficiary account.

Your funds against tracking ID M2A06866902 has been successfully sent to beneficiary bank account on March 04, 2011. Hence, we request you to wait for 15 working days from the mentioned date.

In case you do not receive any mailer from our end within the stipulated time period, we request you to write to us at [protected]@icicibank.com.

As said in the mail that i will get card within 15 days, that means around19 march but today is 25th march and still i dint get any card. I sent them reminder on this mail on 20 march, 22 march and final reminder mail with warning that i will post complaint if not responded on 23 rd march, but still i dint get any response.

They are making people fool and trying to increase their business by false means, i am transferring funds through other sites also but as they was giving the offer i transferred using ICICI m2 india site, but that offer was not provided. i transferred the money 2 times 1100 dollars

So i will suggest not to transfer the funds by ICICI Money2INDIA as they are using false means

ICICI Bank outstanding closed, still being charged!!!

Outstanding amount was converted to EMI option.
Subsequently upon confirming with Customer care that outstanding if closed would cancel the EMI option, closed outstanding with a single cheque in Oct 2010.
They have been going on charging EMI even after that and are trying to collect the full amount again through EMI saying that I did not inform for EMI closure. Even last month I've clarified from customer care that EMI would not be charged again; however they are now asking me to pay up or else . . .

ICICI Bank illegal seizing of my car

Please help me I am in deep trouble
I purchased a new swift zxi car and got it financed from icici bank.
Total loan amount: 4, 44000
Total emis paid 12 of 10250.
Icici has seized the car and telling me to pay 5 lacks more to get the car back.

I am very frustrated because of the behavior of your agency guys... I am not a murderer or I have not even slapped any one in my life… and your recovery guys slapped me just because I refused to hand over the keys to your and they snatched my cell phone so that I cannot call anyone as advised by his manager or the person working in your bommanahalli branch… is this legal... And I committed a biggest mistake of my life that I took loan from icici bank... Which I regret for my whole life time for the slap’s they gave me. I am so much frustrated that is it a mistake that one should slap me just because I have not made payments.
I will do what I know the best I am opening a web site called cheated by icici bank.com.
Long story short... I have been dealing with banks and they always give me a option to make interest only payments when you are not able to make full payments...* this is also a directive of indian loan and lending law and a rbi directive *
I missed my payments and I made a cheque payment. The cheque cleared my bank and this was not reflecting in my loan repayment statement then I made next payment thru the same citi bank account and even this payment as extracted from my bank and was not reflecting in my bank statement. I raised service request to find out what happened. I have given the requested documents 20 times to each collection agent who used to come to collect the payment. I have spoken to all the managers in icici bank bommanahalli branch.. On 4 th of this month I received a call from one of the managers to close the loan of at 3, 20, 000.. Deducting the interest rate and the two payment inclusive of every charges.. For with I agreed and said that I will make the payment by the 25th of this month.. Evry thing was fine until one day icici bank hired gooons came and slapped me in the middle of the road in front of my aunty and uncle and their daughter and took the car by force …. I was devastated and heartbroken I don’t know what I should do.. I might be wrong in first part when I had missed my payments and after that still I made 2 payments and when those payments were not reflecting. I have tried all the efforts to resolve this issue. I have visited the branch 30 times and spoken to call center multiple times.. And then I got frustrated and stopped following it up.. And every month new collection guys is to come to collect the payment and hand over the documents to him and the same story continues until one day you seize my car without any notice or a letter.. People wanted me to sign some document by force for which I refused.. Because they were not showing me what document it was and also for which I got slapped again.

I have lost my self respect if I [censored] only icici bank and the agency guys will be responsible and I am sending this email to all the media avail able ndtv, times now, aaj tak, etv and tv9.. Iam going to press club of india in cubbon park and wil distribute the printed copies of this email….. On wednesday 9 am … I do have all the copies of my loan statement and every the telephonic conversations’. Happened...

