I made several videos of a turbines performance which happened to be a turbine that i purchased from this company and post them on Youtube. Now the owner of the company Al. Used my videos to help sell his turbine with out asking me for permission to do so. I do now the man we spoke on the phone on several occasions. He had led me to believe that he would offer me a job if i did some things for him example if i put there company logo on my turbine which was a lot of work bringing the turbine down and putting it back up. Its a very heavy item not to mention the hazard of doing so.Also he asked if i would try different things to make his turbine look good.see i had it on a real time DVR which could be viewed by anybody on the internet. Well i did all this and he mention that he would buy me a weather station because the one that i had was not satisfactory to him.Well long story short he made a lot of promises which he had no intentions of keeping so in the mean time with out my knowledge he was using my videos to help sell his turbine. Very shady practice i promise one thing i will never buy from this company ever again.I guess you cant trust nobody in these times.

Sir, I have to say that I wholeheartedly disagree with your opinion of Windy Nation. I received nothing but excellent guidance and help from them. Below is a copy of a review I wrote up about Windy Nation on a different web site:

I do not normally write reviews of companies or products but, in this case, I was so overjoyed with the customer service I received from Windy Nation that I decided that I “owed” them this review. In late August of 2012 I was preparing to take my RV into the Canadian back country for an extended off grid camping trip. After doing some research on the internet, I figured out that I was going to need some solar panels to keep my RV batteries charged. I did a lot of research online to find a company with reasonable prices for solar panels and the accessories, which led me to windynation.com
I called Windy Nation and was able to speak to a gentleman name Al. He explained to me how figure out the power consumption (Watt hours) that I was going to be using to power my stuff (lights, TV, computer, etc). He was not pushy at all. Nothing like your typical sales guy who simply wants your money! He told me to call back once I figured out the approximate Watt hours I would use in a day and that he would then craft a solar system for my RV.
Al designed a 300 Watt solar system for my 24 volt RV battery bank. The system included everything. Solar panels, mounting brackets, solar cable, charge controller and fuses. I did not need to buy anything else from any other company. That really made it easy and convenient.
After I received my solar system, I still had several questions about the installation and windynation continued to provide excellent customer support via e-mail and over the phone.
Like I said, I almost NEVER write product reviews but I was so impressed with Windy Nation’s customer service that I felt like I had to write this. Thanks WindyNation (Especially Al …. You were great!)

FishermanJohn sounds like windy nation to me. What ###, i can tell you i have heard tons of complaints against windy nation especially the one from Nualer. Nualer had a youtube video proving his claim against windy nation and the windtura 750 he got from crooked Al Antelman, one of the owners.
Windy Nation spends alot of time bashing other companies on there forum.

Are you kidding me? It is obvious from a consumers perspective that this company Windy Nation buys off people and pounces all over any negative reviews they receive by having posts placed on the boards to discredit the complainant... this is sorry and I am afraid Jesus does not love you when you use his name as a form of sarcasm...I have done less than 2 weeks research on this and it is obvious to me. I would not buy an eggbeater from those clowns.

Please do not insult me and please do not insult the lord, Jesus Christ. I am offended and I find it disgusting that you are saying that I am using Jesus's name as a "form of sarcasm". I would NEVER do that. Treat people with dignity and respect ... just as Jesus taught.

The only thing I did was comment on my own experience and I am a very happy owner of a Windtura 750. If other customers are not satisfied, that is their opinion.

Why do you feel the need to treat people with such hostility? Find the lord and you can be saved!

I have one of these turbines and it functions in a very hostile environment, the Eastern Carribean. US Virgin Islands to be exact.I've had the wind turbine up for 6 months now and it is still functions perfectly. Power output is fine, I bought it to supplement my 4000 watt solar panel array. Thinking it would be good to have the extra power on stormy days when clouds block the sun. Only change I would make is the addition of a MPPT charge controller. I'm charging the battery bank through anon MPPT controller and figure I could squeeze out a little more power with MPPT.

Windy Nation is a scummy company run by know nothing greedy losers who will, lie to you about everything. The solar system I purchased from this company has never worked properly. Their customer service slobs are idiots with sorry attitudes and who are trained to be abrasive and without knowledge. I think they hire religious gum balls who profess to be honorable, but in the end they are sleazy inbred backwoods yokels who are never helpful and will twist any complaint into an issue the customer must have. These weeds will never stand behind the shoddy and crap materials they sell. Do not under any circumstance purchase anything from these charletons. Greedy punks with bad attitudes are funny because they are usually stoned or hoped up on meth, as I am sure the dweeebs and blanket lickers who work at windy nation are, but if you need solar along with reputable customer service, windy nation will be a butt sore embarrassment. You will waste your money and time on this sleaze bag company.
