Moniker Privacy Services fradulent practices

MANY websites - various phone numbers as well. Operates a TON of websites that I have read are scams.

MY details refer to the GrantsOneDay program and the related so-called "trials" for the fraud protection and the Identity Security programs. (Which I did NOT sign up for!)

I am into these people for over $200 and they have not yet closed my account - which I have requested twice.
They refuse to refund any of the monies they took from me without authorization.

If you have had bad transactions with this guy, you should do the following:

1 - File a complaint with the Broward County, FL Sheriff (who was not at all surprised to get mine... hmmm...)
2 - File complaint with the FBI Internet Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov and
3 - File complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services at www.800helpfla.com
4 - dispute all bank charges via your bank, fill out all forms completely, and keep copies for your attorney in case you need one. Send copies to the Broward County Sheriff as well, after they instruct you to do so.

DO THIS PEOPLE! It is going to take a strong voice from all of us to get this jerk off the streets and out of our pockets!

All I know is, when I search for google translate online using google chrome as the search engine, I end up with "supergiftland spam and an offer to win coupons because it says I am a telstra internet customer" that is just so wrong. Piggybacking on a google name, and google has not a clue.
This is how I got to this page, as Moniker Privacy Services came up when the link was investigated. I wish Google could shut down this practice. It is 100% reproducible. The only way to avoid it is to put www. at the start of my search, which I don't need to do for just about any other page.

My firm is looking in to purchase of a domain name owned by Moniker Privacy Services based in Portland, OR. Prior to offering a bid through domainnamesales.com, I wanted to conduct an online search to understand why a "privacy services" firm would own such a domain name (cellgate.com). Besides, the bidding process at domainnamesales.com offered no details at all. And after providing my own contact info., I didn't even receive an automated response. The process seemed primitive. So, I found this complaint site and am now hesitant to offer a bid, if the owners of the domain (and of domainnamesales.com?) are of a suspicious nature.

I found this web page, because someone from picker.rightmere.com made about 96 attempts to log into one of our servers. I quickly fond that the domain rightmere.com is a name owned by Moniker Privacy Services. He is possible that he is attempting to break into our servers in order to use them for sending spam, but that is just a guess at his/their motivation.

Moniker doesn't host any of these sites. I am a Moniker customer, and have been for years, and can assure you that Moniker doesn't offer any hosting at all. They only supply domain registrations. An optional feature when you register a domain with them, as it is with most modern domain registrars, is the ability to protect your address on the publicly viewable whois information. This is a very useful feature, since domain owners are inundated with spam when their own contact information is viewable. This is such a problem that there are is some discussion to take mandatory steps on an industry-wide level to protect all domain owners' contact information.

In any case, what you are seeing here is that the site owner has registered his domain with Moniker, and has opted for the privacy feature. That's it. Moniker is not hosting the domain, and does not own the domain.

Moniker is also hosting hackeriz.org which is a ring of hackers that preys on wordpress blog users. Anyone know who owns this domain?

Moniker Privacy Services... Wow, who is this guy, you can find that his business is the Registar of www.pennystocksexpert.com, this is a free service that emails suggestions for stock purchase. check it out, who is paying him to do this. its interesting because you can sign up for his free email newsletter, newsletter@pennystocksexpert.com. This is interesting because you can look at the validity of his predictions, but i feel this is a front or maybe its a way to reel in people some other way. Be careful with this guys, trading volitile stocks in which he is suggesting is not the buisness for beginners, these are quite risky as these companies are smaller (smallcap) and quite instable.
