I have registered my new startup company through Inidafillings, at the time of taking all the fees very responsive and communication was out of the world and after that no one knows what the query is about, I would get response your RM will contact you soon. Nothing happens!

I registered my company on a virtual office through India fillings support, fee were paid in full in advance for 11 months, not contact details given of virtual office, so that I can get the post or the utility bills, I need to open a bank account to complete the Government compliance fillings ( ROC).I have been communicating with few contact whom I initially was in contact via what's up.

I get response in a very short message, the request in progress and it will take time, this has been on going since 12 day. I have been chased up another team member of Indiafillings get COB, the lady keeps on calling me every week for the same matter where I have explained her to get me the latest Utility bills to complete my company registration. I am really frustrated with this company's process and lack of communication. Please someone can help me to get out of these mess.
