Service
I was contacted by one of your consultants and informed that I have a life protector insurance. I am trying to contact a consultant to sort this out as it is not under my name but under the name of the person who has taken out the insurance in the event of my death.
It is impossible to get hold of anyone either telephonically or via WhatsApp.
Your service is shocking!
And now I am told that this complaint will most likely be ignored!
Desired outcome: I want to speak to someone!!!!
Policy cancelled
I had 100,000 life insurance policy and I borrowed money on my policy my payments were being paid by premium waiver when I became disabled they said I had to pay interest on loan and I did not have the money they said it would be took out of my life insurance payout if I died but then they cancel it they knew that I never missed a payment and then premium waiver was paying when I got disabled so why cancel my policy rip off
Desired outcome: Reinstate my policy
Living will package
See below my correspondence with brian colarusso
Hi Brian,
It is almost 3 weeks since we zoomed and still I have not received our free will packages nor a response to my e-mails. This is very unprofessional from you I really did not expect that. Do only the people who purchase insurance from you actually get the free will kits? We spend the time lisening to your sales pitch and than after no interest from our side in your pitch that was it. Very disappointing. Too bad we cannot report your action to your employer or the better business bureau.
Well I just checked an earlier mail and have sent my complaint now also to American Income Life Insurance and
Silvia and Bernd Becker

I want information about used polices
My youngest brother died recently and a sister-in-law handled things. I guess because her husband wanted her to. Anyway she said that my youngest brother didn't have enough insurance until she and her husband (another brother) took out a policy on him. She said he only had two old policys that amounted to either 2 or 3 thousand dollars and the one she took out for him was 5000,00. Here's the problem. The youngest brother was disabled and lived with my mother until she died in 2006. She talked to me about insurance and about bringing their policies up to 6000 for each of them. When Mother died she had the extra insurance but when my brother died he didn't have it. I haven't been able to get any information on this matter. I don't have the policy numbers. If there was money to pay expenses for my mother there should be money to pay for my brother.
Desired outcome: I want proof of the extra insurance and why there wasn't any for my brother. I want to know what happened to the ones my mother bought.
Refund not received
On the 29th november emailed you application for refund amounting tor 514.00 which was the result of you deducting four premiums in october and november instead of two.You requested me to send you my october and november payslips as a proof and i did that, to my surprise only one premium was refunded which is r257.I've been calling since monday with no clear response as to when will it be paid.I even consider cancelling my policy because it appears that this overdeduction has also been done for december and that means the problem is recurring and for me this is bad customer care. I need immediate payment of my money
Desired outcome: Premium refund of R257
Harassment From Agents
I have been harassed from agents with Liberty National Life Insurance since December 18 2020, over policies stay say are listed in there system as lasped. These policies they are referring to have actually been cancelled and surrenders funds returned to me. It took almost 2 months for Liberty National Life Insurance to cancel policies, which was supposed to be cancelled in October 2020. Since then theses agents have been calling and even texting me about lapsed funds due. Those funds even on January 1 2021 totaled $14.00 which could have been taken from the surrender funds, if they was so hard up to get money, I wanted have been the wiser because I never received my correct policy. It was a crazy 3 years with Liberty National Life because they never had my information right, but they finally got it right and I'm getting the worst agents. Besides my agent going MIA, the one today topped the cake with, "since you used to work in insurance you should know what lapsed accounts are". What? So as a policyholder I am suppose to go into there system and process my own cancellation because clearly the CSR that handled my case didn't. Truth is if I could have I would have. My problems started because they knew I was cancelling my policies and they are mad that they are losing a big $14.40 a month. Yes, I filed complaints with the Insurance Commissioner and with the parent company Globe Life, but nothing stops these disrespectful very unprofessional agents from calling me. Why are starting to send text on a business matter and I have spoken to them before in my life.
Desired outcome: Stop Calling me
Life insurance policy issue
Life Insurance policy #2
10/28/20
My father has pass away, I as his daughter Tabatha Martin has an life insurance policy. My father has misspelled my first name Tabolt T. Martin since 1975 and the policy has been paid out to 1985. Office had me to do 10 name change form, kept giving me the run around. I have talk to 4 different agent.