ICICI Bank is the worst Bank its cheating its customers. Harasses the consumers and also sends goons to even threaten, beat them black and blue. they slapped me for not handing over the car keys i have decided to open a website Cheated by ICICI bank.com this will be up shortly .. my plan is to provide help support my Indian brothers and sisters that they should never go through what i went thru .. and NO CHARGES ... and if the goons are troubling you you just have to give us a call and our service partol people will come and stop the nu sense and take police help to solve the problem legally . no penny will be charg

I had a car loan from ICICI bank, my account number was LAMUM00002633364,

Let me explain the story from Nov 2004,
1. The loan amount was 441, 000 started on Nov 2004
2. I paid religiously till Jan 2006, then i lost my job & so i had send a letter to ICICI BANK dated 16th Jan 2006, asking them to dispose the CAR & recover the balance amount which was 335, 342 Rs as on 16th Jan. Despite several calls to call center for immediate action, i received very cold response.
3. I personally took the car & handed over to your recovery department in Andheri, on 4th Feb 2006, I interacted with Mr. Irfan Ansari, he told me that current rate i can get around 350, 000 to 375, 000 after sale. So i told him to immediately dispose off.
4. I get a letter from ICICI bank on 8th March, saying that my outstanding value is 365, 949 Rs & the car has been sold at 348, 000 Rs so i should pay balance 17, 949 Rs. Where as if you see the loan amortization schedule on Dec 2005 my outstanding was 342, 064 Rs. I am attaching the copy of the same. As per this actually ICICI should have paid me 5, 936 Rs after adjusting the amount.
5. I had send a letter on Sept 1st mentioning the above status & asking for a closure certificate, but i didnt get any response, so i thought now the case is settled, i also didnt bother to get my due amount.
6. After 4 years i get a court summons to attend the hearing, which i didnt receive as my door was locked.
7. Then i get a court notice with non bailable warrant to attend the hearing,

Is this the way you treat a genuine consumer, who had all the intentions to pay off your dues.

I want immediate action on this issue, as i have never ever defaulted in any of my dealings.

Hi All
I am in a process of getting a car loan form ICICI bank, and let me tell you, it looks like you guys are trying your best to leave an unsatisfied potential customer.

When I visited the showroom on 1st Jan 2011, my options for finance were, SBI & Citibank, as I own a credit card and a savings account from Citibank . But your agent at the showroom started pushing me towards ICICI bank, saying that they will get me 95% loan on the Ex-showroom price.

I don’t want to pay anything more than 85-90 thousand as my down payment.

SBI is giving me 85% to 90% on on-road price

Where as,

Citibank is giving me 90% on on-road price, within 48 hours and for me in 30 mins of processing time as I am already an customer of their holding 2 of their services.(Savings account & credit card)(Confirmed by calling the phone banking service of theirs)

I have never even missed to pay my phone bills or credit card bills nor do I have any current loan on me.

But despite this, listening to your agent I thought of giving you guys a chance.

I gave all my documents asked by your agent,
After 3 days another guys calls me saying that I have been working in my organization for just 4 months when the reality is 9 months and total experience of 3 years, I had salary slips for all 9 months, which were also been seen by your agent at the time in filing in the application forum.
You guys create your own mess and blame me of giving you wrong data,

Then a second agent visits my home and takes copies of my Appointment letter and experience letter right since 2007, and also addition, my another bank (Pimpri – Chichwad sahakari bank ) passbook which has RS 2, 50, 000 as my balance on it .

After 2 days again what I hear is that bank has just passed me 80% of ex-showroom price which is the worst deal I can ever hear. Reason, I have not maintained balance in my savings account.
Seriously? Isn’t 2.5 lacks of balance enough for you guys?

I feel like I have fallen in a trap to be a forced customer of yours, Simultaneously been cheated!
Now you guys have all my documents originals and copies.

Either you guys get me 95% of loan as promised by your guys or else, Please return all my document at the earliest I have already wasted my 15 days . And don’t wish to waste more time with your non-reputed bank.

