I ordered a Whole House FM Transmitter through Amazon on June 24 and was charged for it. The delivery window was 19 days. Around day 18 after not receiving it, I sent them an email.
They said it was lost and offered to send another. (With another 19 day delivery window) I declined and asked for a refund. They refuse, .Three times I asked for a refund, but they would not refund my money.
I finally had to file for the Amazon A-Z Guarantee to get my money back.
Why this company shouldn't be charged with theft is a mystery.
Stay away from TAW Global.
If you're looking for an FM Transmitter, the C Crane one is almost 50% cheaper and has a much better range .
I am dealing with them as well. They sent me a 3d emitter and two pair of g5 universal 3d glasses stating they would fit over my glasses. They did not fit and I called them for return shipping. After significant frustration I got through to Tom (A manager?) and he stated they would email me a shipping return and if my returned glasses were in new condition they would send me another model to replace them. This company is not particularly customer service friendly and I should know since I was in the business for over 27 years. I am shipping my item back and will see if they follow through. I will update.
