We we're introduce to this company by a middle age man who worked at a Mercedes Benz Autos. He told us he was going to quit his job to invest in this project and that by we being out going people we could make a lot of money also that the loans would help us and others we know get on there feet. So as we grew in this relationship with him. We we're put on a conference call with Ray Azcui and Laura Godbold. Before the week was out about three of us and had decided that we would try the $250 for $15.000. We'll one of the mothers with us told her daughters and three more paid $250 for $15.000. The end of the week came which was on Fridays is when the loans should have been distributed of course no loan. Well we all look back at our contracts which said they had thirty days to distribute the loan in each persons account. We all wanted to make sure that they had breach there contract with us. In the mean time we were all doing research on him and her and the company. Here are website that helped us to find out who they really were spokeo. Com, google there are many more. We have learned something really valuable, is read the book first, look before you leap have we lost our money we believe, but there is always hope. They will pay we are following them they are not following us.

Thank you! ! I was already gonna wire Laura my $500 application fee for a $140k mortgage biz loan. She just emailed me her biz bank account info and I decided to do my due deligence before doing anything. Glad I saw this. Thanks again for this post. The request to wire transfer the application fee just didn't sound right and besides, the whole upfront application fee just didn't sound right.

Beware complete fraud wanted $8000 up front. To be sent by a bank wire. These people are out to scam. Someone needs to get them arrested. Remember if it's too good to be true it usually is. There loan application have the business address in NY but the phone number is in NJ. The business email is a Gmail account. True lenders will have the deposit in an attorney's escrow account.

I'm leaving this comment on here I'm not going to hide either its two days before christmas and these ### told me i was approved for a loan and that they would fund me the 300k i asked for and laura godbold spoke to myself and my family prior to a week before christmas this money was going to fund my business she kept telling me this was for real that her ### underwriter had to approve it. Then i asked myself how the hell cam they approve the loan without even the under writer approving so its been i week i had my friends call her to ask for loans then they put me on the phone she hangs up she said her husband is blind she is probably robbing him of his ss check every month so now I'm pissed this women and her ### boss need a serious wake up call and not to mention a good ### kicking

well, after reading all this comments, i decided to to go for it anyways. I got in contact with Mr Azcui and he carefully explained how the whole process works. After a few weeks of thinking i called Mr Azcui and i filled out the application and signed it. Well, it took them a little bit longer than what they said but i actually got funded and i'm very happy.
And just for the record, i asked Mr Azcui about Peaches1957's comment. And my advice to other peaple that need the money for whatever reason, just beacuse someone said something negative about something that doesn't mean its true.

We should have heeded this warning...complaint. We spoke with Ray and he sounded sincere, but it is just as the complaints state. We've been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and should have seen the red flags, he talks a big game..too big. He'll tell you he doesn't use a title company to save you money. He will say all the right things, such as being able to fund 100% of BPO, will fund on Fridays, states he's been in the business for 20+ years. We even asked him about complaints, and he stated that he had indeed funded the deal with Peaches and she had agreed to remove the complaint but did not. His words, "man I can't control what people put out there, but you can be my testimonial when you get your funds." Only we did not. We wired funds, provided bank statements, BPO, and even notarized the promissory note. That's when the excuses started. Underwriter sick, then grandson in hospital, lost his phone, extremely backed up, etc. He's one of the best con men we've ever met, and is a very smooth talker. He's done his homework, so he presents himself as an expert in this business, BUT please don't be fooled. We were supposed to be funded July 31st, well it's now August 8th and still not funded. And, he no longer takes or returns phone calls, emails, no communication whatsoever. While we lost our money, this is not the end of this story as we plan to pursue with the states attorney general for breach of contract, and whatever other means necessary to rectify this gross injustice. We dealt with him in good faith, but he does not. Please beware, and DO NOT engage with business with Ray, Again, he's as good a con artist as I've seen in a long time, so please do not be taken in by anything he says, or if he tries to discredit any of these very legitimate complaints.

Hi all, so I too saw their ad on CL. Laura still works with azcui but has changes her last name. However not very smart of her to not change her phone number from one listed on the web for Laura Goldbold. Their entire approach stinks. Complete scam artists, stay away. Anyone that has an ounce of intelligence will be able to tell in about 5 minutes that these people should be avoided at all costs.