They want me to do name correction, surrender. They never ask me for my birth paper, all the wanted is my driver Lic. It took 5 month to get some answer. Now they send me a surrender check, but never correct my name. Now they tell me. The company can't correct it. They have misrepresent all information to of what all I need to do to fill out form. Name change form to correct the issue. Now they have continue to lie of what was promise to me by the company once they ok my name was change. I need update or not I will take this to court.
scam, rip, offs unethical behaviour
Was told on the day ther rep. came to my office that nothing would go in effect till I called and set up information. Have never had insurance through a company I worked for before. So unaware of the procedures they go through. Very displeased and disappointed in the way the rep. handled our appointment. Now im being told I have to pay 6 months of ins. i dont need. Didnt even set up my policy the way I wanted to do either. So im getting scamed out of money for something I didnt agree to verbally. but was conned into signing stating "We would not do anything further until you were ready."
employees
There are several young employees that work at the Huntsville Alabama office that are extremely unprofessional. Posting hateful and harrassing social media posts everyday and advertising where they work. If I were a customer and I saw how they betray themselves online I would fire them on the spot! Being a business owner myself I know the importance of how our employees conduct themselves even outside of work have on our business name. I think the manager needs to reevaluate who they have hired to represent their company.
lost policy, poor customer service, high agent turnover
I have a policy that LNL assumed when they bought out the other insurance company. Have had problems ever since. There was one person who knew anything about this policy. It's a very simple plan. the policy is like 2 pages & EVERY YEAR I have to fight with then. It's basic math, . Now the person who was my contact just went away. the office moved. Now they are holding my checks & are not returning my calls nor emails. They used the excuse that when they "regrouped" they had to develope a computer to work my policy. ? So, they just ignore me. It is going to our insurance commisioner. I have had it.
They change personal ALL>THE>TIME & do not train new employees or document. If you need an agent forget it. None to be found.
Living lifestyle plus cover
We took out a Living Lifestyle disability cover in 2013, disclosed all illnesses I had at the time and answered all the questions on the form honestly. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2016. When I tried to claim they used every medical condition I had for the past 8 years against me to prove that I lied when I took out the policy, they cancelled my policy after a 10 month long fight based on non desclosure. I didnt disclose that I went to a psychotherapist with my husband for a marriage problem in 2010 and that I went for physiotherapy in 2012 due to sleeping on a futon mattress. When I proofed them wrong and rediqulas, they ended up blaming my docters report even though he clearly wrote "symptoms for the past year". They are a bunch of thieves. I would like to know how many people died because Liberty did not pay up.
Annuity payout
I am 60 years old, and my wife 55. I had a stroke and cannot work. On 9 January 2016, I asked for payout of my annuity and my wife’s annuity which was more than R80, 000-00 for me and more than R70, 000 for my wife. I needed money urgently for medical bills. I was told by the Liberty expert that me and my wife can only get out 13 of the money, and the rest must be re-invested, which he did. I got this following on the internet. "Investors who are 55 and older on March 1 2015 will not be affected – 100% of their fund credit may still be paid out in cash at retirement." Can i get expert advice?

Poor Customer Service / Un-kept Promisses
I purchased a life policy from Liberty National agent Morgan Meltzer approximately one year ago. I did not receive the coverage I purchased due to something in my physical that they refused to disclose to me. I asked for a copy of the policy and Morgan missed her appointment with me and did not return my calls. I spoke to her supervisor, Katherine Blanco, who can only be reached if you threaten complaints and told her I wanted the policy cancelled and did not want to be billed, I was assured it was done. It was not, I decided to keep it since I need coverage, again I called and asked for a copy of the policy, still, a year later, no copy of the policy I pay for each month. Now, I receive a bill in the mail, I have an automatic recurring payment from my checking, there should be no bill. I call the national customer service number twice only to be hung up on. I call the Tampa office and ask for Katherine Blanco's supervisor and in turn am connected to an agent, Stuart Ross, who after hearing my story tells me I should just complain to the Florida Insurance Commission. He tells me Katherine Blanco isn't available and basically told me they don't care about complaints to the BBB or the insurance commission. Liberty National is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service, a shame, since I was referred to them by a family member who had been pleased with Morgan Meltzer. I cannot believe a company the size of Liberty National with a great reputation allows this kind of neglect of their customers to take place. Katherine Blanco is the branch manager and doesn't take calls without being threatened...horrible. They need a lot of training at 9225 Bay Plaza Blvd in Tampa...Update: After making this complaint to Liberty National corporate I was told I would receive a copy of my policy in the mail, what I got was a post card from the mail man telling me I had mail from Liberty National but I had to pay the postage to receive it! Still no policy!
