Placed an order for 4 pieces of jewelry. Payment was taken from my credit card. Did not receive the order. I reached out 3 times. Twice via email, once by phone and left a voicemail. I finally had to dispute with my credit card as I never received a response. The other reviews on here can not be valid.

I've purchased many items from Julia over the years. I have two of her prints and many items of jewelry. Everything Is exactly as advertised, packaged very well, and ships on time. I love her work. Julia also engages with her customers regularly on social media and I can tell she genuinely cares about her art and her customers.

I have purchased numerous pieces of jewelry and art from Energy Artist Julia ! More than I can count at this point. I always enjoy wearing them. The pieces are well made and some of them are going to be passed down as family heirlooms. Of course I have my favourite pieces but I have not been disappointed by any of my purchases.

The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly crafted, and an excellent addition to my collection. Every aspect of the sale, from viewing, to "thinking about" it, to finally deciding and ordering was easy and without the online pressure to "come back"' Given the season and covid situation, the delivery was faster than expected. I am very well pleased with this purchase and artist, and plan to look at her work regularly. Excellent value for the price, as well.

Very rude staff or owner (Spencer K). I contact them a week after placing my order regarding when the necklace will ship as the website says orders will usually ship within a few days and he just responded with a threat to cancel my order. That is not customer service or kindness. This company sells positive energy stones so either he doesn't wear them or they aren't real and don't work or he doesn't believe in his own products because there was nothing positive about his communications. This world has enough negativity and hardship. When connecting with a company like this and its people, you would expect kindness, understanding, empathy, patience - not threats and responses of anger and malice. I feel sorry for you and the rancor within your heart.

I have purchased many items from Julia and look forward to purchasing more in the future. Every piece has been just breathtaking and her blessings of each piece is very evident and lasting. Julia (in business mode and otherwise) has a moral compass of extreme integrity and she also cares deeply that I (and I don't doubt everyone else) are completely satisfied with her items and that the living things in her life (family, friends, animals, customers and clients) are blessed by spirit... hence her free offerings for group blessings. The world would be a better place if there were more people like her but she is unique, like everything she creates, so I suggest that you invest in the things that she offers and that catch your eye and move you to your core.
