Terry and Kyle were both professional and polite. They answered all the questions I had about my broken sewer line which put my mind at ease. So glad I called them.

Travis with Lanz did a fantastic job, installing an unplanned kitchen sink to solve both a leak and water pressure issue. The work was professional and well done and fast.

Ongoing issues that another company did not take care of was taken care of properly, efficiently and immediately by Lanz. On time for appointment, cleaned out the pipes, diagnosed and documented the issue that needs to be repaired within one hour. I highly recommend.

I called Lanz to help with a slow draining sink we were worried about. They came out at a time that was convenient for us and were able to find the problem with the sink and give us some pointers on how to keep the drain working. They were very professional and upfront about all costs.

Ron was exceptional helping us figure out our plumbing issue! He correctly diagnosed the problem and stayed until it was under control as far as contacting faucet company to help with what to order. We also could not be happier that he arrived same day, in the morning. Took a lot of stress off of us, will call Lanz again.

Brandon called us ahead of his projected service time to confirm our appointment and let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and we discussed the reason for the service visit. He took care of the plumbing clean out, showed us relevant video images, and provided his expert opinion. We trust Lanz for all our plumbing and HVAC issues.

These guys are the best, they are not the cheapest, but they are the best! I made a call for help and they were at my door in under 45 minutes, and my issue was not an emergency. Chase arrived onsite to help me with my AC Issue. My AC unit was diagnosed in about 2 minutes and it was determined that a capacitor went bad in my outside unit. He replaced it in about 30 minutes and we were done! Lanz is very professional, clean and courteous.

Phillip Johnson, plumber. provided EXCELLENT service, In an older home (over 60 years old), Phillip replaced a very old outside faucet. This required new piping in the basement. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and tidy. Over the years, we have known Phillip both when he was with Johnson Plumbing, and now that he is with Lanz Heating & Cooling. He is a problem solver! We are delighted that Phillip is a member of the Lanz Family with whom we can depend upon for superb service EVERY TIME! Terry & Judy Smith

Wonderful first time experience with Lanz. I called on Sunday night to arrange a A/C inspection for later in the week. The answering service said someone from Lanz would call me in the morning to make arrangements. Not only did that happen but I was also called Sunday night to ask if I needed it done that night to which I did not. On Monday morning the office called and we arranged an appointment for later that day and would be called 30 minutes before arrival of the technician. All the communications promised were met. A technician named Victor arrived on time with mask and shoe coverings, completed his work in a neat and timely matter. He was very patient in describing his work. My whole experience with Lanz and Victor rates a 10.

As always, the well trained and experienced technician named Nick, called to let me know when he would arrive. Easy instructions given via that call so he could access the dryer vent from the roof below me, before he even started on the routing annual heating system maintenance. That was completed before he came inside to work on the annual check up. Lanz sends the necessary supply of furnace filters, annually. Nick completed his check list, replaced the bulky filter, took the used one with him, explained the furnace status and future needs. Reset the thermostat, checked with me re questions, and was on his way. Masked at all times, and using clean shoe covers when inside the 8 unit building and my condo. I could not be more comfortable with the Lanz service and with each technician who has dealt with me. Thank you for your sterling standards, Lanz, all of you! Susanne