You're missing the point "Facts Only", my complaint is that they won't disclose the reason or provide me with a copy of the policy I have been paying for, or for that matter, even deal with customers in a professional and respectful manner. Maybe you should reread the post.
High agents turn over
Insurance company famous with sole purpose of hiring you to convince you of how much money you can make - to sucker you in and take advantage of who you know and sell insurance. Manager recruit new agents every months, i figured about 100 agents comes through each year. Pushing you to give them all of your contacts at your expenses for 'free'! That way...
Read full review of Liberty National Life Insurance Company and 1 commentJobs offered, possible idetity theft
The company has several web sites and consumer threat and theft sites dedicated to its operations in Alabama and Florida over the Internet already, apparently Google is quite the tool these days and they have made many people mad in 10 ears including consumer advocates. They are now operating in Statesboro Georgia. The person is fictitious, a cover name for spam mails sent out by a server program that gleans job sites like CareerBuilder, Hotjobs, Yahoo, Monster and others, so a single person might get several identical e-mails offering them the same identical thing in error from the same person, the program isn't smart enough yet to check if it previously sent an e-mail to the person. The company needs Tow forms of ID in addition to you SS card and you fill out an application which will have information about you not on your resume which they request you bring a hard copy of as well. They will give you a 'sales pitch' and attempt to get you to sell the product, but they got you in on the idea of being a 'manager' when you really are going to be a multi-level marketing scheme reseller of a life insurance product, so you will need to sell product and then recruit others to sell product so you can get a portion of the commission due them as well, but commissions are only paid when premiums are paid and if customers quit paying, or die and beneficiaries collect, you stop getting paid. Oh, and you target audience is elderly, and it is life insurance, so the customer is 'scheduled' to pass on soon. You commission is scheduled therefore to stop soon, driving you to sell more, making you more productive. Neat sale pitch aye?
There ARE alot of NOs before a YES! That's sales, you idiot!
Sick and tired
This company needs alot of help ! I was employed with liberty national in georgia and tennessee for over a year and it was the worst company i have ever been employed with first off i got a call one night around 9:00 p. M from a manager from liberty national i was exited at first cause i was seeking employment and needed a job like yesterday i didnt even begin to wonder why a company would be calling me for an interview at 9:00 p. M so all gunhoe about it i wnt an hour away from my home for an interview without even interviewing me i was told i was hired and the charge for my temporay license would be taken out of my first pay check then i was told from a company that said they have thousands of leads that i needed to make a list of 100 people i know to call to practice and i maid appointments and my manager went with me and i thought it was for practice but he tried to twist my friends and families arms and make them feel bad so they would buy and that is the kind of company they are. I worked hard and finaly got a lead after three months and sold alot of insurance and worked my way into management and figured out the truth behind it its all for the managers see if they recruit you and issue 5, 000 of business under you they get a bonus could be up to 1000. 00 extra a month so thats what i had to do spend countlesss hours of recruiting calls and baby sitting new agents along with my new branch manager wanting to show up to the office late all the time and show up for almost ever appointment late while he was making 2020. 00 a week in salary and i was making 31 % of my groups total and with my agents not selling no matter how much itried to coach them i had to give it up i and my branch manager would go out and sell every week but with poor management backing me up and my agents not selling i decided to go independent and thats the way to go i now represent several companies with very highly qualified leads and no one to boss me around when they will not get up off thier seat its the best decision i have ever maid o yea if you donot issue a policy within 8 weeks you will get fired company policy thats bad when thier underwritting department is horrible with getting thier work done if you are thinking about joining thier team or yif you are a slave trying to pay your bills while making your unit manager a good bit of mony and you making nothing email me at [protected]@yahoo.com and i can hook you up with a real insurance career see liberty says they are strong financialy with an ability to pay customer claims as it says on thier website lnlcareers.com but realy they are ranked nuber 32 on the national scale the companies i write for now are ranked number 1 and number 4 so there ya have it my expirence in a unnamed city in east tennessee with liberty national life insurance company best regards email me for more details

Telemarketer Representative Luke from Liberty National has called American Printing Services twice on 3/11/09 and is rude and will not stop calling us. We have insurance and are not interested in him soliciting us.