If I face more problems from any of your company employees, then I am sure to launch a complaint with reference to my experience with ICICI at http://ccccore.co.in/ (Ministry of consumer affairs, Govt of India)
And also recommend my colleges at Microsoft India & Convergys India to refrain from using ICICI Bank services on our internal corporate blogs

This tells me that you guys are really not interested in getting your customer’s concerns or complains, and also your organization does not have a will to improve

That’s what’s making me write a complain to Ministry of consumer affairs, Govt of India

So in order to make it up to me you guys have 2 options :
1) Get me the 95% loan as promised by your agent
2) Get my documents back and rebate me for the inconvenience, caused by delaying the delivery of my car, and wasting my half month.

ICICI Bank not received original documents

I Mr. Pradeep Sule, opted for Loan in ICICI HOME LOAN Department year 2000, haved cleared my Loan with a full and final payment on 09.02.2011. At closing i was told to collect the documents after a months time then i visited after a span of 1 month and i was being refused to give the original documents and was ask to come after 2 days, waiting for long period in the office was given a letter saying (we will revert back to you after a weeks time), after one week i visited again but the arrogant Branch Manager denied to give any acknowldgement and even any thing in writting about the prograss of my documents. I do have a proof of submission of my original documents with me. If the bank won't return my original documents within 3 days i will sue you to the court with the compensation of amount same as my flat. (Loan A/c No. LHMUM00000351894)

ICICI Bank fradulent on line transaction

I have received an SMS this morning 5.56 am stating that a trasnaction of INR 1000.00 on 26.Feb 11 on my card xxxx7007 has been made at DUMMY ME ONLINE. As I remained at home yesterday and not use the card on the online purchase, I wonder how this transaction took place and what was the cause for it.

I am using ICICI Credit Card. Today morning i got SMS stating that " Taxn of INR Rs.1000 using ICICI Credit Card 4xxx6007 is made at DUMMY ME BT ONL on 31-DC-13". I have nt done this transaction and am holding card with me, i havent given it to any one.

Please solve the issue.

ICICI Bank missing money

ICICI is the least trustworthy bank I have encountered in all my experience with banks. This is regarding a transaction for $3000 initiated on Jan-12. Here is the chronology of the transaction:

Jan 12: Transaction initiated

Jan 19: Money debited form my account

Feb 1: I call in and raise a service request and am supposed to hear back before 48 hours.

Feb 3: No response from ICICI team, so I call back.

The service representative tells me that a response has been sent (I have not received anything), and that I might not have received it because something might be wrong with gmail.com. Seriously? What a complete ### - I explain to him I have received more than 50 emails over the last 2 days, and this is the ONLY email that I have not received - Why? After that, I explain my problem. "Money has been debited from my account, but not been dispatched - why?" He says, draft has been dispatched and received. When I ask for the name of the person who signed for it, he gives me the name of someone I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. The beneficiary of the DD and the DD recipient are the same. How the heck can ICICI allow someone else to sign for it? I then say that the status on the website says something else (money received). A previous transaction I had executed successfully (where the money actually reached) showed a status of "Draft Dispatched" and gave me details of the courier, DD number etc. But this does not have anything - why? This is what the customer rep says - "the website has changed now sir". I can't believe that ICICI is this lax and irresponsible with such important transactions. So I raise a complaint request (again), verify that it has been raised with the representative and then hang up.

Feb 3 (10 mins later): I realize that ICICI can't be trusted, and call back to get the SR for this request.

When I ask the customer rep for my new service request, she said that I have not raised any! According to her, the last time I have called is on Feb-1, two days ago! This is absolutely unacceptable. It is one thing if ICICI makes a mistake on the transaction. But it is completely something else to blatantly lie to the customer. So either this rep, or the one that I spoke to before, lied to my face. This time I raised another SR (SR165917141) and hung up. This is the last time I will use this process. Next time I will pursue "other options"

ICICI representative, if you are monitoring this website, read this: For providing deficient service, you have CIVIL liability to me to fix the issue. But when an employee of your company willfuly lies and misrepresents facts, I can press CRIMINAL (tort) charges against you. And mark my words - I have succesfully won against your company previously in the courts, and I am very well prepared to do it again. Give me my money back.

Other readers: Do not trust ICICI with your money. Other banks (HDFC, ING Vysya, etc.) are far more reliable. Even if something does go wrong, they fix it, instead of trying to dodge the issue. ICICI is worthless. And unless they do something drastic to change my opinion, it will stay that way.

