DeerRun Disappointing Experience, Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a treadmill from Deerruntreadmill and had a disappointing experience. The treadmill I received was not the color I ordered, and when I reached out to customer service, they only offered me a $10 'inconvenience' payment instead of resolving the issue. It felt like a bait and switch tactic. I had to escalate the matter with PayPal to get any resolution. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I would caution others to be wary when dealing with this company.