Thanks in advance..
totally disgusted with your company
I have multiple policies on me and my sons and at this date have no office to contact near my location. What is going on with this company. I will not travel to the other side of the state or out of state to speak to a rep. I want to transfer my sons insurance to them now grown and married if I cant I will stop payment and disolve the boys policies. There is no one in our area to speak to Tullahoma is where I purchased them and its gone too.
Non payment for service rendered
I have to laugh at those do the right thing commercials from liberty national. They are selling something they don't even do. Our company supplies internet service wirelessly to remote sites or locations where the building has populated the copper (No more t - 1's availabe) . I dropped everything to get this company up and running only to have them not pay us for months of service. The owe close to a thousand bucks to us. They suck! So does mike hadder who is their director of information technology security, he never returns phone calls, sounds like a great guy but watch out he's a thief working for liberty national.
Liberty national sucks! I hate those sob's for not answering a phone call ever! They suck!

Same thing happened to us. Luwanna Rhodes and Mike Hadder at their "Home Office" call and say they need these lines cross-connected yesterday. We usually have a 48hr work order backlog, but my boss made me drop everything just because they accepted our first (high) quote. Well, my boss is eating his words now because they have been in non-payment for over 6 months and we have turned Mike Hadder over to collections, since he placed the order in his name, and not Liberty Mutual's. We lost over $2k on these yahoos! I had the displeasure of speaking with Mr. Hadder on more than one occasion and he made multiple promises about forwarding to accounts payable, all empty of course. Now he just ignores my phone calls, or I get his receptionist. You can just hear it in this guy's voice. Everything he says is a LIE! If he says it is raining outside, trust me, you better go look! You will get what is coming to you Mr. Hadder!
discrimination
I was currently employed with Liberty National Life Insurance Company of Statesboro, Georgia about 3 weeks ago. Myself and another employee began at the same time we were in training for like a week and we where out on the field. We were given a list of contacts of people to call to make appointments the names that were given was mainly african americans and lower income families. The families that we visited either didn't have a checking account or just didn't have much income. The guy that was recruiting us while in training mostly recognize the names and homes of the list of names that was being given to us. I personally felt like I we were put on a wild goose chase in trying to get a pay check for the following week while others were out at different companies making sales while we were trying to get sale a didn't succeed at getting sales at for us in the same week those that were out with companies were also, in training just like we were and they were making sales I feel like discrimination was being taken place for us to go out in the hot sun door to door to these people houses trying to make a sale with life insurance.

Unwarranted Correspondences
While I was in the military, I did have a policy with Liberty National, and I was paying it by an allotment, but when I retired from the military in 2007, I stopped all of my alloments including the one to Liberty National. I also called customer service to let them know that I would no longer be needing the insurance policy. Apparently someone forgot to document this. So, please do not continue to send me any correspondences. Thanks. My policy #A005635939

I have been trying for going on 2 months to get a pricing list for my chiropractor. I have called a several times and the chiropractor's office has called at least 3 times, and no one will return their calls. I have an outstanding bill from waiting on them to contact the chiropractor's office and it should never have taken this long.