Update: After two strongly worded emails to their customer service manager, they finally fixed this issue. But no apology or explanation provided - still disappointed with ICICI's level of service.

ICICI Bank cheating by icici mutual fund agent

ICICI has been in the cheating business for years. 2 years back, I invested One lakh in mutual fund, but it turned out to be a life insurance policy that I bought, which I never have even dreamed about as I don't need another, I am a U. S. citizen. Now I hear that it has happened to many. The agent moved to HDFC, she is not with ICICI anymore. She made her share with my money and jumped to another to repeat her tricks. And finally what they have done is even worse, they have sent me a check, but not even 1/4 th of my lakh after repeatedly asking for 3 payments of 60000 again. And that also mailed to my local Indian address where I never stayed more than two weeks after the meeting with this agent. I had given my U.S address specifically as the mailing address. But they purposely, ignored that. So they foreclosed the account now. I had started writing to them, calling them from the time I got the redirected letter from my relatives. If anybody can join me in giving a class action suite against this kind of irresponsible action, absolute robbery by the so called reputed company, please e mail at this address - [protected]@hotmail.com

It's not ICICI Prudential But Insurance Agent who cheated you. Now he moved to HDFC and if he does same here probably you will say HDFC is cheater. But what if he migrates to US and joins’s your company?
Some time people get confused by name of companies
1. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd
2. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.
What insurance Co. had paid you was as per contract conditions. But you have a silver line, insurance contracts are different from normal contract. They are based on PRINCIPAL OF UTMOST GOOD FAITH, So if fact are not properly disclosed at the time of Proposal you can always ask Insurance Co. to return consideration(Premium) of the contract and if they can’t resolve your problem within a month you can appeal to Insurance Ombudsman.

ICICI Bank misbehavioir

Dear Sir,
My PL A/c no is LPDEL [protected] & EMI is Rs 12675/= PM . now I Have some financilly problems so my three EMIs bounced, so some persons are contact me for recover this EMIs i m saying that persons i will pay EMIs in JAN 2011 any how, than that persons perrsureize me for settlement this loan . but im not ready this bcoz financally problem, today they are come house and abusing with my wife & kids in my absence. after that they was call me from +91 [protected] and abuseing /threatning me for my life.
So pl take nessecasry disciplinary action against that persons & agency.

ICICI Bank recurring transfers don't show up

Money2India has worked flawlessly for me for years. I had multiple recurring transfers set up to pay up housing loans in India on a monthly basis. Now they have suddenly decided to change their web user interface . There are multiple constraints - they insist that you use IE 7.x only. It does work whatever the web browser as long as you don't get locked out (with a message saying you a already logged in - when you need to restart and wait for 15-30mins). But the part that's broken for me is out of 11 odd screens/pages of recurring transfers I can only see and modify every 3rd of them. I'm now stuck with being unable to stop money going out of my accounts because those curing transfers are not visible for modification. This sucks big time - I'm extremely upset with this egregious error not being detected and fixed yet. I have called their toll free number and the reps are just clueless on the technical front and all they ask is I submit a screenshot and mail them. This to me is ridiculous - my screen does not throw any error (inability to click on page 3 of recurring transfers is hard to capture). Bottomline: I'm thoroughly disappointed and stuck with trying to manage cash going out of the country and having no way to stop it. Seems likeICICI is making money off of money2india and is not committed to putting up a reliable front-end.

ICICI Bank missselling

POLICY NO.: [protected]
As per your telephone call informing me that I will get ONLY the sum of 9 lakhs paid for this policy and no further damages incurred on this account.

I had a discussion here in my office with your Mr Arindam Bhhaumik and Pritam Choudhury who had come to discuss this issue withme after your initial mails in reply to my mail and our telephonic conversations.

I wish to write that I need to get adequately copmpensated for all the losses incurred by me as the sum was lying with you for almost one whole year .

Had the initial promises given at the time of getting the policies the value today would have been much more as the fund value would have been much higher .

