Hello, I'm Jibin. About two months ago, I took my bike to the West Hill Yamaha showroom for service. After the service, they informed me about a strange noise in the bike, attributing it to an issue with the crankshaft. I requested them to address it under my extended warranty. However, they asserted that my warranty had been declined because I hadn't attended the required three-month service for the past year.
The confusion arose because I have been regularly servicing my bike at another center, SV Motors Yamaha in Meenchandha. Unfortunately, my entire year's service information was not updated on their website. It took more than a month of persistent calls and follow-ups, often requiring me to express frustration, before SV Motors corrected the service details.
Subsequently, I handed my bike over to the West Hill Yamaha showroom (KLR Autoworld) to rectify the crankshaft problem. However, it's been two weeks, and there has been no significant progress in fixing my bike. They claim that my warranty hasn't been processed, and some necessary parts have yet to arrive. This situation is highly frustrating, as it has been two months since I last rode my bike.
