It's been more than two months I have submitted all the documents for getting the Infinia Credit card through Gaurav Dhir(Branch Manager - Ekdaliya Branch), after following with him for about fifteen days I got to know they need my income tax computation sheet for same. I forwarded him the same in first week of May'18, after that he never got back to me for any requirement. He started not taking my calls and not even replying to my messages on WhatsApp. Later after about a month he said I have been transferred to some other branch and I will ask someone to get in touch with you. No calls from anyone even after that. I got in touch with Satadip Mukherjee 15 days back and he asked me for forward me the computation sheet again, which I did, but after few days when I checked with him again he said you have to resubmit all the documents again. I don't know the reason for the same.
I am a corporate salary account holder with HDFC bank and now I feel there is no service level is HDFC, even for corporate account customers.

On 14 june 2018, I booked flights ticket by tez app. Money deducted for two times but received to icici bank. After long enquiry hdfc committed that this money will refund within 7 working days. Today it's 8 day and still I not get money back... If my check bounce in bank, bank fine me 500 rs immediately. Then why I have not right to fine bank. Pls explain..

Tatasky officials discloses that the said amount has not been received by them as the same is stuck on the gateway and will be refunded to my account by the bank within 7 to 10 working day. Despite lapses of more than 20 days the amount has not refunded to my account. Please intimate status.
undue deduction of funds
I have been a classic customer at your bank from the last 10 years and now I am a preferred customer. My account is also mapped in with my husband's account Mr. Bharat Bhushan Bansal, who is an imperia customer to you from the last 10 years.
I am not supposed to maintain any specific balance amount in my account as per the guidelines for classic/preferred customers but an amount of Rs. 1416/- ( Rs. 708/- in April and Rs.708/- in May) on account of non-maintenance of minimum balance. I have already reported the matter to my relations manager Mr. Pawan Kumar (Branch - Model town, Sonipat) who assured refund of the amount at the earliest. After having promised so, no action has been taken. It is even disappointing that he is not responding to my calls now. Such irresponsible behavior can spoil the goodwill of your bank.

My sbi debit card is kept in hdfc atm, rapti nagar chowk Gorakhpur in dated 30 April, 2018 time 6:30 PM when I tried to withdrawal cash. After this mishappening I tried to find guard but he is missing.

Today I got a message saying my rs. 1000 is debited but there is no information for the same.
When I tried the customer care number I just ended up with holding the call for an hour but there was no response.
When I visited the branch the official said get an insurance done with him then he can proceed with the issue.

On 31st of March I did a neft of Rs. 13910 and till the date it is not credited to the concern account . I am 200 % sure you guys are investing money in something by frauding your customers. I requested more than 10 times to refund my money into my account but the bank executive refused saying lame excuses every time. I spoke to Raj, an ph banker today at 5.45 pm and he raised a lame complain number and given me saying bank will call me shortly to resolve the same. My question is are you guys are genuine fraud or doing it occasionally ? I will complain the same to the higher authority ASAP so that you guys can understand the value of your customer .

Sir,
would like to bring to your notice that hdfc bank has illegally transferred money from my account (No: [protected]) to one of their dept. They took the money in the name of a credit card which they never sent to me which I kept telling them for again and again. How can they take away my money..?
I sincerely request you to look into the matter and discourage this kind of practice done by these banks to harass customer and snatch their money. I am sure i would not be the only one they might be creating problems for but this highly condemn-able and illegal practice which should be stopped with immediate effect.
Really appreciate your stepping into it and setting proper examples for such kind of banks.

my hdfc securities trading account closed through fake signature
I have escalated this issue first time on 22nd of december, 2017 that the securities trading account (no. 315574) has been closed without my consent (my complaint id: 1863203). I have been repeatedly writing to hdfc securities and they forwarded me n scanned account closure form filled with my securities trading account details and forged signature for closing my trading account, immediately I have informed that the signature is forged and I have not sent any such requests. Also to say the signature is badly forged, it does not look even look like my handwriting and does not need a handwriting expert to see that was not my signature. But 6-7 weeks passed since then there has been no resolution, the responses I am getting from them through mail is that my matter is being investigated but still after almost 2 months there is no resolution. Last week someone from jadavpur branch called me and told me they have identified the person who has done this, but my problem does not get solved as my hdfc securities account remains closed.

When I tried to withdraw Rs.6000 from my a/c [protected] on 19 December around 8:16 pm from the Canara bank atm Garulia at the time atm server down.so that I could not received any money nor any recept from the atm.But when I checked the balance from the hdfc bank atm the balance was deducted from my account. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. Our team will update you within 7 working days.

* please fix the limit of third party cash deposit (Transactions).
*Please fix the minimum amount of third party cash deposit .
*You should inform to customer what you did changes in our side via call or SMS or mail.

I requested for Paying LIC premium amount via Auto pay system in Credit card section. I got the mail that Premium payment will be paid on 17.11.2017.But the payment has not been made in Auto pay system. Hence I have paid the amount separately from Internet banking.
But again the same premium amount paid via Autopsy system on 18.11.17 (Mail received from bank indicating the payment made on 20.11.17-Mail attached).