The fund's NAV was Rs.12.69 (31.12.2009) and now it is Rs.14.68. (almost 16% higher)
More than 10.5% I am expecting as compensation.
As it is I have incurred monetory losses beside mental tension due to all flase promises madfe by your executives named in my initial correspondences.

I must get the sum of 9 lakhs paid as premium and Interest @ 10.5% for the period the fund with blocked at your end.

Please note I have already handed over the Papers and Original Policy Document to Mr Pritam Choudhury for onward submission for cancellation etc. and refund.

I also wish to write that I will also like to have same treatment for the other policy [protected] favouring ANUNAYA KHAITAN as well.I do not wish to continue this policy as well.

You should also arrange to refund the basic sum ( 6 lakhs)with accrued interest for this policy as well.

Please note I will immidiately hand over the original policy of Mr ANUNAYA KHAITAN as well to your designated representative on hearing from you.

PLease do not delay this any further and arrange for expeditious refunds to me under advise to me for both these policies.

I do not want to continue with ICICIPRU on these policies due to the mistrust and misleading selling activity on part of your executives.I have been duped by ICICIPRU on these policies.

All INSURANCE POLICIES are based on TRUST and I have lost the TRUST in ICICIPRU.

For the other policies which the family has with you, God help me.

Hope to hear soon positively for my next action.

ICICI Bank non redemption.

My daughter NIMISHA TRIPATHI invested in ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund scheme 'ICICI Prudential Emerging Star-Growth Folio No.1684377/84 and applied for its redemption on 27/12/2010, submitting all requisite papers- Redemption slip duly signed and opted for redemption through cheque, Signature attested by bank, and copy of canceled cheque of Punjab National Bank where my daughter has an a/c.
The AMC has not redeemed the amount neitherby cheque as desired by me nor they have sent it to my bank PNB, sector 22/D, Chandigarh, instead they have informed me on inquiry that the amount was sent to ICICI Bank ltd.
Their representative over phone told that a new application be submitted as they have already paid but the NAV will remain the same as it was on that day i.e, 27/12/2010
Thus deference of the NAV if any and the interest on the amount redeemed will have to be born by investor.
Thus my daughter is to face the difficulties and losses in getting a redemption for no fault of her, this is very unfortunate and the high handed MF is in undue gain keeping her money with them and using it on the market.

ICICI Bank poor customer service

Dear Sir,
My ICICI Bank Online login got disabled and website said to contact customer service. After lot of difficulties with ICICI IVR system, i finally got to speak to a phone banking officer and he raised a service request [protected] to resolve this problem. The representative also said that the account will be enabled after an hour. I tried after 8 hours and it was still disabled. and i have been trying to contact customer support again past 5 hours. but Again ICICI IVR has some problems, it lets me in, gets my details, provides automated information, but never connects to the phone banking officer. I am kinda stuck here with no options, my account is disabled and i do not know the status, and i do not know how to contact ICICI, Currently iam out of India and can not visit a ICICI branch sooner. All i want to know is the status of the SR #[protected] .

ICICI Bank demand notice after settlement

Card no. [protected] in the name of t. Mohanan madhan closed in full vide letter dated 18.12.2006. Payment receipt nos. 1869506 dt.18.12.2006 by cash for rs.10, 000/-, receipt no. 1979179 dt.16.02.2007 by ch. No.436369 for rs.21, 000/- already encashed and receipt no.1979180 dt.16.02.2007 by ch. No.436370 for rs.21, 000/- in full and final settlement. Collecting agency name dct for 10, 000 and ibu for 21, 000 each.
Even now the account is still outstanding. Inspite of my best efforts no results. I am 62 years old put into lot of strain mentally.

icici money2india, ID: M2N12510496 on 05-10-2011, my transaction got rejected because i send it to incorrect account number, and the main point is they dont even about these that my transaction got rejected, i have been calling everyday and m telling them to resend it to the correct account number, every day the representative will tell me to right an email. 10 days passed already, i did't get my money yet. every customer representative(CR) will say write an email they will respond back to you in 24 hrs, i guarantee they take atleast 48 hrs to reply...even the CR they dont have all the details, they cannot help you at all...it really sucks, Do you know what is the fastest way to get my money back?
