Delivery was completed on Mar. 9 from CO to my home in OR. Philip was very helpful and got the vehicle delivered in about a week. Driver was efficient and courteous too. What a difference from other shipping companies I've encountered.

I would highly recommend Global. Every step of the transport process was flawless. They were fast and accurate in their projections. Philip was responsive and amazing to work with and made everything go smoothly. When I need to transport a car again I will definitely call them first.

I hired them to move my car from Central Florida to Denver, CO. The price and timeline they quoted held-up. I was never asked to pay more and the car was delivered to my door. Also, I was allowed to pack 100 pounds in the car. Global Auto Transport did everything the promised. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the company that they subcontracted was not the best at communicating during the pick-up process, which was stressful as I was moving and needed my car picked up. I kept having to make contact with them to ensure the pick-up time and day, which I felt should have been the other way around. However, they were a lot better during the drop-off process. The experience would have been a lot better had the company provided an online tracker so that customers can better predict the pick-up and delivery process. The update process is currently done via phone and text messages. All in all, I am happy with my experience.

Alex went above and beyond with the service! I would give this company 100 stars if possible. Another company failed to pick-up my mother's vehicle for 2 days and we were scheduled to fly out the next day for her move. I called a few other companies and was laughed at for needing to move the car so quickly (same day pick up). I even offered to drive the car to any pickup location, but was quickly running out of options. When I called Global Auto Transport in a bit of a panic, Alex worked his magic and arranged pick up for the car that same afternoon. His pickup/delivery driver was in contact immediately to confirm the pickup location in Colorado and was able to deliver the car in 2 days to the scheduled delivery location in Texas. Pricing was fair, and he did not gouge for this emergency situation. I cannot thank Alex and the team enough for making this car move happen for my mother. I will use Global Auto Transport for any car moves in the future. If you need someone to transport your car, don't bother with any other company. Just call Global Auto Transport! They will make sure the move happens!

Looking for an auto transport? Look no further. This is company is the one and only one you need! I was trying to ship my car from PA to TN. I was under a strict time constraint and there were so many auto transport companies not giving an exact detail of an order. I needed to ship my car within the next two or three days and all other big name companies like Montway and RoadRunner were being very vague about the transport date. Then I came across this company. When I called, I was connected with Phillip. Let me tell you that guy is the most honesty, helpful and knowledgeable person I talked with. He was crystal clear about what was needed to get my car from point A to point B. Also he was not like these other brokers who were trying to raise the price for no reason. Not only that but he responds to your questions via email or phone VERY quick. Whenever I tried to call other companies, they would put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Also I wanted to add the driver (I think his name is Gorami? Not sure) is very professional. He was able to cater to all of my needs and did everything I asked perfectly. I am just so satisfied with this company that I wish I could give 100 stars if I could. I will and only use this auto transport company from now on and forever. If you plan on using this company, make sure you ask to talk to Philip. He is the best person in this field.
