Did not know what they are doing
Had my truck there over a month instead of working on it it just sat mind you this was after I was told it was fix. And within a quarter mile I noticed it wasn't fixed. They claimed they was working on it several different times but when I drove past noticed it hasn't moved and that the grass was growing around it taller. Well after losing my keys I had enough of it and decided to take my truck home with still a broke vehicle with super low transmission fluid and error code p0756 and 850 bucks poorer as they didn't refund me all my money back and now I have to buy another set of keys and key fob... let this post be a turn away point I'm warning you now. This place is a joke. If you still decide to go there after this then best of luck to you. I wouldn't even give them a star if I could.
Desired outcome: Considering they didn't fix it would have liked a full refund and them pay for the keys and key fob they lost

After four months, my car had a problem and I took it back to "D&D Transmission/Auto Repair Service". They found that the transmission had failed. I called "***" and they agreed to cover the cost of a new transmission for $481.24. "D&D Transmission/Auto Repair Service" installed the new transmission but it didn't shift into gear. They contacted "***" and were told that the vehicle needed to be reprogrammed, which was included in the installation. However, "D&D Transmission/Auto Repair Service" didn't have the equipment to fix it. "***" said they would give me a new transmission because theirs was working according to a report from "D&D Transmission/Auto Repair Service". Can someone help me resolve this issue?
